In the hills of Dixon, northern New Mexico, this beautiful winemaker’s home belongs to the co-owners of Vivac Winery. It sits among apple trees and looks out over the vineyard. The house is well suited for a writer’s retreat, a romantic getaway, or a home base for exploring three nearby ski areas and two rivers. Guests are invited to a complimentary wine tasting at Vivac Winery. There are plenty of options for local hikes, or easy day trips to the museums and galleries of Taos and Santa Fe.

Relax on the deck overlooking the water, and during late spring and early summer, listen to the river as you fall asleep. The quaint village of Dixon (an artist and vineyard, orchard, organic farm community) is just a mile away.

Taos Earthship, 2 bdrm Virtual Hideaway!

This Earthship is great for experiencing a home that is quiet, serene, romantic, private, (one acre lot) surrounded by acres of sagebrush and chamisa. and is only 15 minutes from town. The inside is dark adobe with gold straw, with flagstone floors, and rustic Sycamore Oak beams. 3 kivas fireplaces too! It's been used as a recording studio too, If you like taking awesome photographs, this is THE place. Cozy, comforting! Pets are welcome and must be leashed! Cat box provided by request!

Welcome to RidgeWalk Treehouse, the only treehouse stay in Angel Fire, perched at 9,200 feet among the pines with panoramic views over the Moreno Valley. A private queen bedroom and a loft with two full beds sleep up to 6. Sip sunrise coffee on the wraparound balcony, grill at sunset, and stargaze in the crisp alpine air as wildlife wanders by. Games, peace, and treetop views make for an unforgettable stay. Winter mountain access requires AWD/4WD and chains.

Farmhouse Casita in scenic Llano San Juan 10 minutes off the High Road to Taos. Full kitchen and bath with washer dryer. Private fenced yard with garden, patio table and lounge chair. Fire pit with wood. Spectacular mountain views and 10 farm acres to roam. Pets are OK but only small dogs inside. (kennel and/or fenced yard available for bigger dogs or ones that shed profusely). Designated parking space and room for RVs. High speed Wifi is available.

This little cabin is nestled in the pines with spectacular views of the Sangre de Cristo mountains. The roads are a little rough, but this will only assure you a quite and peaceful retreat away from crowded campgrounds and congested resort areas. If you are interested in hiking or exploring, this is the perfect place, or you can simply relax and enjoy some quite solitude on the mountain. Grandma's Ol' House-10 Minutes Away From Sipapu

Grandmas Ol'House is a cozy little house next to the main highway, and 10 miles from the Sipapu Ski Loge. There is also great places to go tubbing, hiking, and bike riding. There are a couple of grocery stores, restaurants, and gas stations for your convenience. If you are looking for a nice peaceful getaway, then this is a great place to stay!
