Vacation rentals with a fireplace in The Villages

We had a great stay. Beds were comfortable. The living room had lots of comfortable couches and chairs to relax on. Porches were very nice too.

This tiny house living was perfect for my daughter and I. We were visiting my younger daughter who lives in the area but we wanted a nice view, with some outdoor fun things to do and we definitely got both!! Plus a fully equipped kitchen to able us to prepare an entire Thanksgiving meal, it was perfectly laid out for us to be able to stay out of each other's way when we were not hanging out together. The weather was chilly so it was nice to have door open since patio is screened in. Other visitors were friendly and the bar staff were also, we took out Kayaks one of the days and it was easy to fill out waiver and staff helped get them down and in th water for us. We also brought our dogs who were very happy to walk around and explore. I would definitely recommend this place to others, actually already have. We found our new spot and plan to rent a boat next time. They have a nice marina area that is well kept and have a few options to be able to rent boats. We will be back!!!

I’ve stayed in AirBnBs in several states and Iceland; all were clean but none matched this home for comfort. Everything thought of down to the pet-food dishes. Imaginatively decorated, with a stock of books written by Christina. Could not have wished for anything else.

The place is very cozy and the property is beautiful. It was definitely a well needed escape from the city life. I enjoyed the peace and serenity

What a fun and flexible space. The four separate bedrooms made it so we could comfortably get together with relatives and have fun together in common spaces and then also have privacy while sleeping

Awesome place to stay!

We always enjoy our stay, Kimberly and Thami are great hosts. We visit family in Inverness and always stay there if it’s available. We especially enjoyed the hot tub. Thanks again for everything and we will definitely be back soon

We were just here for an overnight so we didn’t explore the area much, but the cottage was exactly as described. It’s a cute little bungalow with all the necessities. Beds were comfortable with soft sheets. The brewery is in walking distance, but we didn’t go there. If you don’t do anything else, you must go to the lighthouse area and watch the sunset. It was cold when we were there but still beautiful!

Great location simple historic cozy accommodation

This place was a gem of a find. I particularly enjoyed having my morning coffee and seeing the horses. I even got to be the 1st person to see a newborn foal which was very special. The area is peaceful yet close enough to Ocala and restaurants. During my stay there was an issue with the electricity on a separate part of the property that did not affect the AirBnB. Darcy went out of her way to ensure everything was ok in the unit and that I was comfortable...something I appreciated very much. I will definitely stay again.

We had a great stay in this charming, historical house. Everything was just as described and the “little extras” were really nice (two bottles of water, a couple of breakfast items, plenty of hangers in the closets, shampoo, conditioner & body wash, Kleenex, full-length mirror, etc.). We loved how close the location is to downtown as we prefer to walk to restaurants and to explore an area. Definitely recommend this place and would return if we ever stay in Ocala again.

Beautiful, spacious apartment within easy walking distance to all of the bars and restaurants in Tavares.

Close proximity to WEC - clean and had everything we needed!

This is a lovely apt. Very close to downtown Mount Dora but in a quiet location near all the activities providing respite from the hub bub. Maria was very communicative and let us know that cable was not working , offering us another room if that would be problematic. We chose to keep this room and enjoy the sunset over the lake and night out in the town. Did not miss TV.

Bill is an awesome host. His family is so warm and inviting. I was a little concerned about being connected to their house and my son being an issue or hearing them in the house. It was never an issue. Would absolutely book again. Loved the space. It was exactly what I needed.
