Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Tocane-Saint-Apre

Apartment as advertised, very clean, well located. Very responsive host.

Caroline and Gilles' place is really nice; sleeping in a former station hall is not common and our children loved it. The little extra is that this accommodation is a mini museum since Caroline and Gilles bargain-hunted in flea markets and the internet to find plenty of old railway equipment and this does not prevent them from hosting a family with three boys!!! Well done!!! The condition of the accommodation is impeccable, everything is tidy and everything has a place. Finally, the location is very interesting, we spent three days in Périgord Noir with its castles, rivers, garden, bastides, forests, cities... We would therefore fully recommend this listing!

A nice stay at Vincent's place. Location with multiple gites, adults only. Very quiet location, view over the farm. With 300 meters you are in the woods from where you can walk endlessly without encountering anyone. Gite Adele is very spacious. The gite is accessible by stairs to the first floor. Spacious bedroom, separate toilet, living room, kitchen and spacious terrace with plenty of sun. Additional facilities such as sauna, jacuzzi or pool were now closed but normally available, as well as a washing machine and dryer. The kitchen is more than fully equipped and equipped with microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Good wifi available. Surroundings offer plenty of entertainment with cities, villages, castles or beautiful walks.

Isabelle's apartment is very well located. In addition, it is very functional and very very well equipped. As for Isabelle, she was always responsive in responses to messages and therefore very available. Thank you to this host who agreed that we could check in a little earlier on Saturday😊. A little more there are free parking spaces 5 min from the apartment!

Michael and Helene's place is lovely. Well equipped, comfortable, and warm. We were lucky enough to enjoy the view of the superb mimosa in bloom if we didn't have temperatures in March allowing us to enjoy the terrace. The apartment is slightly off-center in a very quiet area but the city center can be reached very easily on foot in 15 minutes. Michael and Hélène are always very responsive by message. We had a great time!

If you want the heart of Aubeterre-sur-Dronne this is the place as it is literally on the town square. I read previous reviews that guests were disturbed by the noise in the square but the sound proofing is great and we hardly heard anything. If a band is playing then you can hear it but you should be outside enjoying it not staying in! If you have young kids then the bedroom set up is great as the second bedroom is only accessible from the first but if you’re 4 adults looking to share maybe an issue. Well equipped. All in all a great place.

Great stay at this named cottage! There are other rented spaces around but everything is done to have privacy. There is a pergola in addition to the umbrella to shade the terrace. The pool is nice: hot water to rinse off! The waterfall next door is beautiful. The sound of the water and the small private dock above the Beune is a plus. The place is in a great location: bakery 2 min walk away, restaurants, museums and markets within walking distance as well. The host is very responsive and friendly, we felt very welcomed. Thank you again for a lovely week. I would highly recommend it!

It was simply an amazing experience to be with Karine and her family..They were all so super nice and Karine went out of her way to make us feel welcome. We got a lot of great ideas for where to go and what to experience and if you just want to stay on site, there was a lovely pool and lovely atmosphere. Nice old house tastefully renovated, opens to a small garden. Space, calm, light, equipment, it really has it all! The location, in a residential area, is ideal for walking to the center of Périgueux, the cathedral, the market, etc. Very easy street parking. Excellent week at Mathieu's. I recommend it without hesitating!

A charming house, very well restored and equipped. It perfectly matched our need for accommodation for the Christmas holidays. Communication with Damien was excellent throughout the entire stay. Recommended!

Fantastic property in a great location. We loved how private it felt whilst still only being a short hop to breath taking locations. The pool is outstanding and everything is clean and catered for. If you want to visit a beautiful place, receive a wonderful warm welcome and be sad to leave then this is the place for you!

Really lovely bedrooms, would recommend

We have just had the most amazing stay here! The house and grounds are stunning with amazing views. The house is very close to Bergerac but is very private in the countryside with vast grounds. We had such a peaceful and relaxing break. Jil was a wonderful host, so responsive and helpful. She sent great instructions for our arrival, lots of recommendations and also came over on the evening of our arrival to make sure we were comfortable and to explain things around the house, which was appreciated. Would love to stay again and will be recommending to friends and family!

Absolutely ideal place for a family. I spent a few days alone with my 3 children (1.4 and 8 years old). The place is very large and secure which allowed me to let my big two play in the property safely by allowing me to take care of my little one. Of course, all the activities are available. So great that I already recommended it to my friends. Attractions are in average at 45 min (Saint Emilion, Angouleme) in short I will most certainly go back but with the whole family. In short, a welcoming and available host. there's nothing better to say than I loved it.

Absolutely beautiful property in such a beautiful peaceful location. Although the building was traditional the inside was so modern large and well equipped. Stephane very good to respond to messages. Flexible check in, our flight was delayed but he was there for our late check in. The outside space was gorgeous. Lovely clean pool. Would definitely recommend this property

A superb stay in a little piece of paradise in the heart of nature. A cozy apartment with all comfort and impeccable cleanliness. We appreciated the generous touches for the CEO or snack (madeleines, various cakes, sweets...). Lucia is a lovely and attentive person.

Amazing place to stay!! This is my favorite place to stay when I’m in Périgueux. Sophie, my fantastic host, is friendly and incredibly helpful. The flat is so comfortable, the shower is fantastic and the kitchen is set up quite well for cooking my local market finds! Walkable to everything, and parking is incredibly easy - even though we’re in the city center!! Another huge plus? Trash and recycling bins are right across the street. Super easy to take your trash, compost and recycling out each time you go out to explore Périgueux!! The Palais is the best place to stay in Périgueux, hands down.

Spacious and quiet apartment in the city center of Montignac (close to all Lascaux shops and caves) Francois is friendly and available.

We had a very pleasant week of vacation in the green Périgord. Marc is a warm and attentive host, he wants everyone to feel good, all in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. The accommodation is clean, we enjoyed the terrace overlooking the greenery of the park and the pool. A week during which we also enjoyed the baguette and small morning croissants, as well as the restaurant tastings on the site! An invitation to relax with the possibility of walking and/or cycling on many arrow trails. An address to remember.

The stay at Martine's went very well for the 3 of us. You can park there quite easily with the surrounding parking spaces, and the apartment is 15/20 minutes from the center on foot, 10 minutes from Périgueux Plage in summer! Also, the greenway is very quickly accessible for those who want to ride a bike or something. The apartment is very nice, with separate toilet from the bathroom, functional kitchen and large living room. The balcony was not too usable because it was too hot during our stay. We had 3 fans at our disposal. In addition, the entire neighborhood we met is very polite and smiling.

The property is in a great location, and it has all the amenities needed, and I felt reassured that I could contact Liz if there were any questions, but thankfully everything was so well laid out and the the booklet in the apartment explained everything. What a great host, I would strongly recommend. Thank you
