Dear guests, you are welcome in our house. Modern furnishings, with all the comforts. It is located in the peripheral district of Viareggio but strategic, convenient to reach every area of the city and with free parking on the street. By car in 10 minutes you can be on the seafront. Station 5 minutes by taxi to visit cities such as Lucca, Pisa, Florence. For us it is a special place and therefore I wish you to spend good moments in relaxation and tranquility.

Cozy semi-detached villa in the heart of Torre del Lago near the sea, the train station and all amenities. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a sofa, an equipped kitchen, a full bathroom and a garden with a patio to enjoy pleasant outdoor lunches and dinners. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. You can reach the entrance of the house by car via a private road and park for free in the immediate vicinity.

Recently renovated apartment in the center of Torre del Lago. The apartment is very elegant and modern: it is equipped with a state-of-the-art kitchen. Near the house, there are all the essential services (supermarket, bakery, etc.) and on Friday and Sunday the city market. The apartment is located near the sea (about 1.5 km from the sea), which can be reached by car or on foot. BED LINEN AND TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED!

Charming rustic located on top of a private hill, complete remodeled in 2023 with private infinity pool surrounded by nature. The farmhouse has comfortable outdoor spaces where you can eat and relax in front of a breathtaking view. The whole house is equipped with air conditioning and each bedroom has a private bathroom. We charge an additional cost of 30€ per day for utilities to be paid at check in.

Borgometato – Cipressa

There is a place a few steps away from the famous VERSILIA (Tuscany) called BORGOMETATO. Here various structures have been designed by the Architect Stefano Viviani, who has realized In each of them, a very refined style respectful to the place. Il Borgo di Metato is surrounded by olive trees, lots of green spaces and there are some donkeys for the joy of children. La Cipressa is part of this place.
