Monthly Rentals in Tyler

Our family spent a couple of nights together before my son deployed with the National Guard. There was plenty of room for all of us. It was nice to spend time together in a cozy environment and without having separate hotel rooms. I am hoping it will be available when he arrives home in May of 2026.

Great communication, was extremely easy to find, comfortable beds, also had pancakes and breakfast sandwiches which was a huge plus for my crew members! Thanks again!

Carleen is a wonderful host. Sent clear check-in instructions proactively, very responsive and friendly. Carleen's place is a cute little charm. Loved the historical buildings around and inside her place was very cute and she kept all the original look. The surrounding area is very nice and loved walking the little downtown blocks. Unfortunately, we had a family emergency and had to cut our stay short but Carleen was very understanding of the situation. This will be our go to place when traveling to South Dakota. Thank you Carleen for making our stay so enjoyable!!!!

This home is really great. It’s very well stocked with anything you might need. Lots of different places to hang out and it was very clean. Highly recommend staying here.
