Vacation rentals with a sauna in Thalang District

Very nice apartment in a luxury/high end development. It's a great place to stay with a nice beach and plenty of good pools. Same as the photos comfortable, spacious and clean.

Wir hatte eine schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft vin Olga. Die gesamte Anlage war sauber und die Angestellten sehr freundlich. Wer mag, kann im Restaurant essen oder beim Imbiss vor der Anlage. Shuttle zum Strand hat auch gut funktioniert. Einzig die Unterkunft haben wir uns ein bissche größer vorgestellt, da bei dem Schlafsofa dann der Weg zum (kleinen) Balkon fast versperrt war. Alles in allem jedoch sehr gut und zu empfehlen!

Мы невероятно благодарны за этот опыт! Квартира оказалась идеальной: чистота, уют, стильный интерьер, всё продумано до мелочей. Мы чувствовали себя как дома. Расположение отличное, особенно если есть байк: рядом пляж, магазины и основные точки острова. Комплекс удобный, атмосфера вокруг расслабляет, отдых прошёл идеально. Квартира полностью укомплектована: кондиционеры, стиралка, посуда, фен, пылесос, много вешалок. Всё работает на высшем уровне. Мы сообщали хозяевам о мелочах — скрипящей кровати и временно неработающем втором лифте. Они быстро всё взяли во внимание и были всегда на связи, что очень ценно. Крыша с бассейном и красивыми пейзажами стала нашей любимой локацией для отдыха, а закаты, рассветы - восхищение! Всё настолько понравилось, что оставили подарок для будущих гостей — доску для плавания. Она точно пригодится, ведь пляж совсем рядом. Этот отпуск стал одним из лучших. Спасибо хозяевам за внимание и заботу! Обязательно порекомендуем это жильё друзьям и в соцсетях!

В данных апартаментах мы останавливались семьёй на 9 дней. Жильё нам понравилось, все в целом соответствует описанию и фото. По факту квартира немного меньше, чем выглядит на фото. Диван раздвижной, рассчитан на человека невысокого роста. Дочка ростом 168 см спала по диагонали. Хозяйка Евгения очень отзывчивая, оперативно отвечала на мои вопросы. Нужно учитывать, что проживание в апартаментах в данном кондоминиуме не предполагает бесплатное использование трансфера до Boat avenue и до пляжа. Данная услуга доступна бесплатно только постояльцам отеля (кто напрямую снимает номер у Diamond resort ). Но это не проблема, так как до пляжа можно дойти пешком за 10-15 мин. и рядом всегда находится тук тук. На нём добраться можно гораздо дешевле. Также при заселении или выселении, если вы хотите оставить чемоданы на ресепшене, вам придётся заплатить 300 бат. Бесплатно только для постояльцев отеля. Рекомендую данные апартаменты, мы хорошо здесь провели время.

Great flat, exactly as pictures show and completely spotless. Nice touches with coconuts on arrival and a beach bag with towels and some toys for the kids. Pool was perfect and about a 10 minute walk to the beach. Hosts were very responsive and helpfully suggested where to go for amenities. Definitely recommend!

we had a nice stay at the Appartement. It has a lot storage room so you can unpack all your bags and it is definitly good for a long time stay. Every room has an aircondition and big TVs with netflix. Unfortunately the cleaning Lady seemed to have a bad day before our arrival because there was dust in almost all corners of every room and the drawers/closets were dusty (so Inhad to Clean it before putting our clean cloths in it) and there was hair in the bathroom and one the toilet. For our Kids (3 and 6years) it was too far to walk to the beach because it was too hot and they are lazy and there are no sidewalks 😅. adults can walk to the beach. we usually took a Taxi which was Like 200baht. there are 2 Pools and 2 gyms in the condo which are great and we had a Lot of fun in the Pool😄. there is a Restaurant in the complex which is Open Till 5 or 5:30pm where you can get breakfast, ice cream and Thai food. the 7 eleven is only a 5min walk away 👍🏻

Stunning 2 bedroom 1 bath condo in excellent condition. Exactly as seen in the photos. Majestic views of the Mountains from the living room, dining room and kitchen. Listen to the birds singing in the morning. Junaid and his team are very good hosts and helpful. Very well equipped kitchen and fast internet. Nice black out curtains throughout. Excellent 55” TV with Netflix and reclining sofas. Great 20 meter lap pool. Nice gym and other smaller pool. 45 stairs from the parking lot to the front door. Light sleepers my be awaken at 5:30 a.m. by the local Mosque - call to prayer. Highly recommend to everyone. Five star Hosts and Condo !

Очень быстро отвечает на сообщения и всегда на связи. Спасибо огромное ей за это! Квартира чистая, светлая, было всё необходимое для проживания.

Très beau condo, propre tout correspondait au photos, la piscine devant la porte! on avais même un plat de fruits on a même allongé notre séjour d un mois.

We stayed in the apartment for 2 weeks. The location is perfect for such a period. If we would have stayed for a longer period, of course, the apartment should look for a bigger one. Overall it was great, clean cozy, lots of cool places in the neighborhood. In general, if you want to spend an unforgettable time in a place to eat this is what you need. Be immediately ready for the fact that 90% of your neighbors will be Russian-speaking)))

Very nice apartment in a title residence condominium. It was very clean and we had no complaints what so ever! Highly recommended!

Wir sind absolut zufrieden gewesen die Unterkunft hat viel Platz geboten tolle Umgebung und die Aussicht aus dem Balkon ist umwerfend schön.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Rawai. The host, Ben, was brilliant—very attentive and checked in on us regularly to make sure everything was going smoothly. The villa itself was lovely: spacious, well-maintained, and cleaned every couple of days, including the pool which was a great touch. The location was also spot on—close to a great selection of restaurants and cafes. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area!

We had a wonderful stay at Rawai Villas and felt completely at home! The house is stylishly furnished, very clean, and the private pool is truly a highlight. The cleaning service twice a week was a big plus – everything was always spotless. The beds were very comfortable, and each bedroom had its own bathroom, air conditioning, and a TV, which made our stay very comfortable. The house is a little older, and some small updates could be made, but that’s really just nitpicking on a very high level. Overall, we had a fantastic vacation and would love to come back. Victor was a great host – responsive, helpful, and welcoming.

Stop searching! This property is absolutely breathtaking! The whole neighborhood is new. The security team is awesome. The house itself is huge. I believe it can easily accommodate eight people if needed, it was just my girlfriend and I and we lost each other a few times in the home lol. I’ve used AirBnB quite a bit and this house may be my favorite. He was communicative, understanding, and very proactive. He provides all of the asses to ensure you have a fantastic time in Phuket. I will definitely be back and I will definitely be staying here probably with a few friends. Thanks Andrei!!
