Vacation rentals with a home theater in Tokyo Prefecture

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! The place was spacious and perfect for our family of five. The surroundings were peaceful, and it had everything we needed. The property has all facilities as listed. this is very close to Asakusa station, Sensoji temple, Sumieda river, Asakusa Skytre. there is a 24 hour laundromat in 2 mins walk and wonderful eating places. and great access to travel everywhere. absolutely recommend to whomever is traveling to Tokyo

The place was close to the train station and in a quiet neighborhood. The place was clean and sufficient for 3 people. The host was always available and quick to respond to questions.

Great location close to train and in a super fun part of Tokyo. Waaaay more space than your average Tokyo apartment which was much needed for our family of 4. The boys loved the apartment with all the games and climbing stuff. The apartment is a little older but still clean. The area is super lovely at night and people do hang out on the street and are a little loud but the noise seemed to stop around 11pm (or we were so tired we just passed out anyway). Great place to check out with your family!!

Located in Katsushika, this cozy home offers all the essential amenities for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is peaceful yet well-connected, with the metro just a 10-minute walk away. Great value for money and connectivity.

Fairly basic but nice and clean apartment in Sumida City (East Tokyo), x3 large double beds which was suitable for our family of 4. Clean kitchen with amenities you would expect. Also small but nice bath, washer and dryer. Lift up to 10th floor, easy to get in as per instructions. Relatively short walk to Skytree tower and train station. Easy bus connection to Disney and Disney sea at train station. Bit far from other tourist areas like Shibuya

The road to the villa was difficult to understand, but they attached a detailed map and photos, and it was easy to find when I went there. I stayed with my dog, and they were very flexible and responded quickly to emails. If you're used to barbecues and fires, I think you can enjoy it in the yard. Even if you don't bring your dog, the sea is close, and I thought I'd come back in the summer!!

We stayed with 9 people. There was a large TV, full of amenities, and I had no inconvenience.

Thanks to the very kindness of the host, we had a comfortable time.We were able to relax with all the BBQs and bedding.I'd love to stay again if I get the chance.

Great house in a trendy area of Tokyo!

We loved staying at Ted’s place on Enoshima! It was wonderful to stay directly on the island and in such a comfortable space too. I would highly recommend this place for families or groups of friends to have a blast at.

Heap of room to spread out and relax. Lots of games for the kids - they had fun on the mini pool table. Very clean & comfortable with all the basics you need. A great location close to the centre of town and an easy walk to the station. Heaps of restaurants, shops & supermarkets near by. The hosts were fantastic to deal with and went out of their way to help us.

Used by 6 women traveling.The facilities were exactly as pictured and very clean.I was politely explained about the facilities and amenities, and the take-out shops around, and I had a very comfortable stay.My host's family was happy to welcome you.Thank you so much!

Three generations of➕ dogs stayed.It was spacious, and even though I had a companion with bad legs, we were able to sleep in a barrier-free Japanese-style room on the first floor.I was pleased that the building was new and clean, and the bath was a hot spring.There was a supermarket a few minutes away by car, and it was conveniently located for shopping.I had a very pleasant time, so I want to use it again.

The place is close to ikebukuro station. Ikebukuro is really great station where so many lines connect there. 2 minute walk to nearest exit (west exit), and some minutes walk to train gate. Close to 24hr convenient store. Also some kebab store. The place is clean. All you need for your stay is there. No tv, but has an android projector that has many apps like disney, netflix, youtube etc. This place is in 3rd floor, and no elevator. Prepare your power to lift up your baggage to 3rd floor. The closet has no electric bidet. I guess asian who want a bidet should use shower to spray. 😅😅 Afterall,it was a really nice and close place.

I have stayed at one of Yin's Kami-kitazawa properties before so that should say a lot about my trust in this Airbnb. It looks better than in the pictures and is a very charming location. There's plenty of privacy thanks to the layout, sliding door that separates the bathroom and shower space, and shades that can be pulled down to separate the desk area from the bed areas. The wifi was great on my laptop, even for video calls. Having a washer and dryer was extremely useful, and the shower temperature was perfect. The AC and heater were also extremely effective. For those who want a comfortable bed, the sofa bed is very cushiony but still firm. I slept on the bunkbed. You can feel the springs in the mattress, and that did not bother me but those with sensitive backs might want a cushion. I slept well! You can also sometimes hear people upstairs but that is the case with many residential Japan places. It did not bother us. I want to stay here again. Thank you for the amazing Airbnb 🙏

We stayed at Toshi's place two years in a row and couldn't be happier. The location is amazing being close to the beach, many cute shops and cafe, the train station and main street of Hase. The place is spotlessly clean and thoughtfully managed with all the amenities you need and more. Toshi is a great host and always responsive, and provided very clear instructions. We felt very welcome and highly recommend staying here!

Our family had a wonderful stay over New Year's in this very spacious and comfortable house. If, like me, you're reading all of the reviews before confirming your booking, let me quickly tell you: the other reviews are accurate; the home is spacious, clean and comfortable; the location is fantastic; and the host is proactive and responsive. My family really enjoyed our stay. The host, Akiko-san, was proactive and responsive. She messaged us to make sure we got settled. We asked if it was possible to get the water in the shower a little hotter, and within a few hours, on New Year's Eve no less, a gentleman came and fixed the issue for us. The house was a great environment for our 8-month-old baby. The kitchen is well-stocked; it was easy to prepare food for my baby, as well as breakfast for the rest of the group. The location is ideal. I could write so many more positive things, but don't have enough space. Highly recommend for your next family trip.

You have all what is needed and even more. There was coffee and tee, detergent for the washing machine and a lot of electronics gadgets. We can only recommend the place.

This was my second Airbnb stay in Japan, and it didn’t disappoint. The property is brand new, stylish and offers everything you might need—from cooking utilities to hygiene products—free for use. I needed a quiet space to finish a work presentation, and this place was perfect. The building faces the Pacific Ocean, offering a stunning and unobstructed view. The clean, deserted beach was ideal for reading, strolling and morning yoga. Everyone I met was friendly and welcoming. The interior was unique, with a stunning red theme, a super comfortable bed and a strong shower. It even had a work desk and chair, perfect for remote work. There’s a small pool outside (likely summer-only) and outdoor showers for surfers. The owner recommended a French bistro nearby—it was AMAZING, with delicious food and a friendly French staff. A seafood restaurant is also within walking distance. Getting there is easy by JR Wakashio line to Wadaura Station (~2 hours). Free parking lot next to the building.
