Great spot for a group of four friends. Convenient location next to the Oedu line and walking distance from museums, Nakamoto-dori street, and more. Not much space for hanging out in the room, but if you’re spending your days doing activities around Tokyo it’s perfect.

Hosts made this whole experience amazing. They were so friendly and responsive and helped so much when we asked for a taxi, directions, rentals, and even calling places to make reservations! The hotel was cozy and clean with a great location to bike or walk around the lake. Even though we didn't see, you will have clear views of Mt. Fuji while staying if the clouds are clear.

Great location, very peaceful. Having the bikes on property was a game changer, no need to take public transport. Front desk staff is there to assist with your first load of laundry and with any dishes if you bring food back. The hot tub/onsen room is great to return to after a long day of travel. Amazing views of Mt. Fuji from your room.

Great place to stay and explore the city,

You might be thinking that staying at a love hotel is a crazy idea, but I'm here to tell you that this is a solid option if you want to be right in the center of the action. Location is right in the heart of Kabukichō, a short 5 minute walk to Golden Gai, and 10-12 minutes to Shinjuku Station. The room itself was spacious and has a distinct Miami Vice theme that carries throughout. The room even has its own sauna and jacuzzi tub! Sure, it's a little dated, but you're not going to get this much square footage anywhere in Shinjuku for this price. I would definitely book again.

Location, location, location. We absolutely loved the area with all it’s shops, restaurants, coffee places and regular Tokyo life. 2 min walk to train station. For us as a family of 5 the flat was great. A place to retreat to from the bustle of Tokyo. Everything was clean. Everything we needed was there. Only the Wifi was not ideal. I had to do a few video calls and it was patchy.

I love the place and how they run it. If you just want to explore tokyo and be there for a couple of days, I recommend this. It is cheap compared to staying in hotels and it is in the heart of Shibuya. It is so convenient there is a convenient store infront of the hotel, there are some good restaurants beside it. I love how peaceful and I felt safe at the hotel. The bathrooms were so clean and you can do your laundry. I stayed on 6th floor which was I see mostly males but I did not feel unsafe at all. Everyone was respectful and tries to be quiet so as to not disturb others. The front desk guy is also very friendly and was able to work with my check out time as I had to go at 4AM so he put a little box for me to drop the keys. They also offer pajamas which I avail, and free stuff you can get if you need such as toothbrush, hairties, mouthwash, etc. The towels and slippers were already provided and is on top of your bed. Overall I love it and I will stay here again on my next Japan trip

Great location. Within 5 minutes walk to 2 train stations. Less than a minute to Family Mart and 7-Eleven. Small balcony with great view of river across from hotel. On very quiet side street. Loved the experience of staying in a traditional Japanese style room sleeping on a tatami floor. Would definitely come back.
