We stayed at Helen and Fernando's apartment for 4 days and were very happy with our choice. The place was very well appointed, and well organized - we found everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Beds were very comfortable and it was really quite at night. Street, the apartment located on, is very nice - clean and relatively quite in the evening. Location is unbeatable, it's 15 min walk to Retiro Park and Prado museum, and it's 10-15 minutes from the very crowded and noisy city center. We checked out the host's restaurant's recommendations and weren't disappointed: pizza place across the street is fantastic! Hosts were were responsive to our inquiries and we got all out questions answered in a timely manner. We'd definitely recommend this place!

Centrally located and well located apartment, you are walking everywhere, close to everything you have to see in Madrid, well decorated, and above all very clean. Everything has been wonderful. The place is beautiful and very peaceful. Susana is very thorough and attentive, she takes great care of the details and explains everything very well. I found everything super comfortable, both the stay and the facilities are very well prepared. The village is beautiful, I hope to return with better weather, I will definitely be back soon. Mar was aware of everything at all times, very friendly, although we arrived later than planned did not give us any problems. Thank you! The house is just as seen in the photos, very quiet area and 5 minutes from the village. If you are looking for a quiet place to disconnect and be in nature it is definitely ideal. The only "but" is that the fence of the estate needs arrangements and we could not keep the dogs loose without being aware of them, but it also did not accompany the time for them to be away from home. Many thanks Mar!

We were able to enjoy a nice weekend. The hosts' attention was excellent as was the treatment. The house is quite comfortable and complete with nothing to miss. As soon as we arrive, we were perfectly indicated that places we can visit, such as shopping, leisure centers, etc... We would definitely repeat it again.

Unfortunately, the temperatures dropped a little and the pool was cold but great the same. The pool area and bbq of 10. Very friendly hosts. If ae gives the chance, we'll be back. We have been very comfortable in the house. The common areas and the porch give rise to spending time together for both adults and children. Despite the cold on the street, the heating is wonderful because it has underfloor heating. We had a small problem with the BBQ that Alberto solved immediately. We don't have a complaint

Ruben was a very attentive host and his mother, who welcomed us, was charming. The house is perfect for a large group of family or friends, with enough space for everyone. the house great, much better than the photos, has a patio mogollón. We went to spend an end of the year there a group of 9 people and we were at home, we had a lot of intimacy and since there were not many houses nearby we could be inside the house with music with no problem disturbing any neighbors. Extremely comfortable beds with a lot of blankets that were super warm. Marco and his family are very friendly, we will definitely come back in summer so we can enjoy the patio and the pool

We loved the place. A very nice and cozy garden and house perfect for a group of 9-10 people, with lots of kitchenware. We went 9 and we were really comfortable, the living room is very spacious. The house was very hot when we arrived, something that is greatly appreciated and more now. In the case of the rooms in the background the radiators did not finish heating completely but we warned José and at nothing they approached to see what was going on and they put some electronic radiators so I solved problem. Just to point out that there were two bedrooms that had no window and one of them went through the master bedroom. For us it was not an issue because we did not make life in the room. Thank you!

100% recommended. The host was always attentive and communicative. The house is located in a private development, with a parking space but you can also park on the street, which is a dead end with little traffic. The house has a well-equipped kitchen, is prepared for the cold and is spacious for up to 6 people. However, there is a critical point in the house and that is the shower. There is a toilet and a bathroom with a bathtub, which is very badly located under a wooden corner and you literally have to access it by bending over and the floor is slippery.
