This is a very comfortable & well-thought out place with all of the detailed creature comforts that i had expected & hoped for from the listing. We had an absolutely magical time here & we appreciate your thoroughness so much. The big beautiful yard & deck outside, the cute table settings & lighting options with dimmer switches inside, the window placement & accents all make a huge yet subtle difference . I cant imagine being unhappy while staying here!

Really really enjoyed staying with Virginia. The home is really comfortable and CLEAN with comfortable beds, ample televisions, and even a toaster oven. The lake is really great, favorite thing being the birds, there are birds everywhere from bald eagles to local chicks and whatnot. Really glad I close to stay here. Really glad

The Mini-Mansion is a great stay for smaller groups. Our group has stayed MANY times at Vince and Pathy's Mansion next door. There weren't as many of us this time (only 8) so we decided to give this home a try. It was the perfect size! The dining space and the comfy living room couches were perfect and enough room for us to play games and enjoy long talks. The game room in the basement was an added bonus too. The location is always what also draws us here.... it's central to the spa, downtown, thrift stores, shopping, restaurants etc. We like being at the end of the street which is an easy in and out to wherever our days adventure will take us!

We have stayed at the cottage several times but this was the best of all! May has updated and renovated the cottage with fresh paint, a new sectional sofa in the living room looking out to the beautiful view of the lake out back, new lighting, and other new furniture & furnishings. The king size bed is huge and so comfy, we slept great! We will always stay at the cottage when in the area.

We loved our stay! The house is lovely and sparkling clean, as well as very spacious. It offers not only all the essentials for a comfortable stay, but also a generous amount of extra touches to make you feel right at home — everything from a clothes steamer to an air fryer. The neighborhood is pretty and quiet and feels very safe. Reid is so responsive and a delight to work with. We were in town for our son‘s wedding and having such a nice place to stay made a special weekend all the more wonderful. I recommend this place highly and I hope to return soon.

We had the most wonderful time and we felt treated like royalty. Susan welcomed us to a kitchen full of goodies (fancy ones) and Christmas stockings! We already miss her place, everything was perfect! Thank you, Susan and Charlotte!
