The AirBnb was so sweet and quaint. A cute little neignborhood and is walking distance from the Toledo Museum of Art—which was the reason for our stay. The layout of the Airbnb made sense, with our expectations for amenities met. Plenty of room for clothes, both hanging and drawer storage, as well as spaces to put our suitcases. It was such a friendly environment and our privacy felt respected. It was all we could ask for from an AirBnb, and if the opportunity arises, we would stay here again.

Beautiful home and surrounding by peaceful nature and woods. Jane gave recommendations for local hikes & had plenty to do at the home! Would stay again & recommend to others who are looking to stay in the area!

The apartment was right in the middle of town which was perfect. we easily found the parking spot designated to the suite and got in very easily. The hot tub was an awesome perk with an awning that came out overtop.

Shirley is an impeccable host! The place is beautiful. She had water and snacks inside. Everything was perfect and I really enjoyed my stay.

Charming apartment on a main street in an established neighborhood . The kitchen is well appointed; with just about anything needed. The living room has comfortable seating with cozy throws. Decor is tasteful and interesting, with photographs of local places and local history. There are books and games to keep yourself busy if needed. Closets are small, about what you’d expect in an older building. I had asked about hangers, because I generally hang everything up, and there were more than enough. It was quiet inside the building; although there were obviously other residents, we never heard them. The hosts are very responsive, any questions were answered quickly. A good value for the money.

Had another wonderful stay. Always enjoy coming back to this great place. Super clean and comfortable and walking distance to so many things to do! Can’t wait to come back again soon!

I stayed at Jason's AirBnB for an extended period of time (4 months) when I moved down to Cincy for work. It could not have been a better experience. Jason is a world class host and has a beautiful home. Everything was super clean and very well managed. Tons of space, privacy, and all the amenities you could need. Jason is incredibly responsive, friendly, and even helped me get back into the unit once when I accidentally locked myself out... He's the best! The house is a few blocks from Factory 52 and Rookwood Commons with tons of places to eat/drink. It's also a short walk to Xavier's campus and downtown Oakley/Hyde Park. I HIGHLY recommend staying here!!

Me and my two children were looking for a place to relax and unwind for the day and this place did the job! We loved our stay everything was so nice! We would definitely stay at any of jose properties in the future, Thanks again.
