Monthly Rentals in Torrent de Sant Jordi

We stayed at the finca for just over 2 weeks and enjoyed the time very much! There is plenty of space for everyone, the kitchen offers solid basic amenities and the large terrace with pool leaves many opportunities to take advantage of the sun. We were for different outdoor activities in Mallorca, e.g. for biking and walking. For us, the finca was a great fit! The very nice location near Pollenca and Port de Pollenca is ideal, with the rental car other destinations can also be easily reached. For the necessary relaxation, the quiet atmosphere around the finca ensures. Overall, we can only recommend a visit in the low season, we felt very comfortable and had a good starting point to discover Mallorca!

From the moment I walked in I felt like I was home. The entry is inviting and the indoor outdoor living was ideal for the time of year I chose. The kitchen is full sized with plenty of counter space and nice appliances. The instruction manuals were handy so figuring out how to use the stove and washer was easy. The main bedroom and bath was so nice and my guests enjoyed the charm of the other bedrooms. The location can’t be beat, restaurants nearby (highly recommend La Placeta and La Trencadoro) and the neighborhood grocery store L’Hortet was so convenient. Hiking the Puig de Maria was a treat and just challenging enough. The beach is an easy bus ride. It was an amazing trip.

The house we booked (Casa Marga) was not available the day we arrived in Mallorca with 6 adults and 2 kids - water damage. We were shocked at first, but host Mallorca and especially Antonia got an even bigger house for us (Casa Eresta). It was cleaned quickly and we could check in that afternoon. The house was older, big pool, wonderful landscape and even our own tennis court. The price would have been too high for us. We had a very nice week and Antonia did everything in her power to make us comfortable. The house was still cold after the winter, lots of mosquitos and the dishes were not very clean. But the house was still great and we would gladly come again. Thank you Antonia! Inge and family

The house it’s really nice and I would love to come back during summer. We were a family of 7 ppl youngest only 6 months and the oldest being my mother. The boys really enjoyed the table tennis game and the biljard and our oldster girl even took a chilli dip in the pool 😅 (February). The house had everything we needed for a comfy stay. The only ”negative” thing is that the dishwasher needs a cleaning (and some salt and so) since it’s working very hard at the moment to clean the dishes. A BIG PLUS for this house is that it’s the first Spanish and Mallorca house that I visited that I wasn’t cold in. It got a great heating system and heated floors here and there. So you could definitely come here in the colder months as we did. The hose is very spacious and beautiful and very CLEAN! 🙌 The host is super friendly and our visit was very smooth. Recommended!
