It has a full kitchen, two bathrooms, a spacious living room with stools for 6 people, WiFi, Smart TV, etc. Very close to Barajas airport, it is located in one of the most atmospheric areas of the district with bars, restaurants, pharmacies and supermarkets. Very easy to park on the surrounding streets for free.

A mall, and supermarket 2 minutes walk and free street parking, no parking meters.

Free airport transfers for stays of two nights or more between 7 am and 11 pm. Ask for Ifema. Electric scooter rental and optional electric car.

Located 15min from the San Fernando metro, with restaurants around the area, a Lidl 800m, Mercadona 1.5km, Adolfo Suarez airport 10min by car and Av. de América at 17min (18km). The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and TV. No smoking in the apartment, and no pets.
