We had an absolutely amazing time at Daniela’s place - it was clean, had stunning views and was quick access to Pisa, Florence & Siena. Beautiful pool and lovely terrace with amazing views and sunsets. The kitchen also had everything we needed, including local olive oil and pasta & local wine as a welcoming gift. Daniela went above and beyond providing us with lilos and a pump for the pool too. Overall, 10/10 stay!

Very well-kept property with attention to detail! In addition to the full cleaning. The directions were clear and the location is good for getting around by car between Liguria and Tuscany. Street parking in front of the entrance gate, quiet area with the charm of the river. The description of the structure is accurate, so the only thing I would point out is that it may not be too suitable for those who have problems climbing stairs, as it is arranged on three levels.

Beautiful location and apartment with stunning views of the harbor in Fezzano. The apartment was sparkling clean, and had everything you need. The terrace was especially😊 nice, very pleasant hosts who were very helpful with tips for excursions and restaurants. I recommend everyone who wants a trip to a lovely little Italian harbor town to book Sabrina's Airbnb.

My husband and I, plus our French Bulldog, had the pleasure of staying here for just over 3 weeks. Immediately felt like home, and host family had everything to do with that! Highly recommend. stunning views, fabulous location and some of the most gracious people I've ever met.

Mara’s apartment is a jewel in Viareggio. It is beautifully designed and fitted out with loads of room inside and a great functioning kitchen and wonderful private balconies to sit out to eat or relax.The location is perfect within walking distance to the beach, shops and many restaurants, bars and cafes. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to visit Viareggio

We were here for a week. The is a lovely home. In 20 minutes you can walk to the beach and the boulevard. We will definitely be back.

We had the most amazing stay at Micaela! She was the warmest, most welcoming host, had patience with us and all of our questions, and made our stay happy and relaxing. The house was amazing and well equipped and the mountains around us breathtaking! Thank you Micaela and family!!!

excellent experience, the apartment was very clean. Parking was also easy to find in the area despite it being the night before a masked class. Giovanna was very friendly and kind and asked several times if we needed anything.

There were 4 of us who stayed for a few nights. The apartment and photos are as described and we had a lovely stay in Viareggio. We drove down from a stay up in Lake Como but ended up being late for our agreed check in time with Alfredo. However this wasn’t a problem. He created a short video with clear instructions on how to get into the apartment and we met him later on. He’s a lovely host, gives good advice and is always on standby for any advice or to resolve any minor issues. The place is around a 10-15 minute bike ride from the beach (bikes in basement) and there’s a bakery nearby. It’s a short drive to the promenade, and around half an hour to Pisa and 1.5 hours to Florence. We enjoyed our trip and we were fortunate to find Alfredo’s place was available. Don’t think twice on booking it.

We stayed there as family of 5 and it was perfect. 3 single beds for the kids and a Queen bed. It had a full kitchen where we could cook. It was a 5 minute walk to a big park with a fun fair and bikes for hire. It was a 10 minute walk to the beach. Pisa and Lucca is 30 mins which we visited. There is a car park for a small/medium car which was handy for us. Elia was very responsive and had little extra things in the house like water, milk and some snacks. I also enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the birds. Lovely space, felt like home.

Quiet and very relaxing area, very convenient for services. Small apartment, very nice and impeccable. very clean. fully equipped kitchen. Fiorella is very kind and helpful. I highly recommend it and will be back.

I can’t say enough good things about our stay at Andrea’s apartment in Pietrasanta. Before we even checked- in, Andrea was extremely responsive and proactive in his communication. The apartment was immaculate and provided a modern feel while maintaining its rustic charm. We greatly appreciate the clear instructions Andrea provided, and that he took time out of his day to meet us at the parking spot, which was less than a 5 minute walk to the apartment. Highly recommend the apartment if you’re looking to be in a great walkable location to the Pietrasanta centre.

A perfect location in a magical town. The terrace is absolutely beautiful and the location is wonderful for exploring the area or catching a ferry. Would definitely return!

The apartment was very stylishly furnished and well located to explore the city on foot. The kitchen was very well equipped and it was fun to cook there. Communication with Elisa was perfect and we were even allowed to check in earlier and check out later. The bathroom was small but functional. Unfortunately, we were too warm at night despite air conditioning, as the bed is built directly under the roof. The water pump was also quite loud (even if no water was running). Overall, we can definitely recommend the apartment if you don't have a problem with steep stairs :)

My son and I had a great time, extremely comfortable apartment, well furnished, a beautiful very large shower stall, apartment equipped with everything you need for your stay. The area is very quiet, and the fact that you have your own parking space inside the condominium garden leaves you with the peace of mind of not having to go around in the evening to find a parking space. Nicoletta was very helpful for any explanation, doubt, and upon arrival we found several things waiting for us, fruit, aperitif that give warmth upon arrival, especially if you are a little tired We were very happy.

Lucca is such a beautiful, vibrant and historic place, and Leandro’s apartment certainly added to the amazing few days we had there. Leandro was always responsive where needed, with clear instructions as to how to find the apartment, and a very detailed guest book detailing the local restaurants and landmarks. The apartment itself is totally spotless, with modern furniture throughout. There is plenty of space as well as a well equipped kitchen. The bathroom is very tastefully decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. Overall, I fully recommend Leandro’s apartment, and if we are lucky enough to return to Lucca, we would have no hesitation to come back here.

perfect location in the old center, with a square behind it with nice cafes and restaurants. 10 minutes walk but the station, a little further walk to the airport. In the old city center, so also quickly to the famous old buildings. for us an ideal base for both Pisa and a day trip by train to Florence or the bus to Lucca. And very attentive owner!

Great stay! Nice apartment, clean and in the center. It is equipped with everything you need and more (hair dryer, shampoo, etc.). Gianluca and Patrizia were very nice and helpful. Highly recommended!

Antonio's place is amazing. The location is perfect: a few minutes' walk from a very cute little beach, and a few minutes from the old port where you will find a great fresh oyster kiosk, a very nice little bar with good cocktails, a really Italian atmosphere and not too touristy. We felt at home and wanted to leave more! An elevator connects this accommodation on the heights to the city, which was perfect because my boyfriend had just had surgery on his cruciate ligaments. We recommend the place and will be back with pleasure!

An absolutely stunning apartment, located right in the centre of Old Lucca. Lucia was an amazing hostess, giving us loads of really useful information, and recommendations, all of which turned out to be spectacular. From sites to see, best times to go to avoid crowds, restaurants, places for breakfast. Probably one of the most helpful hosts we have experienced with AirBnB. The Duke apartment was wonderful, with everything provided, and with stunning views over Lucca to the mountains on the horizon. There were great restaurants and cafes within 3-5 minutes walk of the apartment, and the provision of 3 bikes was great to gently explore the city walls. All in all, we could not have been more pleased with the apartment, or Lucia (and Maurizio), who were great communicators, from booking through to leaving Lucca, even booking a taxi to the airport for us.
