Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Torre Colonna-Sperone

I cannot recommend this property enough. In over ten years staying in Airbnbs across Europe, this was easily the best. But more importantly, the host… Nico was absolutely amazing! He is an extremely attentive, courteous and knowledgable host. Throughout my time in the apartment, Nico was truly invested in making my holiday as perfect as it could be. Nico is obviously very proud of his apartment and quite rightly so. It’s fantastic, it has everything that you’ll need - including an amazing ‘mist shower’- and let’s not forget it’s in a perfect location. Location-wise, everything I wanted to see was totally walkable - most sights and good restaurants are between five to fifteen minutes walk away. But if you prefer to cook, the fantastic food markets are easily reachable, the kitchen in the apartment has more than everything that you will need. I guarantee you will not go wrong with staying in this apartment. It will be like a home away from home. Thank you Nico for a fantastic stay!

loris communicated with us well and organised that we could drop off our luggage earlier than check in time. He always answered any questions quickly, he checked to make sure everything was fine with us. would stay here again if in Palermo

Everything was perfect, Salvatore is a perfect vote. Accessible, proactif and know perfectly his country, all advices from him was so good. His home is perfect to be not so far from town but quiet as we wanted!! The view was so beautiful from our wake up , just open eyes from the bed and you see wonderful seaside view. great apartment to stay in Palermo. fully equiped apartment, spacious also parking lot is available. Easy access apartment is on ground floor. Alessabdro is very helpfull, give tips and recommned great atractions . I highly recommend this place

Such a hidden gem walkable to most sights and easy to get around. Silvia was so easy to connect with. And even helped schedule a transport at the end of our stay. The flat was beautiful, modern and super clean! Everything you could need AND a hot tub too!! the Air conditioner worked great and the patio was perfect for coffee in the morning. We would return if in Palermo again

Santina's apartment is perfectly located in Cefalu old town literally 5 minutes from everythng. There is a great terrace overlooking the sea which was great for enjoying a coffee or just reading a book. The street below is full of restaurants and shops but the apartment is insulated from any street noise. Everything is new and modern. It really was perfect for us.

A very welcoming and flexible host for our check-in and check-out times. Vincenzo was there when we arrived, he gave us plenty of information about places to visit and restaurants! Small additional note for Fava's where we had lunch several times, a real baking delight 😜 Vincenzo was very considerate with us. A quick message in the middle of our stay to see if we were okay!! Beautiful, very friendly attention. A thousand grazie Vincenzo! If we have the opportunity to return to Palermo, we would not hesitate to return!!

The stay at Maria's apartment was very pleasant. Everything in the apartment was very clean. Maria has lovingly furnished the apartment. Beautiful, large and practical kitchen, everything available, makes it fun to cook there. Great view from the terrace. The terrace is also very nicely designed. Just for those who want peace and quiet and want to relax. Maria is very personable and a warm-hearted person. She was very discreet, always available for questions and gave us good tips. Perfect place for a picnic with family, friends... The villa is very spacious and clean with a private well-kept large patio... a great place to eat together... Everything you need is in the Villa. Close to Palermo attractions. Great bakery with confectionery, grocery stores and more nearby. The owners are very nice, helpful… Thank you for the welcome sparkling wine and the opportunity to stay in such a charming place. With a clear conscience, we recommend the Villa and when we are in Palermo again, we will definitely visit it. Daniel

Very nice, comfortable and quiet apartment in an inner courtyard. Perfect for visiting Palermo and relaxing in the evening. Would definitely stay there again.

The apartment was extremely spacious! It was also impeccably clean! So many thoughtful amenities are included in every room. The microwave and washer/dryer is such a plus too. The large terrace had beautiful views of the sea, mountains and sunsets. Natale was always available to answer all our questions. Don’t just assume something doesn’t work. He will provide detailed instructions when you ask questions. Parking is free and we always found a close spot. This is something that you don’t take for granted if you know about parking in other towns nearby. Overall it has been our favorite place to stay in this area!

The flat was cute with a very calm garden, but still central. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The communication with the hosts was awesome! We would definitely come back:)

The apartment was really perfect. Superbly equipped and the air conditioning was also great. With our rental car, it was quite difficult to find a parking space, but with the metro, the apartment would be great to reach.

Giuseppe’s apartment is really beautiful just like the photos and very comfortable. It is in a good location a bit away from the hustle and bustle of the centre but within easy walking distance. It is close to Lolli Station and easy to get to the airport by train. Giuseppe was a wonderful host and very welcoming. He went out of his way to help us after we arrived in Palermo on an early ferry, and personally welcomed us to an early check-in. He provided great recommendations about places to visit and where to eat. He also checked in on us with messages to see that we were ok. I recommend Giuseppe’s place very highly.

We loved it! The apartment was impeccably clean and beautifully designed. It was the perfect location for our family city break, very short walking distance to some of the most beautiful parts of Palermo, while also being very quiet and private. Rosa Maria and Dominico were so helpful, and made sure we were having a great time and had everything we needed thoughout. kids loved it too! would definitely stay again.
