Mansion vacation rentals in Tokyo Prefecture

Amazing place to stay. We had 3 couples and everyone got their own room (plus extra room for suitcases). The location is very central if you want to hang out in Shinjuku, Shibuya areas. Large kitchen (though we didn’t cook). Big dining table for 6-8 people. Kitchen was nicely stocked with everything you’d need. We even did a couple loads of laundry. Highly recommend for a group of 6.

It was a wonderful place to stay.The children were also delighted with a lot of activities such as footbaths, saunas, BBQs, karaoke, darts, and golf.I was also able to see fireworks from the fireworks display nearby. It was also thoroughly cleaned, and the space was clean. It was a gathering of relatives, and I have stayed in a ryokan so far, but Airbie has been able to relax and find a new way to enjoy it.All three generations were very satisfied with the accommodation, and the next time we came sooner, we wanted to relax and enjoy the accommodation. Jerry's place at Suginami was very spacious, extremely clean and has been maintained very well! Jerry was very easy to communicate with and responded to any requests promptly. We would highly recommend Jerry's place for anyone visiting Tokyo!

The accommodation was kept very clean, and the beds, futons, and number of amenities were perfect.

The accommodation was very comfortable and in a convenient location. Suits well when travelling with more than one family as the accommodation is split across various levels, gives you privacy and space as needed. The convenience store was two-minute walk, walkable to a lot of locations like Senso-ji temple and Skytree. Stations were less than 2KM. It had two showers one in each floor, enough beds for nearly 12 people. The living area is a little small but works.

Worked very well for our family of five. Loved the separate bathrooms and toilets. House very clean throughout. Clearly a rental business - so a certain lack of charm. However, more than made up by the cleanliness and layout of the house. Great area / lots of amazing Korean food feet away. Good transport links. Be aware taxis may struggle to get you to the door due to thr very narrow road. Would recommended :)

We enjoyed our brief stay at Akira’s a lot! Super spacious (for Tokyo), many amenities and helpful guides to browse at. The area is very peaceful despite being very close to Shinjuku. Akira was a great host!

Three generations & a dog used it!While maintaining a nostalgic atmosphere as if visiting a grandmother's house in the countryside, the bathroom and kitchen were beautifully renovated, and we had a very comfortable stay.I especially liked the kitchen design, it was lovely.The BBQ area is covered and very open.The sound of the waves was the BGM, and it was great to spend time with my family, eating delicious charcoal-grilled food and drinking, while looking at the starry sky. And most importantly, the host Nakamura was very nice and accommodated me promptly and politely from start to finish.I'd love to stay again.

This time, we visited on a wedding anniversary trip. The value for money is very good and I am very satisfied. The owner greeted me when I checked in and kindly gave me information about the building and the surrounding area. It was nice that the owner was very friendly and friendly. I was a little disappointed that the morning market at the fishing port I was looking forward to was canceled due to the rain, but I was able to visit a lot of direct sales shops and souvenir shops. I'd love to stay with my family next time.

I used it with friends, children, and pets The room was stylish and clean, and everyone was pretty excited and happy when we arrived.Some of the facilities were too stylish to understand how to use them, but it was really comfortable because they had everything you needed. I used it on a trip with four children.The kitchen, room, bath, and grounds were spacious, and there was also a massage machine, so we had a very relaxing stay. There were also goods to play in the garden and in the room, a table and chairs for children, and a high chair, so the children also enjoyed it very much. We very much enjoyed our stay here ! The house is very large with 4 bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, bath tubs both indoors and outdoors and everything you need for a fantastic holiday. It is located in a peaceful forest area away from the crowds. If you have a dog, there are also plenty of facilities for your pet. Very easy to get from the house to Lake Kawaguchi and Chureito Pegoda, the 7 seas of Oshino, many temples, gardens, museums and also the F1 racetrack. If you have a car, this home is a perfect base to get everywhere. We really felt at home and enjoyed that everyone had their own bedroom with comfortable beds.
