Vacation rentals with a patio in Tokyo Prefecture

This flat was in the perfect location. It is 10 minutes walking to Ebisu station which is only a few stops away from major attractions like Shinjuku, Shibuya, Ginza, Tsukiji, and Akihabara. The apartment was cozy and clean. It had everything I needed during my stay. Numa was super friendly and very helpful when I visited. I will definitely book this flat again when visiting Tokyo next time!

I really enjoyed my stay at Shizuka's place. The location was perfect. It was very easy to access the train and busses. Also close to lots of shopping. Even taxi rides to Shibuya were reasonably priced on late nights out. Shizuka was an excellent host. She was very quick to respond to any questions I had. I would stay here again and would reccomend this to others.

I would stay here in a heartbeat, even though it’s on a 4th floor and no elevator the view from the balcony makes up for it, the host is very friendly and your backyard is basically an amusement park, Sensō-ji, and the beautiful Tokyo Skytree. The noise from the amusement park could bother some people but we didn’t mind as they close in the evening. The location is perfect!

We had a wonderful stay at Chihoko's loft. The supermarket ("OK market") outside is huge, as convenient as it gets! You're 1 subway stop away from Shibuya. The Sangenjaya station (also nearby) is a major hub, servicing express and local trains, and offers many restaurant and shopping choices with local suburban flair. My family was particularly fond of a pedestrian, green space walkway ~4 minutes north on foot. The green space spans many miles and showcases an authentic "slice of life" of suburban Tokyo. Recommend to walk it early evening, 5pm onward.

The place was very nice and clean when we got there. Hosts were very helpful and responsive. They even gave us a full list of the trains we had to take to get to the place. Overall good experience. No complaints

I’ve given five star reviews to other Airbnb’s, but now that I’ve stayed at Ryuji’s place, I feel like the other ones should’ve been four stars! Seriously this apartment is beautiful and in a fabulous location next door to the incredible new Azabudai Hills shopping and restaurant complex, which is an example of utopian architecture and features luxury shopping. The neighborhood has a ton of embassies so there are lots of English speakers and tons of security. Japan feels safe already and this neighborhood feels even more so. Ryuji has been nothing short of a gracious host who has gone out of his way to make us feel comfortable. The place is an easy walk to the subway. I will definitely be staying here again. This was our first time booking an Airbnb as a family, and it honestly couldn’t have gone better. The apartment was exactly as shown in the listing - clean, cozy, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. It was easy to settle in and feel at home right away. The location was super convenient, just a short walk to a subway line that connects to most major spots in Tokyo with just a couple of transfers. It made getting around the city smooth and stress-free. What really stood out, though, was Ya Wen’s incredible hospitality. She reached out before our stay with clear instructions and tons of local recommendations - everything from food spots to unique things to do around the area and across Tokyo. She was always kind, helpful, and genuinely cared about our experience. She even followed up after we left to make sure we got home safely, which really touched us. Ya Wen’s place made our Tokyo trip extra special, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Best airbnb we have ever stayed at. Spacious home, super clean and everything worked perfectly. The furniture, kitchenware and utilities of the house we’re in most top condition. Host is responsive and efficient. And the location is a very beautiful and peaceful neighborhood. Supermarkets and train station are convenient as well. 5 stars

We spent two very beautiful nights at Kazuki‘s place. The house is located in a stunningly beautiful neighborhood uphill. Everything is very well landscaped, the houses are beautiful and it‘s very quiet and private. The house was extremely clean inside and everything was well kept. The kitchen was equipped very nicely and the bathroom was squeaky clean and very enjoyable to shower in. Definitely make sure that you bring things that help with mosquito bites. It‘s also highly recommended to have a car, otherwise you‘ll have to walk a lot uphill/downhill or take taxis (which is what we both did). Overall, we felt right at home and would definitely go again. It was amazing. Thank you, Kazuki-san!

Has a good walkable area with plenty of restaurants right outside. Very close to the train station, just on the other side of the market. Wifi only worked on top floor and didn't have great connection on first floor, could use a range extender. Elevator is small and can only carry 1 big person or 2 smaller people at a time, had to take turn ls going up and down.

The stay was lovely and so clean! Very nice and quiet area, not too far from Shibuya. We arrived late into Tokyo and I booked it at the airport last minute - the instant book and self check in was so easy. Hong was so helpful and friendly and the response time was so fast!

This apartment is just perfect. It is super well equipped, functional, bright and very spacious! It is a few meters from the Skytree and several stations. Recommended☺️! I really enjoyed my stay.

Excellent accomodation just outside the main tourist hotspots with plenty of room and easy access to all areas of Tokyo. Closer to smaller out of city commutable town with winding and narrow roads. Helpful shops nearby. Highly recommend.

This was my second Airbnb stay in Japan, and it didn’t disappoint. The property is brand new, stylish and offers everything you might need—from cooking utilities to hygiene products—free for use. I needed a quiet space to finish a work presentation, and this place was perfect. The building faces the Pacific Ocean, offering a stunning and unobstructed view. The clean, deserted beach was ideal for reading, strolling and morning yoga. Everyone I met was friendly and welcoming. The interior was unique, with a stunning red theme, a super comfortable bed and a strong shower. It even had a work desk and chair, perfect for remote work. There’s a small pool outside (likely summer-only) and outdoor showers for surfers. The owner recommended a French bistro nearby—it was AMAZING, with delicious food and a friendly French staff. A seafood restaurant is also within walking distance. Getting there is easy by JR Wakashio line to Wadaura Station (~2 hours). Free parking lot next to the building.

This place was perfect. Small, but seamed standard for Tokyo and well laid out so it worked well for our multigenerational family staying there. Everything was clean. The host left some food and beverages in the kitchen that was a nice touch and made it easy to settle in.
