We are a short distance to downtown Truckee and all there little shops and we are 5 minutes outside the Ski Resort Village. Most have told us it's a hidden- GEM. Bird watch, fish or just relax. Tahoe Donner is a fun-filled community with many activities and a Rec Center with hot tubs, sauna, pools, tennis, pickleball, bocce, and a full gym - a cozy, comfortable haven to relax after a day in the mountains or at the lake. Guest passes provide access to private amenities, however, some Tahoe Donner amenities charge a separate daily fee set by the HOA (for example, the Rec Center is about $30 per person/day).

Welcome to Base Camp! Our cozy studio (308 SF) is located in the Tahoe Donner Lodge Condominiums. The Lodge HOA is less than 50 yards from the Tahoe Donner downhill ski resort - consistently voted as the best place to learn how to ski. Alder Creek Adventure Center (cross-country skiing, hiking, biking) is less than a mile away. A private parking lot is available for our guests. Please note that our condo is not appropriate for more than two guests, including children of any age.
