She was an amazing host. Met us at the Airbnb to welcome us in and showed us around. Very responsive and lovely. Will definitely be staying here again when I visit.

We were absolutely wowed by this beautiful villa. Tania greeted us in our arrival and showed us round - she was super helpful despite our lack of Spanish! Tania was on hand to help with any questions we had. The villa is well equipped and had everything we needed and more. Perfect for a family stay where we cooked and played games. The pool, pool-house and garden were fantastic and we enjoyed the sunshine. Lovely views of the hills and cows in the distance. The villa was absolutely spotless. The villa is a fairly rural location and a car would be beneficial (as Tania describes in the listing). However, we enjoyed the 20 minute walk to Lidl and taxis were available into the city. Everything is taken care of in detail and you can see the care with which it is designed to make guests feel at home. The setting is even more special: a charming town in Cantabria, with an idyllic landscape that invites you to disconnect, breathe fresh air and enjoy the silence. We also want to highlight David, the host, for his closeness, kindness and availability at all times. It's really nice to meet people like this when you travel. It's been a wonderful stay. It was all spectacular; the location, the house, the garden... It was a weekend of friends and we all liked it. Also, I have brought 3 b*****s who enjoyed it with the very good care and fenced ground. Surely we repeat experience.

We thought the villa was perfect for our little girl's weekend! Local taxi firms were very accomodating over text message as we could not speak spanish so we were able to Google translate and message them. (uber doesn't work in this area) The local GoT attractions do require booking to visit - which we did not realise but that was due to our own lack of foresight. The host was amazingly responsive, the water system was running cold and she was there within 20 mins to reset the boiler to get us hot water and to help us understand the cooking system. The villa itself was beautiful and the surrounding area was so beautiful to just sit and enjoy. Plenty of space in the villa and multiple bathroom and showers for larger groups of people. I would mention that having a car is essential to stay here for the local shopping and the check out process of disposing of the bins down the road.

Magnificent host from start to finish. Attentive to needs, with its own initiative indicating trails for hiking in the area... He even left us a couple of gifts! About the house little to add, in the description and photos you see how good a place it is. Equipped with everything we needed. Tidy and clean. I wish to repeat your stay!

The area around the property is very tranquil and quiet. Easy to find and only a short walk from several restaurants plus it is easy to catch the ferry across to Santander. We were a party of eight adults and the property had plenty of room for all of us plus in benefits from four bathrooms too. The living room was also very spacious and had a large dining table with ample room for us all to sit comfortably to eat. The garden was an added bonus and we made full use of this area.

Our Hoznayo getaway was fantastic. Both Ines and Pedro made communication easy and quick and our stay there nice and enjoyable. In addition to recommending local restaurants or villages to visit, they also gave us flexibility when leaving the accommodation. Thanks to them and their beautiful casita, we had a very quiet and memorable stay.

My family and I loved our stay at Marina’s place. We felt so comfy and at home. We want to return to stay again!

Very nice the smithy de somo, the accommodation is just as you can see in photos, everything new and very clean. The host was attentive at all times to answer our questions, gave us local recommendations and was flexible with check-in and check-out times. Value for the money 10/10. The garden with the bbq is a plus. As the only detail, the space for 6 is maybe half fair, mainly because the second bathroom is not completely closed. We were also very well accommodated. Everything else was great! I would definitely come back!

The worst thing about the house is that the sunset only lasts a few minutes. The house is a real spectacle. Very comfortable. The rooms are very spacious, the living room-kitchen is the ideal size for all guests. And the terrace is undoubtedly the most special corner of the house. Inma was attentive and was a host worthy of the house. We'll be back for sure. I can't upload a sunset. You'll have to go and experience it.

Jesus is very helpful and friendly, we loved the place, big front room with dining, nice balcony, plus a power shower, kitchen has everything needed. less than 15 minutes to the lovely big beach and restaurants, very nice area.

This was the best stay on an Airbnb since I started using the app. The house is beautiful, very clean, the heating worked great, the site spectacular (beautiful landscapes). The house is beautiful with many common areas, in particular we loved the inner terrace. The place is wonderful, surrounded by green areas, ideal for a quiet weekend in nature. The kitchen is more than equipped for cooking, there were 15 of us and we had no problems, there was everything! (pots, coffee makers, cutlery...) All the rooms were impeccable with traditional decoration. There are three full bathrooms and a toilet (we were surprised how fast the hot water comes out!) Upon arrival they explained how the heating works and were very quick to answer a couple of questions we had over the weekend. Thank you very much for everything! It was definitely a weekend to repeat

We traveled as a family, a married couple and two teenagers, the house of the palm trees met all our expectations, the host was always attentive whenever necessary. The cleanliness is impeccable, the living room and sitting area are very spacious and comfortable. Everything is very well equipped, kitchen with plenty of kitchenware, full bathrooms. Impeccable linens, sheets and towels. Very nice views. Highly recommended.
