Waterfront vacation rentals in Thalang District

We came for a couple of nights and finally stayed 8 nights because we couldn’t leave this area and this apartment because it was so nice and cozy. and we love it. definitely will visit it again.

Our family stayed in this apartment for 9 days. We liked the place, everything in general corresponds to the description and photos. In fact, the apartment is a little smaller than it looks in the photos. The sofa is sliding, designed for a person of small stature. The daughter, 168 cm tall, slept diagonally. The hostess Evgenia is very responsive, promptly answered my questions. It should be borne in mind that staying in an apartment in this condominium does not imply free use of the transfer to Boat avenue and the beach. This service is available free of charge only to hotel guests (who rent a room directly from Diamond resort). But this is not a problem, since the beach can be reached on foot in 10-15 minutes and there is always a tuk tuk nearby. It can be reached much cheaper. Also, if you want to leave your luggage at the reception, you will have to pay 300 baht. Free for hotel guests only. I recommend this apartment, we had a good time here.

A beautiful apartment in a large hotel complex overlooking the countryside. The octagonal terrace with pool is a real highlight. Everything is within walking distance in a few minutes.

Location perfect. Apartment superb. Raissa the finest host..communication superb..if you want the BEST..This is it.. Idyllic balcony..facing a garden of Palm trees & the sounds of tropical birds..not noisey traffic.. Local food shops 5 mins..then onto a fabulous beach..no crazy jet skies to put you off swimming..wonderful selection of Thai cuisine..close your eyes and open to Paradise...

Very nice and large. Air conditioning and enough space. Very close to the beach and very private buildings. I recommend the stay.

the apartment is small, compact. location is great! The apartment is clean, tidy. Only you can hang anything on the balcony (fine 500 baht) There are 2 swimming pools and a grill on the roof. You can get to the beach by bus or by local boat (free of charge). This is the short term!

Stayed one month with family and kids. Kittisak is a great host - always fast and constructive response. Location is really nice. Highly recommend.

Friendly staff, amazing views, security at gate so felt very safe, easy to get a Grab or Bolt to the house. Referred us to a cook who made an amazing meal for 10 that was very affordable. House clean, spacious, pool warm, bathrooms huge, shower heads so good I'm looking to get for my home. First rate all the way.

Martin’s place suited us perfectly. It was spacious, clean and excellent location for us as a family. Martin was very quick to respond to questions we had. We will definitely be returning soon.

We really enjoyed the stays. Anastasia and her team are great, always easily accessible and helpful. The location was super close to the beach, many dining options and you can get around well with the tuk tuk. The house is large, good kitchen, everything was clean and the rooms are large. So highly recommended 🙏🏽

The house is spacious and beautiful. We have many problems within our friend group with many change in plan but the host was quick to respond and helped with a fair solution. Best suit for family or friend group to gather and have talk. Definitely will come back again next year.

Stop searching! This property is absolutely breathtaking! The whole neighborhood is new. The security team is awesome. The house itself is huge. I believe it can easily accommodate eight people if needed, it was just my girlfriend and I and we lost each other a few times in the home lol. I’ve used AirBnB quite a bit and this house may be my favorite. He was communicative, understanding, and very proactive. He provides all of the asses to ensure you have a fantastic time in Phuket. I will definitely be back and I will definitely be staying here probably with a few friends. Thanks Andrei!!

Andrii was a great host. The hot water heater wasn't working and he came the same day to fix it! The place is close to the beach and restaurants. Just wish the bed had a couple more pillows and maybe some hair conditioner in bathroom, but other than that, great stay!

Clean, spacious apartment, great hotel grounds. Jackie, I did my best to make me and my family comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised that at check-in Jackie made sure we had food in the refrigerators, even cookies for tea, very nice. The sea is located in 50 meters from the hotel, I was with a small child, it is convenient.

Such a nice staying and nice place

This property is a great value! The unit was immaculate. Host is super responsive and friendly. He usually responded in less than 5 minutes. Direct access to a beautiful, clean beach. Surf can be a bit rough, but it is definitely swimmable. Highly recommend

Natalia’s place was absolutely beautiful. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed staying there and we definitely plan on coming back. The location is perfect as it’s very close to the beach, 7-11, money exchange booths, restaurants, etc. The staff was unbelievably amazing as well. They were extremely kind and helpful when it came to navigating around Thailand. This place is definitely worth it!
