The stay was very comfortable. This place was neat and clean. The pool was an added bonus. Met eduard at the checkout time, he is really humble and down to earth. We requested last min extension for 3 hours extra as we had an infant with us to which he agreed without even charging a penny. Thank you for the amazing stay :)

We stayed for 5 days over new year, the place was fantastic, had everything we needed and Nong the housekeeper even did our laundry! Would highly recommend for large families, beach was a 5 min walk, private pool at the villa was great for all to cool off, I’d definitely stay here again. Was a little tricky to find the first time from the airport but otherwise a secure and private complex.

Super location, spacious house, really great kitchen and pool. Quiet and serene and walking distance to some beach clubs and restaurants.

Great place, excellent and very friendly host. Very well thought out apartments and very cozy, it was like coming to your own home. Nice view from the huge balcony of planes taking off, the apartment is located on the 8th floor. I thought the airport noise would bother me, but it didn't. Fast Internet, I was able to work. It may be a little far from the city, but if you take a bike, you won't have any problems. Very close to the local beach, which has very few people, and local eateries, . We stayed at Sergei's villa with a family of 5 people with a small child. I really liked it! A cool pool in which we bathed in the morning , day and evening before and after the sea. The area in the villa is nice, it's not so hot to sit in the evening and during the day. The sea is 7-10 minutes along the sidewalk is very convenient, we passed through the Amora Hotel to the sea. By the way, the last 3 days before the flight lived there, so it's much better in the villa. The hotel is not worth the money at all. For any questions, Sergei was always in touch, recommended restaurants and shops) everything is very convenient and close. Lotus supermarket, night market, massage parlors, pharmacies, cafes are within walking distance. In general, we were satisfied) we will come again❤️

The place was perfect for my family who wanted to spend some quality time together. Valentin and Ms. Dee made sure they were comfortable at the place. I was a little late in booking the place but Valentin was very quick in responding and making sure that everything was processed smoothly. Would highly recommend this place and would definitely come back!

We stayed at Piotr’s villa for three nights, and it was a beautiful, cozy, and private retreat. The location is perfect for anyone looking to enjoy quality time with family and friends. Piotr’s was a wonderful host he kindly let us drop off our luggage before check-in and shared several great recommendations for the area. He also helped us get around, making our stay even more convenient. If you’re considering booking this place, don’t wait his calendar is almost fully booked for the year! Thanks, Piotr’s! Pros: - Great location on the beach and walkable to a few nice restaurants. - Very quiet, safe and peaceful condo and surroundings - good for families. - Kannika was very friendly and responsive to any requests or questions. - Clean unit with all the basics you'd need and good cookware, just bring your own way to make coffee if you don't like instant coffee from the kettle Cons: - A bit of funny shower plumbing with the hot water when the not-in-use bath faucet was turned a certain way but we figured it out quickly enough and now the host can guide guests if they face the same situation.

We loved the place and the host was great. Would come back again.

This is a beautiful place for hosting extended families and friends. The rooms are large and felt private enough to have your own space whilst the shared areas were perfect for enjoying time together, around the pool, dinner table or just relaxing in the lounge. Khun Jit is an exceptional housekeeper- nothing was too much trouble, we felt so well looked after we didn’t want to leave. Huge thanks also to Keith for his proactive recommendations and promptly answering any question we sent his way

Would recommend this venue 100%. Fabulous property in beautiful setting. Easy 5 minute walk to uncrowded beachfront. Good office room if you want to work while staying here. Under 10 minute drive to town with abundance of good restaurants and bars. Elena is an excellent communicator and responds quickly to any queries. 10/10 for our 1 month stay. Thank you

We were looking for a nice place not far from airport. This place was just something you can dream about - nice house near by sea. Gives you feeling of coming to a place of your fried. Even though our house was the nearest to the road - we were not disturbed by any noise. Specially, wanted to acknowledge team that supports you during stay and restraint with amazing Cousine and nice view. Here you feel on your place. Planning to come back.

We absolutely loved this apartment. 1. The living area was huge, the bedrooms and bathrooms were great. 2. the location was the best! right opposite the beach and all the stalls. The apartment is one of the closest to the beach 3. The photos are perfectly accurate 4. The host made some really good recommendations and the communication even during our stay was fantastic 5. When we were tired of the beach, the pool was a welcome haven. It's a lovely big pool and nice and quiet and never crowded and loud. 6. The gardens were well kept and always neat and lush 7. We would definitely stay here again and we definitely hope to visit Nathan Beach again
