Vacation rentals with beach access in Torre Colonna-Sperone

Francesca and Giulio were fantastic hosts with great communication. Anything I needed they were there with prompt answer and also had great suggestions for the area. They even offered to book our transfers to the airport for us at the end of our stay which was a big help for us!! The apartment was exactly as pictured, very spacious and comfortable and very clean. The location was very walkable for sightseeing, hop on hop off buses and sooo many restaurants and great spots within walking distance. I would highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Palermo.

The house is really nicely decorated. We found it very clean at our check-in. We especially liked the roof terrace overlooking the sunset over the sea and the mountains. The communication with Salvatore worked perfectly. You are welcome:)

This is an amazing home in the best location - we could have stayed for a month!! Situated right on the beach this is the most beautiful spot to spend any time in Cefalu. This appartment in Cefalu was one of the best places we have stayed on our trip! It's in the middle of the old city, but in a quiet street. I'm a light sleeper and I had the best night rest in all of Sicily. Communication with the host is very good. Everything you need is in the appartment: good bed, bathroom, kitchen with some welcome snacks. If you want to go to the beach you can even use chairs and sunshade provided by the host.

Tiziana is an amazing host. Very thoughtful and she thinks about her guests. One of the nicest hosts and nicest places I’ve stayed.

Giovanni’s apartment has three very large bedrooms each with its own little balcony (with a handy washing line). There is also a huge outdoor terrace which is beautiful with potted plants and outdoor furniture. The perfect place to have a dinner al fresco if you want to cook. Cooking is easy as the kitchen has a great stove with hot plates and the Capo market has lots of fresh foods and ingredients. There is also a supermarket a short walk away. Giovanni will give you great restaurant recommendations if you do not feel like cooking!

Roberto is a great host, he is very caring and supported us super with all questions. We always felt very comfortable. The house is in a fantastic location, on every level with great views of the sea. The highlight is the private access to the sea. The pool offers everything you need for a great vacation. Parking is available on the property. We had a VW bus, a motorcycle and a small rental car with us. (and mountain bikes) The proximity to the airport was very convenient for us because we were there with the whole family and our children arrived at different times. A private car is necessary to be mobile. For us, it was perfect because we needed about 50 minutes to the climbing paradise San Vito del Capo and could also go to Palermo. The distance to the most beautiful places in West Sicily can be reached in <1 hour. The residential area is very quiet and well maintained and we always felt safe. Thanks to Roberto

We really enjoyed our stay at this place! We got a super warm welcome with some local sweets, which was such a nice surprise. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed to cook our own meals. The hosts were great – always quick to respond whenever we had a question. The location is just few minutes off the main road between Palermo and Cefalù, so it’s a perfect spot for exploring the northern part of Sicily. Despite the road being close, it was very quiet in the apartment. One thing we loved was how cool the apartment stayed – even though it was really hot outside, we didn’t need to use the AC at all thanks to the curtains keeping the heat out. The bedroom stays pretty dark throughout the day because the window doesn’t let in much light. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

The appartment was great, modern style furniture and clean. Nice view on the sea, waking up with sunrise. The only little tricky part was the steep street entrance. All in all, I can recommend this place!

Perfect location and exactly as described. Our hosts Giovanni and Lorenzo were absolutely wonderful. The Villa is stunning, the beds were extremely comfortable and the lounging areas are just perfect. Mondello is a picturesque town full of charm with gorgeous restaurants and lovely, friendly people. A beautiful Airbnb that has the perfect location. You can walk to the beach, but it is also in the middle of the beautiful old town. On the two balconies, you can have a cozy breakfast and watch the hustle and bustle on the street. The place was clean and Claudio warmly welcomed us to the place. There was even the possibility to leave your luggage in the accommodation before check-in time. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a nice time in Cefalu.

We had a wonderful stay! The view from the villa is absolutely stunning. We were a group of 7 ladies and felt very comfortable throughout our visit. The surroundings are generally nice, although some parts of the nearby public beach were a bit dirty — nothing to do with the villa owners, of course. What we really loved was the terrace — during the day, when it’s incredibly hot, the terrace stays mostly in the shade, which makes it the perfect spot to relax and hang out. Being out in the sun was just impossible, so the shaded space was a lifesaver! The hosts were incredibly communicative and responsive — they replied to any questions within a minute. The only downside was the number of mosquitoes, so it would have been great to get a heads-up about that. I’d recommend bringing some repellent spray. Overall, a fantastic place for a relaxing stay. For those who want to stay away from the chaos and enjoy a few days of relaxation, it is the ideal place. The house is nice and has a level terrace with a spectacular sea view. Sunrises and sunsets will turn anyone into a photographer. Only this is worth the expense. The surroundings offer the possibility of hiking and visiting wonderful places and also of eating well given the great availability of restaurants. With Carlo, no problem, he's always ready with answers. He was assisted by his mother, who was very kind, and she welcomed us and gave us some tips on the places. She also left us jam and olives made by her and eggs from her hens. In short, it couldn't have gone better.

We had a wonderful stay. The house, located right on the beach, was just a stone’s throw from a small village and close to Palermo, making day trips to places like Cefalù very doable. The host was very pleasant to deal with – friendly and flexible. In short, highly recommended!

We loved our stay here - right near everything, walkable to the port and the beach and local shops. It was exactly as pictured and such a gem in the center of the area. The hot tub and terrace were extra special!

This apartment is in an amazing location right in the centre of Cefalù. The balcony view of the cathedral is truly stunning. Antonio was super responsive and left clear instructions and great restaurant recommendations. The apartment was beautiful - it seems to have been decorated since the photos were taken so there were some differences but great overall.

Our stay at Federico’s apartment was wonderful. We had a very relaxing time and we were blown away by the attentiveness of our host. The apartment was incredibly well stocked with everything from beach equipment to more than enough coffee pods. We look forward to returning one day!

From the moment we arrived, they were warm, welcoming, and attentive hosts, making sure everything was perfect for ourstay. The apartment itself is stunning—tastefully decorated, immaculately clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. But the real highlight was the terrace—spacious, peaceful, and offering breathtaking views. We spent every morning enjoying coffee and every evening watching the sunset from there. It truly made the experience unforgettable. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, and historic center, yet tucked away enough to feel like a relaxing retreat. Robert and Francesco were always available for recommendations or assistance, and their hospitality made me feel right at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Cefalù. Highly recommend, and we hope to return soon.

We absolutely loved this apartment and wished we could’ve stayed longer! The view from the upper deck was spectacular. It was a very spacious and clean apartment with all the amenities you could need for your stay. We felt safe and comfortable during our stay. Maria was very proactive with messages about parking and check in which was extremely helpful. She checked in on us throughout our stay to make sure everything was going smoothly. It is in a great location close to the main streets of shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay again!

AGAVE was a beautiful place nestled in the charm of Cefalù. Gorgeous high ceilings, spacious rooms and full of character. Three nights didn’t seem like enough time. The balcony off the kitchen was perfect for breakfast, afternoon snacks and evening glasses of wine. We loved this apartment as our home base for exploring Cefalù. It is an easy walk from everywhere. Maria provided fantastic recommendations! We were able to enjoy places in Cefalù we wouldn’t have known about without her recommendation.

We can not say enough good things about Marta’s place! First, the location with the view of the water is perfection. We had several meals enjoying the balcony seating. The space offers everything you may need and the location of Deco grocery around the corner is a bonus. This location is walkable to the train station and Silvio picked us up there upon our arrival which was so thoughtful. We used beach chairs and an umbrella that other guests had left for the beach! The washing machine came in handy to refresh our travel clothes. We could go on and on about how much we enjoyed our stay and next time we visit, we will gladly stay here again! Thanks for the hospitality!
