Thank you so much for the stay. We're a family of three. Perfect for this small fine apartment. The location is just great. Very quiet at the back and once across the street already on the beach. In addition, communication with Sandro was always very fast, friendly and helpful.

Vincenza was a wonderful host—kind, attentive, and very responsive. The condo was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect for exploring the promenade and nearby attractions. I truly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again!

This was a very nice experience. It’s an apartment on the first floor of a villa… steps from the water with a beautiful exterior patio. You’re right on a popular beach with restaurants and plenty to do. Idyllic 👍

Super location right near the beach and all the restaurants. And I felt safe with locked entrances. Natalia was extremely kind and helpful. She made me feel right at home. Her restaurant recommendations were spot on. It was so nice to make myself some meals after a quick trip to the nearby grocery market. The apartment was so cute and welcoming. It had everything I needed.

It took a little work to find it, but wow what a reward awaits for those willing to make the effort. Patios with sweeping coastal views surround the entire amazing apartment. If you follow Gianni's instructions, you will get there! My only suggestion would be- bring backpacks or bags you can re-pack and carry from the parking lot if possible. Dragging suitcases along the very narrow/winding path to the apartment was a real challenge. If you are like us, Americans looking to get a taste of Italy away from our fellow countrymen, you couldn't pick a better place than Tellaro. I think we were the only Americans in town for the three days we were there. There are some great beaches nearby, but don't miss swimming off the rocks in town. And if you want to do a day trip to Cinque Terre, don't take the train from La Spezia, take the Cinque Terre boat from Lerici. You'll want to spend time in Porto Venere as well.

Very nice host, child-friendly. Apartment is great, the beach is a minute's walk away. Right next door is a supermarket, which makes shopping much easier. The apartment was clean and super equipped.

Mara’s apartment is a jewel in Viareggio. It is beautifully designed and fitted out with loads of room inside and a great functioning kitchen and wonderful private balconies to sit out to eat or relax.The location is perfect within walking distance to the beach, shops and many restaurants, bars and cafes. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to visit Viareggio

we absolutely loved our stay… just as described and more… close to Florence and other spots… what a view!!! Hopefully be back!

It was wonderful to live in the middle of Tellaro and have breakfast on the roof terrace with the fantastic view! The cottage is very skillfully renovated and lovingly furnished with selected pieces. It had everything we needed and we were very nicely received by Lola. There are some stairs in the house that you have to climb to finally end up on the roof terrace, you should be aware of that. We had a great, relaxing time hiking (directly from the house), visiting Cinque Terre, swimming again and again and of course trying the restaurants on site. It was all perfect thank you so much!

Couldn't be better. Exceeded our expectations

We were in Dino's house for four days with our 10-month-old baby. The view and tranquility are wonderful and the house has everything it needs for us. The communication with Dino was great, he contacted us on his own initiative and asked if we arrived well and if everything is okay and also responded quickly to our messages. We were traveling with a Ford Transit, your car should not be larger or wider, as the roads are very narrow.

Beautiful accommodation and great location! Close to both the bathing establishments and the public beach! Perfect accommodation for visiting Viareggio! I recommend it!

The perfect accommodation for a vacation with a toddler: the location is perfect, because the beach and many good restaurants are within walking distance. The property is perfectly equipped and has more than enough space for children to play and explore - both in the house and outside in the garden. We had very nice days and will definitely come back. We highly recommend the accommodation 😊

Matteo E Oriana’s place was absolutely stunning! The view was breathtaking. She was very accommodating to our need to check in early. It is important not to underestimate the stairs, this may be a problem if you are elderly or have a physical impairment. We had a little miscommunication due to the language barrier but Oriana is so lovely and nice to deal with. Thank you for the stay.

All good. Clean and bright apartment, a stone's throw from the Livorno promenade and the Naval Academy, equipped with all the comforts for a short stay and very close to a multitude of clubs. Very convenient parking under the house (as long as you avoid rush hours). Leonardo was punctual in his communications and extremely kind. Highly recommended.

Absolutely fantastic stay, Livorno is a beautiful city and the apartment was the perfect hub for seeing it. It’s five minutes away from some of the best food ever and within eyesight of good bars and cafés. The building is very nice and easy to access. Andrea was responsive and checked in frequently to see how things were going and if I needed anything!

The accommodation is quiet and offers a lot of space. You can quickly reach the sea and are surrounded by good restaurants. Communication with Nataliya was great. A great apartment to stay in Livorno!

We had a wonderful stay.

I stayed two nights at the end of December with my two little dogs. Mr. Francesco was very kind to both me and them. I really appreciated your availability in helping me bring your luggage to the apartment and explaining the various things I needed. The apartment is in a great location ( beachfront, immediate access to the seafront for very long walks and free beaches/equipped bathrooms nearby. 15 m by car from Pisa center. Also the various services such as a supermarket bar and restaurants very close by!) the cute decor, but equipped with everything, nothing was missing. The only two flaws, in my opinion, are: the price is a little high for the period (December/January) and the stairs, (no elevator) to get to the second floor where the apartment is located and the last two ramps are a little steep. Otherwise, everything was great. I would definitely recommend it even just for the great direct experience with Mr. Francesco, whom I thank for everything again!
