Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Tulum Municipality

This place was amazing. Modern, private, big and very relaxing. Our family loved it and we will definitely be coming back!

This place was amazing! The host was great in helping me with organizing shuttles and taxi services and much more. The host was one of the best host I've ever had. One thing I would like to mention nothing to do with the Airbnb but the shuttle services need to communicate better. The first day was amazing they confirmed and they also texted me they have arrived. The rest of the days no one confirmed and there was a misunderstanding from the drivers side and we specifically requested to text him an hour or 2 before ending our Xcaret visit as this was our first time here and didn't know when we would be done he agreed to letting him know an hour in advance and he asked for an estimate my husband told 5 or 6 but that we were not sure and that's when we agreed to let him know an hour in advance for him to arrive. He never confirmed or bothered texting us and just showed up at 5 which made us end our trip so early. It was very disappointing. The taxi drivers recommend were amazing.

My group and I loved our stay at Blue Deer Residences. The house is as pictured- it felt luxurious and peaceful. Our group of 7 felt like we had plenty of personal space and great communing spaces. Lesley is super responsive and helpful; the whole team definitely helped make our trip relaxing, special, and just what we needed in a vacation.

Reed's place is a beautiful, peaceful spot in La Veleta not far from several lovely restaurants with outdoor dining. His home is spacious, with a private pool, pond with waterfall, and separate areas for the living area and bedrooms. There is a small convenience store across the street, but we would still recommend renting a car, ATV, or scooter to get around for more shopping options, go to the beach, or explore the nearby ruins. Overall, we would recommend Reed's place for those seeking a more secluded hideaway in which to relax and recharge. Thanks, Reed!

We had a great stay. The property was spacious with lots of enclosed yard space around the pool that was great for our kids, and having the separate guest house was really nice. The location was also great, just one block from great restaurants and shops. Short drive to the beach and cenotes as well.

We wanted a quiet, safe, beautiful, comfortable place right on the Yal Ku Lagoon in Akumal with easy access into the lagoon and a private pool. The lagoon is a beautiful place to snorkel & its right out of the back door. This place delivered all of that!!! You get free snorkel gear from the Lagoon Park a 3 minute walk away. We found 2 restaurants we loved in easy walking distance & others a 5 minute drive away.The guards for the gate were so friendly & nice. Bikes are available too. If we needed anything- like more filtered water it was promptly delivered. Having the pool & hot tub all to ourselves was great!!! We were a family of grandparents, 7 year old grandson & his parents & our other adult son.

Regardless of what the other reviews said, I loveeeeed this home! The hosts were super kind & responsive. They offer transportation and we were messaging about pickups at 4 am without a hiccup lol. The master bedroom is sooooo gorgeous, the home itself is worth a trip to Tulum lol. Either get your own private car/ transportation or use theirs. Other wise you will find I difficult to get around as it is nestled in the middle of the jungle. Can’t wait to see what the area looks like in a few years! Well done Concepto ❤️

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Akbal and give it 5 stars! Gabriella was an incredible host—she gave great recommendations and helped book a beach club day, an amazing massage by Maria, and a private chef (both breakfast and dinner were delicious!). The home is beautiful and well-kept, with a comfy living space and a chilly but fun pool. Just a heads-up for families: each room has a separate entrance. With two small kids, this was tricky, but we made it work. The location isn’t super walkable, but it’s great for exploring cenotes, Chichen Itza, and more. Poncho was super helpful, especially with the hot tub, and kept everything spotless. Bring bug spray—mosquitoes were intense! Omar, the driver, was lovely and super helpful; definitely trust his advice (skip Avis!). Overall, a fantastic experience and a step above—just plan your sleeping arrangements if traveling with kids.

Franqui is really nice, proactive and very responsive host. Denisse, co-host was also helpful and always approachable. Kept the place clean, really well maintained and spotless. We were 2 families with 4 kids - all of us enjoyed the time we spent here… I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to spend quality time with family, closer to restaurants, beaches and other fun activities in Tulum area.

Had the absolute best time here!!! The house was beautiful and was perfect for our group, we had 10 girls. It was really close to the hotel zone as well! The hosts were so communicative and helpful- we were here for my best friends bachelorette and they helped me with activities, reservations, cars, decor etc etc.

Super vstup na kod bez potreby klucov, vyhlad zo spalne na stromy bol naozaj to co chcete hned po zobudeni vidiet. Nebol pocut ani hluk z okolia. Hodnotime ale naozaj krasnu pokojnu oazu kde zrelaxujete. Pracka a susicka bola velka vyhoda. Dakujeme 🙏🏼 Trosku sa smykala podlaha je tam lesteny beton, zabradlie na schodoch by bolo fajn pristup na stresny bazen bol iba pre dospelych pre mensie deti to nie je uplne vhodne ( 3 roky ) ked budu dokoncene cesty v tulume bude to top ! 🥰

Wonderful property. We ran into several snags, none of which were directly caused by Marc and/or his property. The property management were very responsive and took care of all our issues as best as could be expected. I would definitely have them manage my Tulum rental, If I had one.

Staying at Villa LaGú was an incredible experience from start to finish for our bachelorette. From the moment we booked the space, Oscar was extremely quick to respond and proactive. It was our first time in Tulum, and he helped us with dinner reservations, activities, drivers, stocking the AirBnb, private chef experience, etc. we could not have planned the trip without him! The space is beautiful and great for groups, with beautiful rooms and bathrooms, and a beautiful common space that goes into the outdoor Terrace with the pool and hot tub. The staff was also excellent, with daily cleaning services. They quickly helped when we had a small plumbing issue and resolved it immediately! The space is nearby local restaurants and a short drive to downtown and the Tulum beaches. I highly recommend this BnB to anyone visiting and I would love to come back again!

Great place! The staff takes great care of the property and are very attentive. They kept the space very clean, replaced the towels, took care of dishes, constantly cleaned the pool, made us a delicious breakfast, and brewed coffee every morning. And they were very accommodating to our dietary restrictions (lactose and gluten). The WiFi never worked while we were there which was disappointing, and the water pressure was non-existent in all but one bathroom (the one with double queen beds). The water pressure is so bad that it is nearly impossible to rinse shampoo out of your hair. If those things were fixed, I would definitely book this place again! It is such a great location and a truly beautiful, peaceful property.

Excelente lugar para estar en paz y disfrutar la naturaleza

Aldea Kinich es un pequeño rincón de selva muy cuidado con cabañas llenas de detalles y comodidades de hotel. Muy bien ubicado para visitar Sian Khan y las ruinas de Muyil. La piscina es fantástica y los anfitriones súper atentos le añaden valor a la experiencia.

Nice place and very Welcoming folks checking us in. Pool was wonderful and we all loved the feeling of being part of true culture.

Reseña útil: El lugar es precioso, la cama era excelente, quedaba relativamente cerca de la zona hotelera si vas en automóvil. Te reciben súper bien ( el encargado) y puedes solicitar dejar llenando el jacuzzi , te dan bombas de baño, té y café de máquina el cual estaba en exquisito. Es un excelente lugar si lo que buscas es desconectarte y conectar con la naturaleza. Hablando de naturaleza, hay mucha vida silvestre sobre todo en las noches, si te dan miedo los geckos e insectos quizá no puedas dormir tranquilo ( aún así el lugar cuenta con las medidas para que no ingresen a la habitación). En pocas palabras, es igual a la foto, la atención es buena y el anfitrión Cornelio es muy amable y nos dio café starbucks.

We highly recommend Diana’s place. It was clean, comfortable and had a beautiful garden and pool area. The staff was always available and eager to help in any way. Five plus stars!
