The apartment is great! super comfortable, it fits very well a couple. It has its own pool, and they offer a service to clean it every day if needed. The kitchen is complete, the bathroom is great, and the building staff is very friendly. Great amenities in the complex too. I would definitely go back!

This was a great spot to spend the night in Tulum. It wasn’t right in the heart of things (more in the area currently being built up), but still a pretty easy walk for us to some really good restaurants. Liz was very communicative and helped me to navigate how to get there and gave advice on things to do the next day and how to get to those things which was much appreciated. For us it was the perfect spot to spend a relaxing night in Tulum.

Beautiful beach vacation. The on property staff were super friendly. Everything felt so safe and secure which was so important for my family. The snorkeling was amazing and you were steps away from a cenote. Great accommodations, great restaurants in the area. Thanks for a great family vacation!

Beautiful place! It’s even nicer than on the pictures, felt very expansive with amazing design, bedding, showers, etc. The complex has a beautiful pool to enjoy sunset. Located close to many restaurants and road is well developed (which is not always a case in Tulum). Would highly recommend!

El lugar es muy bonito , nos encantó. A excepción de la falta de agua caliente el primer día y que no dan ganas de hacer uso de la alberca por qué está sucia. El Depto es muy bonito , muy limpio , y agradable. Great experience in Tulum. House and property were very nice - roomy and clean and matched the pictures. The only drawback was the last 600 meters of the road to the house which is an adventure! Great responsiveness and very friendly hosts. Only 10-15 minutes from the beach or ruins and even closer to many restaurant and bar options...and of course you don't even need to leave the house with a well equipped kitchen, bbq and very cute outdoor bar!

Our family recently had the opportunity to stay in this beautiful slice of paradise in Soliman Bay. The home is within a boutique-type hotel that offers exceptional concierge, dining, and cleaning services. We were taken care of from beginning to end with prompt communication before our arrival to dedicated support and advice while staying there. Matias was our primary concierge contact, and my husband and I were so thankful for the endless tips, suggestions, and help he provided us. A continental breakfast is included in your stay and what a delight it was to see Bernie greet us every morning with the delicious fresh items. In addition to providing us tasty food, he offered great stories! Everyone was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. While we were off adventuring during the day, we loved coming back to our beautiful home, which offered excellent seating areas to see the gorgeous ocean, comfortable beds, filtered water, fresh towels, and a pool table. We hope to return!

We had such a great stay! The place was clean, spacious, and had a cozy, homey feel. The rooms were large and comfortable, and the pool was absolutely incredible — definitely a highlight of the stay. It’s beautifully maintained and gets plenty of sun throughout the day. The garden surrounding the property felt like a mini rainforest — waking up to the sounds of birds in the morning was such a peaceful experience. Gherardo was very accommodating and quick to respond, which made everything smooth and easy.

Nous avons adoré séjourner chez Deanna. Nous n'avons manqué de rien et avons trouvé le logement magnifique ! Situé dans un petit quartier très tranquille et bien entretenu. La piscine publique est aussi très agréable ! Coup de coeur pour la chambre des enfants avec le gros serpent, ils ont adorés ! ❤️

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION ! This place was a few steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world and the best part was that it was lonely ! Juan Luis was very attentive and such a great host ! Only negative comment was that there was hardly ever any hot water. But other than that, it was great !!

Excellent home for those who want to disconnect from routine concrete jungle materialistic world .. it has been decades since living in a place which is so much connected to the nature with 4 miles of private beach , no microwave so u can rather eat or cook the food naturally , no cell tower signals , so u connect to the world with host provided starlink internet, with each bedroom equipped with ACs, total home easily supports 12 to 15 people to stay , it’s a wonderful and one of unique experience those who want to disconnect from routine lifestyle .. the staff is very friendly for those who are visiting with big groups family and friends it’s a nice place from Mayan arch in tulum beach area it would take 90mins on a very bad rough road but worth the drive .. we would love to visit the place again ..

We had a great stay. The property was spacious with lots of enclosed yard space around the pool that was great for our kids, and having the separate guest house was really nice. The location was also great, just one block from great restaurants and shops. Short drive to the beach and cenotes as well.

The house is even better than in the pictures. Really well kept, quiet area. As many said you need the car to reach pretty much every area in Tulum, but it is just short drives. Pool and garden were regularly cleaned. We felt safe at all times. We were traveling with a child and they provided high chair and bed for him. We can only recommend this place and host.

Definitely find it in the daylight!! It is amazing!! My gps in iPhone does not work, this space is in a secure location.. so safe.. and beautiful!! And it has multiple store and restaurants located within the planned neighborhood… it is a paradise! I can’t even begin to tell you how beautiful the plants are and the apartment is the most fine.. all wood and marble.. washer and dryer on site!! The pools, honestly between the days climbing the ruins.. I just stayed at the apartment and relaxed.. it was amazing! I will definitely stay here again.. I’m the mom and plan all the vacations. If your the mom, you know how tiring that can be.. for my next vacation I plan to bring my sister and just relax for a week here! It is that beautiful! And if you love plants, it’s definitely a must see.. the pool outside is open 24hours.. and if you want a view of the city.. you just chill in the pool on the roof!!! Love! Love! Love!

Marianna’s apartment was perfect, exactly like the description. The building is super nice, great amenities, especially the rooftop pool. The location is excellent too, great access to the grocery store, the main road to the beaches as well as lots of great restaurants in walking distance. Plus Marianna gave us some great recos for restaurants and beach clubs. Thank you Marianna, we will definitely be back!

Estuvimos súper cómodos en este alojamiento, buena comunicación y atención desde el principio, viajamos con 10 integrantes y todos pudimos disfrutarlo, excelente lugar para descansar y disfrutar de la alberca, el alojamiento está en una muy buena ubicación, sin duda regresaremos!

We loved every minute of our stay at Daniels place. The apartment is lovely and has all you need for an incredible stay! The area Aldea Zama is for the sure the best area to stay when visiting Tulum. My friends and I stayed for two days. Lilian allowed us early check-in and late check-out. The home was clean and extremely beautiful. Anthony was very helpful and took care of our needs. We were able to rent ATVs that were brought to us all thanks to this amazing team. Throughout my stay I felt safe and relaxed. I visited the onsite amenities like the pool, the cenote, and the cafe. The location was perfect because it was in between the resorts on the beach and the downtown of Tulum making it very walkable or better ATVable. I would definitely book with this team when I return to Tulum. Thank you for hosting an amazing home.

This was probably the best Air BnB I’ve ever rented. It was very well kept. Super clean, smelled great, and it had a fantastic coffee machine and a clothes streamer!!! The location was great. Right between town and the beach. The bikes were a great addition. It was easy to ride anywhere we wanted. Or walk down the street to numerous delicious restaurants. Our stay in Tulum was definitely enhanced by this place. The host Michael was wonderful and the little old man gate guard was so cute and helpful. The beds were comfortable. Although one friend chose to sleep on the couch one night because the couch was so comfortable!! There was a washer and dryer which came in handy. Two bathrooms which is always nice when travelling with multiple people. Loved, loved, loved this place. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!
