I’d definitely recommend and give Chelsea’s river rental 5 stars! My family and I were in town for a weekend trip to the Erie Islands. Best choice we made to stay in this very cozy air b&b directly above a local bakery across the street from the Portage river. Amazing coffee shop and grocery store in walking distance. Very clean and comfortable with charm. We will definitely be back to stay again.

This beach studio is exceptionally nice! (& we've airbnb'd along Lake Erie before.) Although it has lots to offer, if I had to choose the best part it would be the views. (and that was really the purpose of this March trip) The large windows offer a panoramic expanse of Lake Erie & the extending pier. (It’s definitely worth getting up early to see the sunrise.) Seeing that view, we just had to get out & walk to the end of the pier, to watch the waves & the sea birds & enjoy the lake breeze. At the same time, the comfortable & convenient (& open) arrangement of the space kept us more than happy to spend hours inside. We fixed meals easily in the kitchen, then enjoyed them at the dining table with those beautiful lake views. The cute holiday themed decorations and thoughtful additions like cupcakes, snacks & coffee only added to the cheerful interior. This property allowed us to be very close to mom who lives in adjacent town, but with separate living arrangements. Kitchen contained necessary cooking utensils to feed six (real pots/pans/plates/bowls/cups/silverware/towels, etc.) Ate eggs/pancakes/fried potatoes/bacon/sausage everyday. Baked lasagna/pizza/chicken for dinner. Super large kitchen sink made cleanup very easy. Tall ceilings easily carries sounds from front to back.

This was our second time staying with Lupita. Once again we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. It’s refreshing to know that we have such an amazing place to stay when we’re in the area. Always immaculately clean and welcoming. I reached out prior to our stay and received a timely response, which was most appreciated. Definitely the front of the list when visiting Perrysburg.

Michelle was an attentive and friendly host. The home was cozy, clean, and had what we needed for a comfortable stay; including climate control, kitchen essentials, and tv/streaming options. It's a quiet neighborhood and we felt safe and at home. We would definitely stay here again.

The views, warm breeze from the lake and quiet nature of the area were the best part of our stay. Parker was a great host and we enjoyed staying at his property!

Really great House is super comfortable and Logan is really awesome to work with in terms of accommodation, responsiveness, and assistance. The lake is so awesome for sunrises and he has a fire pit right in the beach which was awesome. Good stuff

The place was perfect for what I was looking for the scenery/ location was beautiful and convenient and the place was clean, spacious and tasteful. I was most grateful for how thoughtful the host was for providing wine/soda/water and even bubble bath soap lol the only negative for me was the spiders. Every night we came back, a spider would create a new web on the outside stairway that led to the entrance. My fiancé and I actually got bit breaking up the webs. This may be out of the host control…

This was our second stay, and I’m looking forward to coming back! Joel and Teresa are so thoughtful about stocking the cottage with everything for a comfortable stay, and the house and property are beautiful—right on the peaceful Maumee River. We appreciated the suggestion on the different places to eat in town, and the lines of communication were always open. Very happy with everything!

Lovely home and we were completely made to feel very welcome! Everything we could have needed was already provided. Nice welcome binder with lots of helpful information, very friendly and responsive host, comfortable beds and lovely decor. Loved the pond as well as the loaded games, pool table, foos ball table and more. Within minutes of plenty of wonderful things to do. AAAA++++ and highly recommend!

Our family had a great time at Dorothy and Barry’s lakeside house! Waking up to the amazing sun rise, and watching the ships travel through Lake Erie was so memorable for our family. The kids enjoyed the small office and all the TVs. Dorothy and Barry were wonderful hosts, very responsive and helpful! We will definitely be back soon!
