Great stay in the middle of nowhere! I stopped here after camping in the Badlands and it had everything I needed to clean up, make a good meal, and sleep deeply. Note: make sure you bring your own soaps for the bathroom/showering as there are none. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This was the second time we have stayed at this beautiful property only 30 minutes outside of Brookings South Dakota. Jennifer and Bill are the most gracious hosts. Their home on the lake is very peaceful, clean, comfortable, and everything we had hoped for. We have stayed in both suites they have available. Both are extremely comfortable and have beautiful views of the lake. Our only regret was missing the sunset because we did not make it back to our lodging in time from our family celebration in Brookings. We look forward to coming back!

The yard was beautiful and well groomed. The room had everything we needed. We didn't take advantage of breakfast there but could smell the bacon in the morning. Yum. Beds were extremely comfortable. We loved all the little touches; eucalyptus theme, farm house theme items, cookbooks and books to read, etc

Chad's place did not disappoint! It is spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable. He communicates quickly and clearly. There was no need for follow-up questions because he gave us all we needed. The location is rural and beautiful. It was a winter stay, and the house is cozy--we had a low of 8 degrees and the indoor temp stayed comfortable. We appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout. It was our family Thanksgiving and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a feast! Thank you for a great stay!

This place was just what we were looking for. It was quiet, peaceful, clean and comfortable. The sitting areas outside looking at the look were comfortable and relaxing. The cabin was cozy and clean. The sheets on the bed were amazing!!! We will be back!! Emmit and Ann were great hosts! Thank you for the great weekend away!

Travel nurse here (1 hour from Milbank , 1 hour from Lake Norden , and down the street from Hutchinson (maybe spelled wrong). Dog friendly and the maintenance man is awesome .. friendly neighbors

Enjoy The Stay. Worked In Milbank SD. A little far. But it felt great once o got off work. Also couldn’t figure out the Air situation. Got kind of Warm at night, as if the heater came on. Other than that great place.
