The room is super comfortable and spacious, everything is very clean. Alberto was very flexible in terms of arrival and departure and at all times was proactive in communication. Definitely a highly recommended place. Finally, its location is perfect in case you like to know the old town and if you want to know other parts of the city, you can walk without any problem. There are restaurants, laundry and souvenir shops in the vicinity.

Great location in the middle of the old town. Close to the train station and subway. Good starting point for the city exploration. Beautiful renovated well-kept house. Had a room with a window to Plaza Nueva, very nice, very lively until 1 AM at night you could hear the sounds of the cleaning work and in the morning at 7 AM the premises were prepared for the day. Great acoustics under the arcades. It's good that the new closed windows keep out the noise. Would still go back, the location is unbeatable! The room is very clean, the bed is good and those who need Wi-Fi will not be disappointed either.

Amazing stay! There weren’t many reviews when we stayed but we loved it. The bedroom and bathroom are brand new and spotless. Access code to get into building and room was sent 24hrs before and worked perfect. Would definitely recommend! Also lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance.
