What a hidden gem, place was great, quiet, clean, Cathy and Parker were great with communications and making sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely be back real soon.

We loved the area, amazing birding! Came to Ohio for a wedding and got so much more on our little extra vacay days. The combo of the beauty of the river right outside the windows, accessible kayaks and the hot tub were wonderful. Fun to paddle around the islands. Very quiet and private but part of a group of cabins along the river. Robert was very responsive when we contacted him for help on a few things. The living room is huge, would be comfortable for a much bigger group! Definitely a “cabin experience” which fits his description!

Love this place. Most relaxing vacation ever. Lots to do with the arcade console and TV's everywhere. We did not use either very much, but rather stayed more tuned in to the hot tub and the view. Being right on the water was so relaxing and peaceful. Lots of room here. Monroe and the surrounding area are very laid back, and it is an easy drive over to Ann Arbor or to Detroit. Our host was awesome, very proactive and responsive. We will definitely look to stay here again. This is one of my new favorite places! If you are looking for a nice, relaxing time or just a place to hang out for a few days, you can't go wrong with this place.

Loved the location perfect for what I was looking for. After being stranded this was an amazing solution to my situation. The house was perfect and well suited to what I needed. Their prompt responses to my problem were an amazing relief and welcomed. The house is a good size, clean and decent backyard, hot tub close to house looked inviting I just didn’t have the schedule to utilise it unfortunately! Kitchen has a great range of saucepans etc and loved the gas stove. I really enjoyed my stay and found dealing with owners was easy and well communicated. If you are into Bbq I loved Shorty’s about a ten minute drive!

This place was above our expectations. We were so pleased with our cabin...it was cozy and comfortable. The outside accommodations were perfect when you have dogs, and the hot tub on the deck overlooking the water was so relaxing. we found this place for a weekend getaway for our first year anniversary. We mentioned something to Parker that we were there celebrating our anniversary, he came to our cabin later with a card and a bottle of wine for us....I have never had that kind of hospitality before. 5 stars...I am wanting to plan another trip back this summer. thanks again Cathy and Parker

We enjoyed our stay very much. The kitchen was well equipped and the extra touches of coffee, etc was very much appreciated. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. They responded quickly to any communication that we had with them regarding their place.

If we could leave more STARS we would. Magical stay. Host made everyone feel at home and connected. We met everyone that was staying and had our privacy at the same time. Anytime we needed something it was hand delivered in moments. Thank you so much Cathy & Parker for opening this Ohio treasure up to the world. We cannot wait to return with our friends and family.

One of the best Bnb’s I’ve ever stayed at. Extremely clean and comfortable! Wish my dog and I could’ve stayed longer and hope we get back!

The place was great. Beautiful home on the water and Scott and Jennifer had everything we needed. Our only complaint was the listing showed a nice gas grill, but that wasn't available (they still had a park style charcoal grill). If you like fishing you'll catch some big catfish off the back dock. We would definitely return!

We stayed here during the Biggest Week In American Birding Festival, and the location was fantastic relative to Magee Marsh and many other birding spots. The cabin was clean and well maintained.

Jennifer was the absolute best host you could ever ask for !!! She was just so nice and genuine 🫶🏾 she got my best friend a gift for the bachelorette party ! She had great clear and cut instructions for the home and how to use everything .. it was so nice and tidy lol it was wayyy better than the pics and her communication was top tier !! Anything we needed or just had questions about she was very responsive and always responded in a timely manner !!! I would book her home anytime and I told all the ladies at the bachelorette party to book her to !!!! So thankful and grateful for you Jennifer we appreciate you . Thank you for letting us borrow your home lol !!!

Perfection! A beautiful home and the best back yard. Went for a relaxing girls weekend and that’s exactly what we got. The house has everything and the beds are very comfy. It’s close enough to Toledo for restaurants and shopping but far enough out that you can relax and unwind. Scott and Jennifer were great at communicating and making sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The balconies were a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Lake Erie. I definitely recommend this location!! Shannon was also very responsive given the last minute reservations and more than accommodating.

This place is absolutely amazing! We arrived earlier than expected, coming all the way from Indiana, and got to check in early. When we got there, the house was super well-organized, had a fantastic shower, a brand-new washer and dryer, and was stocked with everything we needed. Plus, it’s on a quiet street, so the neighborhood is really peaceful. It’s also close to major roads, so it’s easy to get around Toledo. The fenced yard is perfect for our furry friends. Our blind dog was able to navigate everything just fine by the second day. The hosts were so friendly and helpful. They answered all our questions and made sure we had everything we needed. We’ll definitely book again for our next trip to Toledo or Oregon.

Connor’s house was perfect for a visit with my two sisters in our hometown. The place was spotless and pleasant with comfortable furnishings, a very well stocked kitchen and abundant towels, linens, pillows etc. It was also nice to have televisions in the individual bedrooms as well as lots of storage in the closets. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Perfect for a Girls' Weekend! The house was charming, the neighborhood was peaceful and we felt very safe. We had everything we needed to enjoy a relaxing weekend. Highly recommend and Annie is definitely a super host. Looking forward to another stay.
