We rent out our guest apartment, in a stately Swiss villa on Singsaker. There is a room of 24 sqm, a spacious hallway and a great new bathroom. There is no private kitchen available, but the store is a 4-minute walk away. The fortress is nearby with its large green areas and there you can enjoy beautiful views of the city. 10 minutes walk takes you down to Bakklandet with its cozy cafes and eateries, and to the Old Town Bridge. Good bus connections, and walking distance to most things. No partying allowed.

Walk for only 3 minutes and you will find Trondheim's most popular swimming area Korsvika, and you have the city center and the Solsiden within walking distance. Bus stop outside the door. There is parking for 3 cars and an electric car charger

Suitable for couples and single travelers, max 3 people. One or both bedrooms are used, depending on the number of guests. You pay for the number of guests. Free parking/car charging can be arranged in advance. 100 m to NTNU Gløshaugen and bus. Walking distance to cozy Bakklandet and city centre. Washer and dryer in the basement.
