House by the sea just 4 km from the center of Cefalù and 1 km from Sant’Ambrogio. The house is part of a complex of terraced villas located a short walk from the sea. The beach it overlooks is among the most beautiful and pristine in the area, characterized by stone and gravel. The seabed is almost entirely fine sand (but may change depending on storm surges).
