Vacation rentals with a patio in The Villages

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property for a quick getaway! Great central location to every thing —Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Icon Park, malls etc. Would definitely stay again.

Good value close to I-Drive and Universal. Ubers were normally only 5-10 minutes and not expensive. It is fairly "walkable" to Universal for those that enjoy walking. Lol. The view is wonderful in the evenings....can see the lights of the attractions and just very pretty. It is half a block off of I-Drive and a couple decent restaurants and "toursity" things. There is a legit Irish pub near there that is AMAZING if you want a true Irish pub experience.

Super quick to respond when had a question. In town for fishing tourney and location perfect. Would definitely stay again

We had a great stay for seven nights waiting for our grandson to be born. William was always available for any questions and very flexible with our circumstances. The lake across the street was peaceful and the house was just a short walk to a different coffee shop every day! We will definitely look to stay here again! Thank you, William!

I absolutely loved the location of the historical home - it was so convenient with easy parking available. The cleanliness and organization of the home truly impressed me, and the thoughtful amenities like snacks and water were a really nice touch. The check-in process was seamless, and the host was extremely responsive to any questions we had. But the highlight for me was definitely the amazing shower - it was even better than what you'd find at a 5-star hotel! We had such a great time during our stay and can't wait to come back. Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience!

Fantastic place! Absolutely pristine all around and close to everything Orlando has to offer. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Andrea was a very nice and pleasant host. She left very detailed instructions, had the place clean and ready for us, she even checked in to ensure that our stay was what we were expecting. I appreciate her attention to detail, her providing adequate instructions and directions, as well as the care she showed to us during our stay. The place is just like shown in the pictures, and was clean. Andrea also has a quick turnaround time to messages, which I appreciate. Our stay there was wonderful, and I would stay at their Airbnb in the future if I'm out that way again.

Erick's condo was very comfortable and spacious. It was very clean and nicely decorated. We happened to be going to a conference at the Rosen across the street and it was super convenient to walk over there. It was nice to have a Publix and several restaurants so close as well. I texted Erick a few times and he was very responsive and helpful. We would stay there again anytime.

The house was beautiful. The pool was nice. The only downside was the house is very close to a very very busy road. It was great that dogs were allowed but would have preferred a fenced in back yard. Jesus and family were extremely nice.

House was beautiful, was in a peaceful neighborhood, Ron was very informative and helpful responded quickly, had more than enough amenities and even had extra things you wouldn’t even think of needing. Was a wonderful time and host.

Jill’s place was lovely! It looked fresh and new inside, and all was squeaky clean. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay! We would gladly return if the opportunity arises.

Thank you Chad for your hospitality! You have a lovely home that we thoroughly enjoyed as a home away from home for two months. Plenty of room to relax with everything we needed. The freshness, cleanliness, and just the right amount of stylish decor made for a great atmosphere. The lanai was an added cozy surprise that we enjoyed for coffee in the morning. Thank you as well for being so responsive during two hurricanes! We would love to stay again someday.

Overall, it was a great place to stay! Spacious. Had everything to accommodate kids including plastic kitchenware! Plenty of extra blankets and pillows too! We had fun and enjoyed the space. The host was great as well! ^_^

Great Stay – Highly Recommend! I had a wonderful stay at Karen’s place. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect for me sightseeing, work, relaxation, etc.], and check-in was smooth and easy. karen was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely book again if I’m in the area! You will not be disappointed. Great Place.

Very cute and comfortable house. We enjoyed the farmers market and long bike ride along the Withlacoochee Stste trail nearby. Great restaurants downtown.

My friends and I were in Orlando for a Disney race and it was the perfect location. The accommodations were as described and very clean in a quiet community with close proximity to many shops and restaurants. Katerina provided clear instructions for accessing the stay and was very responsive. Would highly recommend!

Large terrace with a beautiful view!!

Our stay was excellent, the condo is perfectly located by attractions, restraunts, stores and other activities - many in walking distance! clean and well stocked kitchen made making meals a home easy, and the beds were comfortable. Clean, well appointed bathrooms and laundry were convenient and well stocked. Being on the 4th floor got a bit tiring to walk up, but it was very safe and secure with a great veiw of the fountain. Bit of a walk/drive to the open pool (the one right next door is closed for renovations) but it wasn't difficult by car or walking to locate it and enjoy the amenities. Lin was very responsive to questions and offered immediate assistance! I would recommend providing instructions for how to use the remotes for the TV's and the thermostat - though they may have been available and we were so busy we missed them. Would definitely stay here again, it was the perfect place for our trip in every way and the host takes pride in the property and hosting her guests!

Overall, we had a very positive experience. Ryan was exceptionally responsive and accommodating with our check-in and check-out times, which made arriving and departing stress-free. This alone deserves 5+ stars in our book!! The property itself was clean and matched the description provided in the listing. We found everything we needed for our stay - all the essential amenities were available and in good working order. One disappointment was the shuttle service to the theme parks that was advertised as a highlight of the property. Unfortunately, we could never catch the shuttle at its scheduled times, forcing us to rely on Lyft for transportation to and from the parks. This added an unexpected expense to our trip. We do realize this is in no way any fault of Ryan's. Despite the transportation issue, the comfortable accommodations and Ryan's excellent host communication made for a pleasant stay overall. We would stay again while in Orlando. Angela
