Everything fit the description and was exactly as we expected. We needed to ask something about the firewood and someone responded almost immediately. 10/10

"Oink" is an adorable cabin tucked back in the woods that appears, from the pictures in the cabin, to have been build by the hosts themselves. The cabin was very clean, and the surroundings nice and quiet. The location was perfect for affordable and easy access to the Hocking Hills region. We genuinely enjoyed our stay and plan to put "Oink" on the top of our list for lodgings the next time we visit Hocking Hills.

Such a beautiful little cabin in the most peaceful setting. The sounds of the birds and the cicadas in the forest were just magical, and we loved the morning visits from the birds, squirrels, and deer just outside the big picture window. The bird feeders are popular so make sure to fill them with the provided seed for your viewing entertainment. There was also a groundhog family that hung out in the back each day. We enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings and Bren so graciously provides the wood. The property is so pretty and I'm sure will be even more so as the flowers begin to bloom. The cabin has so many unique details inside and out. You will find surprises everywhere you look. We were still finding things up until we left. It's just adorable and clearly was built and decorated with nothing but love! So cozy and comfortable, we definitely want to go back. Being able to take our dog with us was a huge plus! Bren is a great host. So happy we found this place!

We have now stayed here twice. Both times were great! Taking long walks down the trail are definitely our favorite thing about staying here. No complaints.

We had a wonderful time at Hunter’s ridge cabin! The space is small but so thoughtfully designed and comfortable. It was perfect for our family of 2 adults and two little kids. The hot tub was perfect and we loved canoeing around one of the islands nearby. The kids loved the loft. We didn’t use the bike trail but it is right there and very beautiful. Very friendly hosts. Thank you!!

It was very beautiful. Nice to take walks and sit in the hot tub in the evenings. I did forget some food in the fridge which I’m very sorry! Thank you for a peaceful get a way. We will be back.

We had a wonderful weekend staying at the cabin. Very well situated and well stocked. Game room is an awesome bonus. Covered deck is perfection. We would highly recommend staying at Melissa's house.

Sam and Kelly’s place, Casita Del Sol was fantastic. Very comfortable space. The hosts were very communicative and they really thought of everything. There were homemade cookies and treats for our dog. The availability of kayaks and bikes made for a great value! The backyard was great for relaxing and there were so many activities. Great stay!

Wyatt was an awesome host and was responsive to all of my questions. Everything was exactly as it was posted and even better in person. We felt right at home and had everything we needed to enjoy our overnight stay. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway with all things to do in downtown Hamilton a short drive away.

Great place to stay. Very quiet neighborhood. Hot tub was amazing after a beautiful wedding. I would recommend staying here. Would definitely come back again.

It was a great family time. We enjoyed it a lot. I am always afraid of what the place will look like because I have had some bad experiences and in this case everything was exactly as in the photos. We had Awesome time and created family memories. Thank you

All good. The pull out sleeper love seats was just fine for me. I am middle aged man and my back isn’t in the best shape but we slept great. Was not a fan of the well water but we brought bottled water to use instead. Kitchen was just fine to make breakfast and smaller meals. Loved the hot tub and views of the river. Robert was a great host. All photos accurate. Thanks Robert!

We stayed here for 4 nights and had a great time. The backyard is great! It was fenced in for our son, so he couldn’t escape and we liked using the hot tub at night with a pretty view. There’s a tavern next door which was great for a couple easy nights of dinner. The beds were SO comfortable! We slept great. The basement was also a fun spot to hangout at night. We are above average height so the ceiling in the basement was a little low but we could still enjoy the space. We went to downtown Cleveland almost everyday and it was an easy drive there but nice to stay close to the beach. The hosts were so friendly and very responsive. We would stay here again.

Our stay was beautiful and peaceful. It was located on a lovely lake with a small beach. There was a number of different birds and a flock of geese that spent time on the beach that was lovely to watch. There was plenty of windows that overlooked the lake and brought nature to us. The cottage was perfect for our needs, with lots of personal touches that included our dog. The deck was nice to have coffee and birdwatch, and our pup enjoyed it, too. There were plenty of games and activities to keep us occupied during our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals. Unfortunately, it rained most of our stay and we didn't get to explore outside as much as we would have liked. However, it gave us the perfect excuse to relax and enjoy the cottage. Michelle was a great host and we look forward to visiting in the future. Our only complaint is that we didn't get to stay longer.

My boyfriend and I came out to Martin’s cabin for the weekend to celebrate his birthday, and we had such an incredible time. We wanted to find a place that gave us the ability to get off the grid and decompress, and that’s exactly what we experienced. The property and cabin were so peaceful and beautiful, and we enjoyed every second. Martin was a great host, extremely responsive and kind to any questions or concerns. If you are looking for a place to come to enjoy nature, clear your mind, and have fun in a cozy cabin, this is the place to come. We will most definitely be coming back in the future.

Great house with a private backyard, neighborhood was quiet, pet friendly, and comfy beds! Hosts are very friendly and easy to communicate with. Would stay here again!

Our trip was wonderful though we was dealing with Children and Dogs. Nicole checked up on us often. Our dogs loved the area. Our one daughter thought it was " Our new house". Overall, great for familys that want to visit the Galla County area and want to get away from busy life and light pollution.

Great place in Dover Ohio. Very clean with everything you need. It was tastefully remodeled. We had good use of the hot tub, fire pit, patio & grill. Brian was very responsive. Great stay!! We plan to book again in the future when visiting our family in Ohio.

Judy was an absolute gem from the moment I contacted her to book. She was understanding of shifting plans and truly took to heart the importance of this little vacation for my husband and myself. Upon request, she even used unscented laundry detergent specifically for my sensitivities. This made a HUGE difference and made us feel very at home in the space from the start. This was mine and my husband's first vacation together in 9 years due to prolonged and intense medical issues and it ended up being the perfect place for us to get away to. We are already planning our next visit. Judy also welcomed us up to her own home to meet her dogs (big highlight for my dog-loving husband), and horses (big highlight for this horse-loving girl). Judy and her daughter were so kind, easy-going, and welcoming! The home itself is beautifully decorated and well-kept with so many amenities available. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well-stocked with basics and quick/easy snacks/meals. 10/10!

Just go. It was great. Exactly as described. Teenagers used the pool and hot tub. We used our Netflix. Def would stay again.♥️

Excellent location if you want to get away and enjoy a little peace and quiet. The house is stocked with more than what you would expect and there are many extra little touches that make your stay special. Holly is very responsive. We really enjoyed our stay will return I'm sure!

Nice place to stay. Very comfy and perfect for a small family gathering. Only thing is that I wouldn’t recommend swimming in the pond as it was not appealing to jump into.

it is a very nice quiet retreat. it is very close to Maysville. if you were looking for a quiet getaway I would recommend it. it would be great for groups.
