If you’re thinking of booking this villa, we highly recommend! It had everything you would need and more, including small details like bug spray and a pump for pool toys. The house and cupboards were stocked with anything you could think of to enjoy your holiday. It is also very spacious as we had 6 people and it gave lots of room for everyone to spread out and not feel on-top of each other. The beds were also very comfy. We really enjoyed the area, with lots of great restaurants and shops nearby, and really appreciated the peacefulness of the nearby beach Bang Tao over the busy beaches like Patong. A perfect place to stay with scooters with the locked garage area too. The pool is also fully in the shade in the afternoon which was perfect for cooling down! The hosts were always available to answer our questions and make recommendations for things to do or help us find nearby shops. We really appreciated your help and home that made our holiday 11/10! ⭐️ We will definitely be back.

Great stay, amazing little house! All the comforts you need, the people are super welcoming. The attached restaurant offers excellent breakfast/lunch/dinner (very hearty). The pool is perfect. They offer scooters for rent. And it's next to the airport. We were even offered a free shuttle to take us there at a time that suited us... in short, pure happiness, thank you so much!

Our stay at Villa SeaSiam was more than perfect! The Villa was exceptional. Brand new, private, well decorated and amazing views. A perfect hideaway. The staff were helpful and attentive. The villa manager helped with everything we could possibly need and more. I will definitely will book this villa again. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay with amazing view. near town but not right in the noisy part. Well appointed and comfortable. perfect for family and couples and able to cook at home if your tired if eating out. Everything you need is there Christophe was a great host with advice and guidance. Just be mindful getting your luggage up to apartment was a little tricky. other than that perfect spot.

Wonderful space! Super clean, excellent location. We have stayed at this condo for the past 10 years in various units and this is one of the most well positioned units. The condo is directly on the beach with many 5* resorts in walking distance so you can take advantage of their F&B or buy food from the nearby mini mart and cook yourself. We hire a car from the airport to get around and explore the area and drive off the island highly recommended. :)

Apartment is new, furniture, bed, kitchen equipment was new, bed was comfortable, which was the most important factor for me, pillows were as you find in luxury hotels. Never watched tv but there is one. Perfect for a single traveller Close to boat avenue, there is 7-11 money exchange and motorbike hire within 100 meters. Place to park car and motorbikes. 24-7 security and a gate Only negative I would say is the door alarms, if someone leave the door open for more than a few seconds or press the handle a little long the doors make a noise like a screaming geese, which thanks to my hopeless and inconsiderate neighbour I woke up many times.

We loved Mel. She thinks of everything (including Replacement batteries), is always responsive and helpful. The apartment is completely sufficient for four people. All electrical appliances worked properly. We did not find the sounds of the air conditioning disturbing. The Wi-Fi reception in the apartment was sufficient for us. The outdoor area is clean, the pools are very suitable for swimming. The equipment in the gym is fine. The other guests in the complex behaved quietly so that everyone could relax. The sandy beach and seawater are clean. There are no boat docks, so it is quiet on the beach. There were no dog breeds and no mosquitoes on the beach. Drinks and food at the beach bar are good, tasty and reasonably priced. There is a shuttle service to "Turtle Village" every 30 minutes, where there are shops. Taxis are available in front of the complex or use GRAB or BOLT. We'd love to come back!

Wonderful 5 star stay in the Condo on my own. The apartment was nice and clean. Check in with Gibbs was easy. She is lovely! It was great that I could use the Diamond Resort pool. There was a shuttle to Boat Avenue (supermarket and restaurants) and Bang Tao beach. There tuk tuk stand is right outside the resort too. It was easy communicating with Davide and the group. Davide was quick at helping me. I will be back again, I enjoyed my stay there.

Amazing silent place, in 10 min of drive from all the best places around. Perfectly clean, and cleaning every single day, including towels changing. Very friendly team. I would definitely come back

Before our stay, Fred and Aom were extremely helpful during the days leading up to our stay. On arrival, the staff were ready and proactive to respond to our every request in a timely manner. Not only is the villa everything that we hoped for, but even more than we expected. We appreciate Ja and the rest of the staff that helped us during our days there. Absolutely will be staying with them again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a great stay at the villa - we had the 3 bedroom villa and stayed 5D4N. We have been to many villas for a short getaway and this is definitely one of the best - very clean, very responsive host ( they provided a chat with you) and the size of the villa was just perfect. The aircon was very strong as well. They did housekeeping everyday and changed the linens on alternate days, on request. They were very accommodating to my request to change my sheets again after I had a 120 mins oil massage in the villa even though they have just changed it that day. Most photos could be deceiving and often smaller in real life, but no, the pool is a good size. Enough for a group of 3 - 5. The main bedroom was gorgeous and had direct access to the pool as well. Overall, we had a great experience here and would highly recommend. Note: It is Phuket and you are close to nature, so you should expect bugs. This has nothing to do with cleanliness.

We had the most amazing stay here. Nicely decorated place, extremely spacious and we loved the secluded pool! The location was perfect, close to everything yet quiet and peaceful, we slept very well, and the bed was comfortable. The spaciousness continues even in the bathrooms, and the fully equipped kitchen made cooking a pleasure.

The villa was as shown in the pictures, spacious and even larger than expected. The view was fantastic! While a car is necessary to get around, it’s well worth it for the location and scenery. The support staff were attentive, helpful, and communicated quickly. We stayed as a family and had a wonderful time. Highly recommend!

Lovely stay for our families here. House is huge and all the bedroom lovely. We each had one bedroom each, with everyone having their own bathrooms but two rooms needed to share one. The kitchen was perfect for what we needed and able to cook some simple things, although the highlight was the chef service which is definitely worth the money! Check in was great, communicating with the staff who run the houses. They were very helpful and responsive. And the airport pick up was a great bonus and very handy. The swimming pool is great, but very deep! Deep enough for scuba diving! The rooms were all clean before and during our stay by the amazing staff. Just watch out for bugs, we had a few spiders creep in during the evenings! Just know, the hill it is on is not walkable really, so we had to get taxis just to go up and down into the town as it was too steep.
