The bathroom has a large shower and tankless water heater. Full kitchen, gas fireplace and a 55" TV with Roku, that allows you to log into your own accounts and log out when you leave. Great deal so close to the shuttle! No additional fees for pets and the 12% Placer County transient tax is factored into the price.

The property allows access (for a fee) to all Tahoe Donner amenities including pools, hot tubs, saunas, gym and beach. The cozy cabin is 10 minutes from downtown Truckee and in close proximity to Donner Lake, Northstar, Palisades & Sugar Bowl.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home on Prosser Dam Rd. Located minutes from Prosser Reservoir and a short distance to downtown Truckee, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has all the space you need for a wonderful stay. 6 guests are included in the price of the reservation. There are two sleeper sofas and the house can accommodate up to 8 guests. Guests 7 and 8 would be $50 per night per guest. Pets are allowed for a negotiable fee $$ depending on how many nights and how many pets!
