Vacation rentals with a patio in Torrent

Lucie offered us a wonderful home for an extended weekend. She well-provided us with a very helpful instruction booklet with lots of fantastic tipps, we really appreciated and followed some of then :) The home is in a perfect central location and very clean (although there were some dead ants in the corner), only the water pressure of the shower was a bit low, otherwise nothing to complain and 100% recommended to everyone!

Nicolas was a great host. He agreed to a late check in and even come to meet us at the airport. The place is very clean and he is eager to help and easy to communicate with. The bus station is literally in the front of the building and the metro is at 5 minutes walk. We would definitely come back.

Myself and my wife stayed here for one month in early 2024 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It is a lovely apartment with a beautiful private terrace right in the heart of the old town of Valencia. The wifi was perfect for me working remotely during my stay and had a nice office space upstairs leading onto the terrace. The place is pretty well stocked for long stays (albeit with no pots, but four mops), and the bed was very comfortable. Marian was a great host and was always quick to get back to us whenever we had any questions, I would highly recommend staying with her!

A very comfortable apartment and convenient for the tram station and supermarket. Everything went smoothly and Rebeca was always helpful and friendly.

A brilliant stay, the flat was very clean and the terrace was brilliant for morning and early afternoon sun. The kitchen had everything you need for evening meals. Abel was very helpful on check in and check out. Look forward to staying again!

The apartment’s proximity to the beach and bus route to old town was fantastic. It was spotless and the hosts were so helpful and responsive.

We felt welcome in the accommodation, you can get around by metro very easily anywhere in Valencia. The hostess is very kind and understanding.

Vanessa was very friendly and answered any questions very quickly and clearly. The house is as described, ideal for up to 4 people. The bathroom and kitchen are fully functional and the beds / sofa bed are comfortable. The terrace has great views and you can see the sea without any buildings blocking it. The area is quiet (we went during Holy Week) less than a 5-minute walk to the beach. And there is also an area with restaurants, cafes, a wide promenade, a children's area, a port, etc. In other words, you can have fun if you go with children. The beach is sandy, no stones. In short, a very good option to spend a few days on the beach, but 20 minutes from Valencia to see the city of arts, the town hall area and very close to little Venice.

Our experience at Cristian and Minerva's house has been very good. We felt right at home, very comfortable... The house was very clean and cared for, fully equipped, a 10 of 10. Very good location, close to all kinds of services and amenities, accessible beach walking, close to the Albufera and Valencia city... Cristian and Minerva were very friendly and gave us a lot of flexibility when entering and leaving. A place to remember very positively, for everything... Looking forward to repeating again in the future. Thank you very much for everything!

Both amparo and Paula (co-host) were super responsive and friendly. They are wonderful hosts and super content with the house. It is in a very quiet area and right on the beach, of course it is a stay that we would repeat in a time that can be enjoyed 100% of the location right on the beach and the pool of the house. It's exactly what you see in the photos as well as being a cozy home. An experience of 10 ☺️

Everything was wonderful. Paula was very helpful and accommodating. Location 1-2 minutes' walk from the beach. Apartment as advertised, everything tip top. Garage with table tennis was a good change and a lot of fun 👍🏼

Peace, quiet, a perfect weekend. Just because of the outside, it's well worth it. We would have stayed to live!!! We will definitely repeat. The host is very kind, she responds to any questions quickly. Thank you for hosting us at your home, I hope to see you soon

Emilio was lovely from the first intante, he sent us the necessary information by message, he made it easier for us to enter the house earlier and to be able to leave later if we did not touch. At all times very friendly and charming. The fineness of the orange trees is more beautiful than what can be seen in the photos. All the work where we stay is new, with good finishes and premium appliances. Exelente gusto para la decoración. The pool and BBQ area is the cherry on the cake. And in case it was not enough, we were offered to eat all the orange we could eat, it must be said, an orange of the highest quality. located in the center of the city , you have everything at hand. the parking is not easy but giving a couple of turns you park.

We had an amazing time at Alexandra's home! Communication was very smooth and extremely friendly, which is always very pleasant if you have any questions. The house has been completely renovated, and very nicely decorated. The location is ideal, within walking distance of metro and bus station to get into the city and within walking distance of the harbor/beach. It was wonderful to stay on the roof terrace, with beautiful southern plants. We stayed there during the "santa semana", and were able to experience these unique processions from very close in the streets of the neighborhood. Valencia stole our heart, if we come back with our group, we will definitely stay in Alexandra's house again.

We had a wonderful stay here. The place is spacious, the two bathrooms are a bonus and the patio space is incredible. It’s located on a nice quiet side street, but we were able to find parking just one block away. We enjoyed being able to walk to Turia park and lots of great cafes and restaurants. If you have kids there are several play parks within walking distance. We would book again without hesitation.

Fantastic place! 5 minutes walk from the airport, whilst being well connected to Valencia center (metro station 1 min walk) with metros every few minutes and only taking around 15-20 min to get the center. (Tickets are also very cheap and can be bought at the station) Lidl is also 1 min away, with a few more local restaurants etc. We chose to stay here for the location (close to airport) but we loved it for how clean (and i mean spotless) the place was, how responsive the host is, how easy it was to get to and from Valencia center and how quiet the area was. Would not chose to stay anywhere else if we return, this was our first time in Spain and this place made it lovely (even through the big Spain blackout on the 28th of April. We could easily walk to the airport and check status etc.) Lovely experience, highly recommended, don't take just my word for it, look at the other reviews!

The house is very nice, everything is very clean and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to relax for a few days. but above all the spectacular terrace. close to the beach . Everything was great. We'll definitely be back. The layout of the house is very good. And although we don't use it, having a pool, even if it's shared, 10 steps from the apartment is a very good complement.

We had an excellent stay at Elena and Wilfort’s place. It is a perfect quiet location only 20 minutes ride from Valencia. The beach is 3 minutes walk and perfect for long walks. The apartment was very clean and very well equipped. It offers a beautiful sea view as well. The building is very quiet and clean. The hosts were very kind and friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend it and would love to stay there again !

Pasqualis was the nicest host we have ever had. He met us and helped with our suitcases and was very responsive to some minor issues that we had. His apartment was fantastic and situated perfectly in the old town. Thanks Pasqualis we had an amazing stay 😊

Jana's place was perfect for my 2-night-stay in Valencia. Pretty much everything I wanted to see was within an easy walking distance. The studio itself is modern, clean and very spacious. Would happily recommend it to others and would book again when coming back to Valencia!

I recently stayed at Sali’s place, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. Our group of six found the apartment was perfect for our needs—spacious, comfortable and very clean. The layout was ideal, with plenty of room for everyone to relax without feeling cramped. The common area was lovely for gathering, and the fully-equipped kitchen was great for preparing meals. The location is perfect, situated in a quiet neighbourhood but still close to local attractions, restaurants, shops and beaches. Sali was a very responsive host and answered any queries we had very promptly. All in all, this apartment was the perfect base for our group, and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling with a larger group!

Our stay at Francis' place was perfect. From the first moment, communication was easy and fluid, and he welcomed us with great kindness. The house was impeccable, well-equipped and very cozy, ideal for a comfortable and pleasant stay. In addition, he had the nice touch of leaving us some delicious oranges and breakfast, which made us feel even more welcome. The care is noticeable in every detail, which made us feel at home. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it 100%
