Enjoy newly constructed, stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Close to dining, shopping, recreation and Bde Maka Ska (lake). Access to professionally landscaped yard with an adirondack seating area, fire pit or stream your favorite movie on the movie screen. Walk, jog or bike the paths around the lakes. Some of my favorite establishments - all walking distance - Black Walnut Bakery, Sooki & Mimi, Basement Bar, Uptown Cafe, Granada Theater, Barbette, Amazing Thailand & Tenka Ramen.

Amazing private unit located steps from Bde Maka Ska (formerly Lake Calhoun) with biking, running & walking paths, beaches, 6 blocks from Linden Hills, 1 mile to Uptown. Great walkability with shopping, restaurants, wine bars, Lake Harriett bandshell, rose garden, peace garden and farmers markets all nearby. Only 5 miles from downtown Minneapolis. Full kitchen, dining & living room. Bedroom features a large private deck. This unit has a separate entrance and occupies the entire second story.

Perfect, cheap stay in a central location of MPLS. Interesting building with artistic performances & the living area was separate and easy to access. Parking was so accessible too

Eric was very easy to get ahold of and friendly. Very nice room and amenities and we felt very welcome the whole time! would stay again!

Came for a course, and this was the perfect place to stay! Quiet and restful so I could just relax when I wasn’t in the course. They were friendly and helpful. Everything was as described and clean and cozy.. Would definitely stay again!

Maria's place was very clean, stocked (towels,shampoo, body wash, dishes,etc.) We were there to visit my son and it was very close to his location. Maria came over to show us how to run the A.C. She was very polite, friendly, and helpful. We plan on staying there again next summer.

We weren’t there long, but enjoyed a comfortable stay at Jean and Craig’s house. The home is full of interesting furniture and is kept spotless. The neighborhood is great. We enjoyed playing tennis at the courts one block away!
