Lovely traditional farmhouse from 1850. The house is approx 130 m2 with 3 bedrooms, bathroom, small kitchen and a big livingroom with a kitchen island and fireplace. The guesthouse has a separate entrence, garden and bbq-facilities. You will also have access to plenty of social areas (shared) such as our beautiful enclosed garden, the newly renovated sauna+relax, wine cellar, gardenhouse or the warm outside spapool. The house is kids-friendly with a playhouse, trampoline, toys and boardgames.

Så långt söderut du kan komma i Sverige! Facilititer - Bastu, badtunna, boulebana Huset ligger ca 100m från stranden och ca 500 m till badbrygga. Smygehamn är Sveriges sydligaste plats & här finns affär, restaurang & glasskiosker. Närhet till fler pärlor och badstränder längst kusten. OBS! Husdjur är tillåtna utifrån samråd med oss.

Beautiful Scanish house from 1922, 3 km from Skurup, 15 min drive from Ystad and 35 min from Trelleborg & the ferries. The buzzing town of Malmö is 35 min by car and Copenhagen is 1hr off by train. Large L-shaped sitting room with fireplace adjoining dining room with access to terrace, double bedroom & bathroom, library, guest toilet, fully-equipped kitchen. Big TV room on top floor with 2 single beds & double bedroom. Golf courses, e.g. Abbekås, and the Baltic sea are closeby.

If you want city life, it is only 3 km to the center of Trelleborg and 30 km away from Malmö. The house has facilities as a modern bathroom and a washing machine & dryer. The kitchen is well equipped and you will get bed linen and towels for your stay. From Trelleborg you can take the train to Copenhagen and the ferry to Germany and Poland.

Enjoy the peaceful view of the fields and horses. Take a walk to the ocean and enjoy the beautiful and tranquil surroundings of Östra Torp. The small house has a fully fitted kitchen, dining space in an open space solution. Sleeping quarters with a double bed on the loft and two beds (one as possible pull out double bed) on ground floor. A private outdoor space to enjoy the sunset or to have breakfast hangout.
