Waterfront vacation rentals in Tirrenia

Vielen lieben Dank für den Aufenthalt. Wir sind eine dreiköpfige Familie. Perfekt für diese kleine feine Wohnung. Die Lage ist einfach großartig. Sehr ruhig nach hinten raus und einmal über die Straße schon am Strand. Außerdem war die Kommunikation mit Sandro immer sehr schnell, freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Vincenza was a wonderful host—kind, attentive, and very responsive. The condo was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect for exploring the promenade and nearby attractions. I truly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again!

Schöne moderne Wohnung zentral gelegen und fußläufig zum Strand. Wir waren knapp eine Woche da und haben von dort Ausflüge in unternommen. Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man braucht und reichlich Platz in Bad und Schränken. Auf jeden Fall zu Empfehlen. Danke Maria und Lorenzo

This was a very nice experience. It’s an apartment on the first floor of a villa… steps from the water with a beautiful exterior patio. You’re right on a popular beach with restaurants and plenty to do. Idyllic 👍

This was our second stay, and as before we were very pleased. Everything matches the description perfectly, and Stefano always makes sure you feel taken care of. We highly recommend this place if you want a comfortable stay at a minute´s walk away from the beach. Just perfect. Thanks!

We were here for a couple of days Italy Summer. We chose this apartment because we did not want to go to Livorno main city. We got what we went for - air conditioned nicely made place. Beside not having brand new furniture etc. we really enjoyed being there. Very friendly and fast responding host. I recomment this for people who look for: Having your own place with two bedrooms, equipped kitchen and also terrasse plus garden for yourself - this is really a complete accomondation to use. Cat and turtle included (outside) ;) Thanks for having us!

Sehr netter Gastgeber, kinderfreundlich. Wohnung liegt super, der Strand ist zu Fuß in einer Minute zu erreichen. Direkt nebenan ist ein Supermarkt, was den Einkauf deutlich erleichtert. Die Wohnung war sauber und super ausgestattet.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette villa très bien agencée, propre et arborée. L'endroit est parfait et notre intimité a été respecté.

Mara’s apartment is a jewel in Viareggio. It is beautifully designed and fitted out with loads of room inside and a great functioning kitchen and wonderful private balconies to sit out to eat or relax.The location is perfect within walking distance to the beach, shops and many restaurants, bars and cafes. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to visit Viareggio

Das Haus ist wirklich traumhaft und wie beschrieben. Der Check-in mit David war sehr unkompliziert und mega nett! Wir kommen gerne wieder ☺️

La location è speciale, riserva una vista unica e una vivibilità eccezionale... si vive una privacy totale immersi negli odori, suoni e colori del mare!!!

Wir waren mit unserem 10 Monate alten Baby für vier Tage in Dinos Haus. Der Ausblick und die Ruhe sind wundervoll und das Haus hat alles, was es für uns braucht. Die Kommunikation mit Dino war toll, er hat sich von sich aus gemeldet und nachgefragt, ob wir gut angekommen sind und ob alles ok ist und hat auch auf unsere Nachrichten schnell reagiert. Wir waren mit einem Ford Transit unterwegs, größer bzw breiter sollte euer Auto nicht sein, da die Straßen sehr schmal sind.

+ Meerblick von zwei Balkonen aus + sehr nette, zuvorkommende und reaktionsschnelle Gastgeberin + geräumige und gut ausgestattete Wohnung + geniale Lage mitten im Ort (Restaurants, Supermarkt, Bäcker, etc. fußläufig erreichbar) und in fast direkter Meerlage + Kommen immer wieder gerne!

Os anfitriões são muito simpáticos e prestativos, nos receberam muito bem, o apartamento é confortável, bem decorado, limpo, bem equipado com tudo que uma família precisa para passar ótimas férias a beira mar. A localização é perfeita, próximo ao mar, ao comércio que se pode ir a pé, ao calçadão de Viareggio, que é muito agradável para caminhar a qualquer hora, estacionamento para o carro é abundante, a proximidade de pontos turísticos de toda a Toscana (Florença, Pisa, etc..) e de Cinque Terre foi fundamental para nossas férias. Com certeza recomendo este anfitrião e este apartamento para estadia de férias.

Fantastisk vert som gjør oppholdet veldig enkelt og bra. Tilgjengelig og lett å kommunisere med hele veien. Stedet er flott og rent. Et veldig bra opphold jeg anbefaler!

Ho alloggiato due notti a fine dicembre con i miei due cagnolini. Il sig. Francesco è stato gentilissimo sia con me che con loro. Ho apprezzato tantissimo la sua disponibilità nell’’aiutarmi a portare i bagagli nell’appartamento e nel spiegarmi le varie cose di cui avevo bisogno. L’appartamento è in una posizione ottima ( fronte mare, accesso immediato al lungo mare per passeggiate lunghissime e spiagge libere/bagni attrezzati vicini. 15 m di auto da Pisa centro. Anche i vari servizi come bar supermercato e ristoranti vicinissimi!) l’’arredamento carino, attrezzato però di tutto non mancava nulla. Uniche due pecche, secondo me, sono: il prezzo un po’ altino per il periodo (dicembre/gennaio) e le scale, (senza ascensore) per arrivare al secondo piano dove si trova all’appartamento e le ultime due rampe sono un po’ ripide. Per il resto andava tutto benissimo. Sicuramente lo consiglierei anche solo per l’ottima esperienza diretta con il Sig. Francesco,che ringrazio di tutto nuovamente!

We had great week at Gabriele's place. the apartment is compact but has everything we needed: a well equipped kitchen with good quality and clean utensils, a spacious shower, a wide bed, lots of storage space, and great big windows that let in daylight and a nice breeze. Gabriele was kind to also offer a high chair and a cot for our baby. The building is in a fantastic location, walking distance between the park and the beach, with plenty of supermarkets, cafés and restaurants around. It also has an elevator which was handy with our luggage and stroller! The flat was clean and Gabriele was a responsive host. It was a very pleasant stay and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it!

Attico davvero insolito!!!! Posizione comoda, molti bar e ristoranti nelle vicinanze. La vista dal balcone è spettacolare, si può ammirare il tramonto in modo splendido. L'interno dell'attico è molto suggestivo, ci sono molte cose interessanti e perfino un giradischi (si possono ascoltare i Beatles, dischi e molti altri artisti famosi). L'ascensore arriva direttamente all'attico, è molto comodo!!!

Il appartamento è veramente bello , pulito , curato , ti fa sentire a casa ! La proprietaria è veramente gentile e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi cosa ! Non vedo l’ora di tornarci !
