Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Torre Colonna-Sperone

A great apartment that’s close to most of the things you want to see in Palermo. Unfortunately, I wasn’t there long enough to see them all this time, but we hope to return. My family of four really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the elevator after all the walking!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans l’appartement de Bianca. Bianca a été très accueillante et nous a même envoyé des recommandations. Son appartement est propre, fonctionnel et la terrasse sur le toit est idéale pour le petit déjeuner 😍.

Ivana was great. Her place was very convenient to everything in the area. She stopped it very well so that when we got in late, we didn’t have to worry about not having coffee, toilet paper and everything else that we need right away I would give her a 10 if I could.

La casa ha tutti i comfort, non manca niente. Il bellissimo terrazzo si presta a piacevolissime serate in compagnia complice il bistrot sotto casa che ci ha fornito ottime pizze e leccornie siciliane. La zona è tranquilla e servita anche dai mezzi facilita di parcheggio. Ci siamo sentiti a casa.

Pinas Unterkunft ist bezaubernd. In der dritten Etage gelegen, deren durchaus steile Treppe wir mit Hilfe von Giuseppinas Sohn bewältigt haben, der einen ziemlich schweren Koffer für uns nach oben getragen hat (nochmals herzlichen Dank dafür), haben wir die Wohnung, die Aufmerksamkeiten mit Rotwein und Bereitstellung von Frühstückszutaten, das mitten in Cefalu-Sein sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Strasse und dennoch zentral. Es ist alles vorhanden,, um eine gute Zeit in Cefalu zu verbringen. Wir haben sehr wohl gefühlt.

We stayed here for two weeks and loved it! The apartment is very spacious and elegant. The location is excellent—within walking distance to everything the old city has to offer, including many historical tourist attractions, shops, restaurants, coffee shops, cafes, etc. The owner and hosts are responsive and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this apartment.

Very cosy apartment with terrace access, close to grocery store, beach. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean, same as the bedrooms. Anything that you may need for cooking, you will find in the kitchen. Also you have a place for barbecue if needed. If we would come back in San Vito, probably we will contact again Ignazia.

Irene’s apartment felt really special and was in a great part of Palermo - central but not in the hustle and bustle. It had great cafes near by and was walkable to every major tourist attraction. I would definitely recommend this apartment to couples visiting Palermo and I would love to stay again myself. Thank you Irene!

Der Aufenthalt in Marias Wohnung war sehr angenehm. Alles in der Wohnung war sehr sauber. Maria hat die Wohnung sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Schöne, große und praktische Küche, alles vorhanden, macht Spaß dort zu kochen. Super Aussicht von der Terrasse. Die Terrasse ist auch sehr schön gestaltet. Genau für diejenigen, die Ruhe und Erholung wollen und die Seele baumeln lassen wollen. Maria ist sehr sympathisch und ein Herzensmensch. Sie war sehr diskret, für Fragen jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns gute Tipps gegeben. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung zu 100% weiter und sind am überlegen, ob wir nächstes Jahr selbst wieder dahin fahren :-) Vielen Dank liebe Maria Ciao, a presto

L' alloggio era esattamente come descritto, pulito, facile da raggiungere e Vincenza una persona sempre disponibile e gentilissima. L' alloggio è in un punto strategico , esattamente vicino al porto e al corso centrale; purtroppo c'è un pub sotto che con la musica fino a notte fonda potrebbe creare disagio, chiudendo le finestre si isola molto il rumore ma bisogna a quel punto tenere l' aria condizionata accesa anche di notte. A prescindere da questo, consiglierei di soggiornarvi e ci tornerei volentieri.

We absolutely loved our time in Cefalu. Antonio’s place was perfect! It was so cozy with an amazing view of the sea. But the best part was the central downtown location and walk ability to the heart of Cefalu. Thank you!

Übernachten auf Erice (besiedelt schon 6. Jh. v. Chr.) ist ein besonderes Erlebnis. In der Nebensaison ist sie vor allem nachts zum Teil eine Geisterstadt, es gibt aber ausreichend Infrastruktur, Cafés, Bars, Restaurants. Tagsüber wird sie von Touristen belagert, die oftmals nicht ausreichend Zeit haben, sie ganz zu erkunden und auf bestimmten Pfaden bleiben. Ich habe nicht nur Erice, sondern den Berg von allen Seiten bewandert, es gibt im Frühling wunderschöne Natur rundherum und gut gepflegte Wanderrouten. Die Wohnung wirkt vielleicht etwas altmodisch und das Steinhaus ist etwas frisch, aber alles vorhanden, angenehm und die große Dachterrasse ein Bonus. Die Gastgeberin ist verlässlich, reagiert schnell, hilfreich und ist ein Superhost. Sie gab alles, damit mir nichts fehlte und holte mich ab, wann immer es nötig war.

Mieszkanie jest dobrze zlokalizowane, parking pod drzwiami, wiele sklepów. Margherita to ciepła, uśmiechnięta, sympatyczna osoba, przyniosła nam mały słodki prezent, który był bardzo sympatyczny 🧡 Łóżka wygodne, miejsca dużo, czysta łazienka, bardzo dobrej jakości pralka i suszarka, oraz plus za środki do prania! W kuchni znaleźliśmy wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy. Spędziliśmy miło czas. Dziękujemy i będziemy polecać :)

From the moment you drive into the parking area you feel very lucky. The outdoor space is well designed with multi areas to sit and relax. The outdoor kitchen is easy to work in and lets you enjoy the area. There are three lemon trees which you can enjoy a fresh lemon whenever you want. The inside is ever comfortable and the beds are comfortable and linens are crisp and white. You are in walking distance to stores with fresh fruit and a grocery store that lacks nothing. I highly recommend this location for a week or more holiday.

Sabrina and her husband (Simone) were great hosts! Very friendly and communication from check-in to check-out was excellent. The apartment was just as in the pictures and had everything needed for my stay. Great location and short walk to the beach! Snack, wine and water given complimentary at check-in! They provided luggage storage at check-out so I could spend the day at the beach before leaving for the airport. Thanks! Ciao!

Arianna ist herzlich, freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Wohnung ist großartig und geschmackvoll ausgestattet und liegt ruhig in einem Hinterhof und doch mitten in der Stadt. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants, Cafés etc. konnten wir zu Fuß erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist ein idealer Ort um Palermo zu erkunden und gleichzeitig auch Erholung zu finden. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Wir wollten dem Karneval entfliehen und haben uns für Sizilien entschieden. Das war ganz schön blauäugig, denn in Italien wird offensichtlich Karneval gefeiert und Cinisi ist eine Hochburg. 🤡 Die Wohnung ist gigantisch groß. Sie war äußerst sauber und sieht so aus wie auf den Fotos. Der Fön fehlte, also wurde von den Vermietern einer gekauft und umgehend vorbei gebracht. Von Cinisi aus kann man den Westen der Insel prima erkunden und ist ratzfatz am Flughafen. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!

Sehr nette und gut gelegene Wohnung. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Schöne Küche mit vielen Möglichkeiten zu kochen. Schönes sauberes Bad mit großer dusche. Im Sommer sehr angenehm kühl im gesamten apartment. Zusätzlich gibt es in jedem Raum eine Klimaanlage. Kaffeemaschine mit sehr gutem Kaffee auch vorhanden. Ruhige Gegend, jedoch alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Einkaufsstraßen gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Viele nette Lokale und Supermärkte in der Nähe. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben von ihnen viele Empfehlungen für Lokale und Sehenswürdigkeiten bekommen. Kommunikation funktionierte Einwandfrei. Check-In und Check-Out war sehr flexibel und auf unsere Bedürfnisse angepasst. Würde die Unterkunft jedem weiterempfehlen der einen Städtetrip nach Palermo plant!

Maria is a wonderful host, and she made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived at her place. Her local recommendation is fun and interesting. Her place is very clean, new and centrally located. You can walk anywhere in the city. I would love to stay at her place again and I highly recommend anyone to stay at her place!

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful flat. It is better than the photos. The roof terrace is absolutely amazing. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the rooms beautifully decorated - we could have stayed a month! Cefalu is gorgeous - there are tourists of course but it feels like a place Italians are also living - not like being in a place just for tourists. The location of the flat could not be better - short walk to beach and close to the main square and shopping street. Not far from train station either.

A beautiful apartment in a fabulous city! The location is excellent, with many restaurants and interesting sites easily walkable. The apartment combines historical charm and modern amenities. Communication with host was friendly and always helpful. Highly recommend staying here!
