The house was exactly as described and shown in the photos, just 10 mins away from the Guruvayur temple. Sanil was a great host and extremely affable. We reached the place at 2am in the middle of the night and Sanil was there waiting to receive us. The place was kept very clean and all the said amenities worked perfectly. Would definitely recommend for any family visiting Guruvayur.

We had a pleasant stay here. Sreerag and his family were great hosts. Their hospitality was remarkable. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to experience the feeling of a home away from home!

The stay was very pleasant and provided us with a lot of privacy. The property was big and would be a perfect location for people looking for a getaway. Loved the mountain view. Food was one of the big pluses about the place, they also gave us tender coconuts which were grown inside the property. Especially loved the aesthetics of the building.

The house is spacious, clean and well maintained. It can accommodate good number of people. Sufficient aminities are provided such as extra beds, pillows, soaps, towels, kitchen utensils etc. The location is peaceful.

I had the pleasure to say at this Nibins place and loved it. He was so nice and helpful and helped me with all my requests. Highly recommend it!

We had a fantastic stay. The place was comfortable, and the neighborhood was pleasant. The house was as described, with all listed amenities. If you are looking for a place with a serene atmosphere and fresh air, this is the place. Bharathapuzha and a few temples are within walking distance. The host was very responsive. The caretaker, Kuttan Chettan, was super helpful. He provided delicious Kerala food at a nominal price. We would love to come back here. NB: You can enjoy beautiful paintings too.

Tucked away in the woods, this 120+ year old Kerala Tharavadu-style house offers a quaint, no-frills getaway from the city's hustle and bustle. The resort's rustic charm is beautifully preserved, with minimal essential upgrades that maintain its authenticity. Take a stroll through the woods and discover the serene river, perfect for a refreshing bath. The real star of the show is Manager George, who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. From waking us up for a river visit to arranging a massive dinner delivery, George's hospitality was exceptional. While the resort has an open kitchen, we recommend exploring local eateries, like the nearby Chaaya Kada for breakfast, and ordering lunch/dinner from KPM Residency. *Note: 3rd bedroom in outhouse*. Overall, this resort is perfect for those seeking a peaceful, rustic retreat without unnecessary frills

Independent house with all the facilities for cooking if someone prefers to cook. We used the kitchen to prepare the food for the kids. Just one km from the Guruvayur Temple. Vehicle Parking is also available and the owner was responsive against our requirements.
