Vacation rentals with beach access in Trasmiera

The flat is in a superb location, with access to a beautiful beach without crossing a road. Car parking is safe and easily accessed, same applies to the flat itself. The flat is compact and well appointed. The balcony space affords excellent views of beach and beyond, and is a sun-trap from noon onwards. Spotlessly clean. We stayed in mid-May. The weather was very good, warm and dry. We did not spend much time in the town, but when I drove through there seemed to be all the amenities you would expect. The local supermarket (LIDL) was easily accessed and well-stocked. The location allows for a beach holiday or using the flat as a base to tour the area, which is exceptionally scenic and offers a lot of different options. Maria is a delightful, helpful host. I intend to return asap.

Blanca's apartment is a beautiful space, with original paintings, stylish furnishings, comfortable beds and living areas. The neighborhood is very pretty, lots of trees, and convenient to the beach and promenade, grocery store, and other neighborhoods and sights. Parking was plentiful on the street. The building was quiet, and the apartment was well supplied with drinks and kitchen supplies. Would love to come back in the future.

The accommodation matched the description perfectly. Easy access and you feel right at home. The neighbors of the building where it is are very friendly. It's a shame that due to the weather we couldn't use the pool, which had a very good track.

We stayed at Patricia's during a romantic city trip. The place was spotless, Patricia was a perfect host. Cupcakes and refreshing drinks were waiting for us upon arrival. The location is in a very quiet area, close to all amenities. We recommend Patricia's place without so much as a second thought!

Great location and same as shown in the photos. The apartment is small but clean, well-organised, and has everything you need. Hosts were friendly, responsive, and very accommodating, they even met us late at night to hand over the keys. Ideal base for a surf trip with space to store boards and dry wetsuits.

Diana's apartment is equipped with everything you could need, even groceries are partially provided. We were traveling with 2 children and Diana offered us a baby bed for our little one, as well as extra protection for all doors and windows. What you should know, however, is that the apartment is on the 5th floor WITHOUT an elevator and the windows are not renovated. That means a little workout every day and unfortunately a little light-sounding, but the shutters darken top. But all this did not bother us. Only the water quality with a strong chlorine taste left something to be desired, but that is difficult to change. Overall, we liked it very much and we can highly recommend the apartment and its surroundings for a stay as a family.

The house has an excellent location. A quiet area, very easy to park and you can walk to the beach of El Sardinero super fast and if you want to go downtown and not walk too much, you have a bus nearby too.

The area around the property is very tranquil and quiet. Easy to find and only a short walk from several restaurants plus it is easy to catch the ferry across to Santander. We were a party of eight adults and the property had plenty of room for all of us plus in benefits from four bathrooms too. The living room was also very spacious and had a large dining table with ample room for us all to sit comfortably to eat. The garden was an added bonus and we made full use of this area.

My family and I loved our stay at Marina’s place. We felt so comfy and at home. We want to return to stay again!

Very nice the smithy de somo, the accommodation is just as you can see in photos, everything new and very clean. The host was attentive at all times to answer our questions, gave us local recommendations and was flexible with check-in and check-out times. Value for the money 10/10. The garden with the bbq is a plus. As the only detail, the space for 6 is maybe half fair, mainly because the second bathroom is not completely closed. We were also very well accommodated. Everything else was great! I would definitely come back!

As soon as we stepped into the apartment, we felt a sense of calm. It's almost impossible not to feel relaxed while surrounded by the beautiful countryside views. The house was designed to capture the scenery, especially with the large living room and master bedroom windows positioned perfectly west. We often preferred having dinner at home while catching a view of the mountain side sunsets over eating out for the evening.

From the first moment, all the amenities, explanation upon arrival, impeccable accommodation and with all the amenities. Always attentive to all the help and making sure that we were comfortable. Definitely our reference site when we return to the area. The stay was terrific. Met expectations more than 100%. What we have experienced as very pleasant is the personal contact with Mari, our hostess. The contact with her was friendly, helpful and welcoming. When we left, Mari came to say goodbye to us in person. The space was clean, spacious and equipped with every comfort. In the bedroom, a bed of 2.00 m wide. Public transport is very close and takes you to the center of Santander. Something we also like. You then need to look for a parking space in the city center. We therefore highly recommend it for people who want to visit the area and Santander.

Jesus is very helpful and friendly, we loved the place, big front room with dining, nice balcony, plus a power shower, kitchen has everything needed. less than 15 minutes to the lovely big beach and restaurants, very nice area.

This was the best stay on an Airbnb since I started using the app. The house is beautiful, very clean, the heating worked great, the site spectacular (beautiful landscapes). Our stay was unbeatable. Located on the beach of Berria, (just 2 minutes from the walking sand), perfect for families who want to enjoy the beach or for surfers. The area is very quiet and noisy, but if you want more movement in 5 minutes you are in the center of Santoña where you have all kinds of services. The accommodation is equipped with all kinds of details, complete kitchen battery, internet, table rack and storage spaces. The beds are very comfortable. All super clean and well organized. Sandra is very good host, always attentive and available to make everything perfect and offering great recommendations on places to visit and restaurants in the area. You can tell he cares about every detail to make the experience unforgettable. I will definitely be back on my next trip, I recommend it 100%.
