We enjoyed our two week stay very much. The home had all the necessary basics, was very clean, and comfortable. The hosts were very responsive. We had a minor issue and they had someone there within ten minutes to resolve it! Having the golf cart included is a plus. We navigatigated our travels through The Villages quite comfortably the majority of the two weeks using the cart rather than the car. There is a pool quite close to the home and the home is also located pretty close to Brownwood Square. We would highly recommend this property.

We really enjoyed our stay! It was the perfect size for our family of 4 (2 littles). Very spacious and clean. It was less than a 2 min drive to Lake Sumter Landing. Laura was great at communicating with us quickly and efficiently. We would highly recommend this home.

We had a wonderful 5-night stay! Trina’s home was beautifully furnished + well equipped: solid, quality furniture; soft blankets for cozy comfort; plentiful towels for shower, kitchen and pool; fabulous closet/storage space; bountiful plates, bowls, cups, glasses, cutlery; clean, easily accessible washer and dryer; and a generous stock of toiletries (dishwasher and laundry detergent pods, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash). Location was fantastic — just steps from a family pool + a short golf cart ride to Lake Sumter for morning coffee, dinner, or ice cream + a stroll on the dock. Extra kudos for connecting us with David’s Villages Golf Cart Rental upon reservation. Our rented golf cart was waiting for us in the garage when we arrived + was picked up the morning of our departure — white glove service that allowed us to focus on our vacation. Trina was very friendly and quick to respond with any questions we had. We highly recommend + would love to return!

This home comes equipped with everything you need and is very spacious. Very, very clean and comfortable. Was very happy with everything including Cheryl’s communication and responsive messages. Having the golf cart is a huge plus. It’s very easy to get around anywhere and a great location to Brownwood and Lake Sumter. The home is pristine. Neighborhood is beautiful. Very quiet and peaceful. This Villa is beautifully decorated and you feel right at home. It was absolutely spotless too! The screened Lanai is so comfortable with paddle fans and coverage for any weather. We loved using the golf cart, this was one of the best we have used with extra features most don't have. The location of this Villa is perfect as it is easy to get to Lake Sumter or Spanish Springs. Matt was very responsive to any question I had, check in was flexible and he even left us some delicious homemade cookies! What a thoughtful gesture! Don't hesitate to book this home, you will not be sorry. We can't wait to return!

We love our time at the Villages. This area was new to us but everything was great. The house was clean and just like the pictures. The cart and all the rest of the amenities were excellent as well. Thanks for a great week for our family.

Liana’s place was amazing and the bed was so comfy. It was a nicely clean suite and was filled with supplies to help our stay feel comfortable and convenient. 17 mins away from disney springs and 8 mins away from Universal City Walk.

I enjoyed another wonderful stay at Joyce's place (my third stay). As always, great communication and very clean and welcoming space. The neighborhood is top notch for an easy walk to historic downtown, while residing in a tranquil tree layered oasis.

I had a wonderful stay in Clermont! I stayed here for a little solo getaway and it was exactly what I needed. Super peaceful, quiet, and the view was honestly so pretty. Everything was clean and comfy, and I just felt really relaxed the whole time. It was the perfect spot to take a breather. I would totally come back again!

I’ve never felt compelled to write a review for an air bnb. This place was wonderful. They have thought of everything. Fully stocked, very clean & the beds were so comfortable. We could walk to and from the historic downtown area that paired with the best restaurants. We would absolutely come back!

We had a great time. Very peaceful and relaxing. Perfect place to relax yet close to the nightly entertainment and restaurants at the villages. We look forward to returning to this location.

From the moment we booked, Mike was an exceptional host - incredibly communicative, friendly, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Great Stay,Check In Was Easy You Go Right Up To Room With The Codes They Provide. Room Looks Just Like Picture, Everything Was Clean And Set Up Perfect For A Studio. Everything Is Also Close To Where You Stay.

We had a great stay at Jonny’s place. The unit is spacious and comfortable with room for everyone to enjoy. The open floor plan was nice and the amenities, including the live DJ at the pool (who was great with entertaining the kids as well), were a nice bonus. Our family voted unanimously that we would stay again… and we are already looking at dates for next June!

Great host and beautiful location. Near most of the major attractions and shopping.

We’ve been staying at one of Daniel’s listings for the past three years, and he never disappoints—not even the place itself! It truly feels like our second home whenever we visit Florida. Daniel is super flexible, especially with early check-ins, which has been a lifesaver with a toddler. He’s always accommodating and responds to messages so quickly. We’re 100% coming back and will continue using Daniel’s Airbnb listings. My daughter calls it “the tower house,” and we all absolutely love it—it’s perfect for families!

We had a wonderful time. The directions checking in was perfect and Gabriel was really responsive when asked questions. Plenty of places to walk to and things to do.
