For the price you pay, it was more than worth it. Dan was very friendly and the cleaning lady also.

This place is awesome. It’s got a resort feel but not the resort haste. It is peaceful and the staff there is just great. They can do laundry, get breakfast ready, and will cater to your needs. I would definitely recommend.

Fist off all I want to staff by saying the Staff at be live residence are fantastic and treat you like family.. very accommodating example. I needed a rack to dry all my clothing and they delivered one to my door for me along with hangers I also reached out for a squeegee for water in bathroom floors and one was provided that day cannot express enough how great staff are here. Pricing is very fair the rooms provide a great balanced all around spot for a vacation, a great area if you wanted to use the location for a basecamp for getting a taste off all Phuket has to offer besides your typical touristy areas. It’s a hotel. Not typical airbnb. Close to beautiful Surin Beach. Few good restaurants around. Very calm neighborhood. However if you are looking for more nightlife activities- then Surin is not the right place. Hotel is very nice. Apartments cleaned daily. Very helpful staff. Penthouse was very big with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Definitely would recommend

We stayed 1 night because we had to go to the pier the next day but i can 100% recommend this Airbnb. It is a beautiful place in the nature and you can walk through nice streets and fell like you are in the middle of a jungle. The host was really friendly and welcomed us. m

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location was excellent—just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by plenty of great restaurants and street food options. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. The unit itself was clean and comfortable. The beds and linens were spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable for a great night’s sleep. The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest upon arrival, but halfway through my stay, it was thoroughly cleaned and perfect after that. The air conditioning worked well enough to keep the space comfortable. One thing to note is that the property is near a busy street and intersection, so there was quite a bit of noise. However, the stunning 7th-floor views, especially of the sunrise, more than made up for it. The pool area was also very nice and a great spot to relax. Overall, my stay was perfect for the time frame, and I would definitely consider staying here again!

Jan and Tommy were excellent. I highly recommend staying with them. They took great care of us. Room was as expected/described, easy access to beach and pool, and wonderful breakfast each morning. Pancakes were fantastic. 10/10!

Nice modern clean apartment which is perfect for small family. Short walk or taxi to abundance of shops and restaurants. Hosts very responsive but we had no issues anyway. Would definitely visit again

Everything was great, very good communication and quick response on messages. Great location, only 5 minutes to the beach and a big grocery shop near the condo.

We had a fantastic time - appartment was large, clean, modern and comfortable. Cassia itself has a great pool and a lovely beach. Highly recommended for a young family!

My favorite place in Phuket

I highly recommend this place! It looks even better than in the photos. Everything was spotless, and there were no bed bugs at all! I was initially concerned because of another review, but it turned out to be completely false! Thank you Andreas!

We had an exceptional experience during our one-night stay at this hotel. Despite our late arrival at 2:30 am (due to a late arrival and taxi mishap), the owners went above and beyond to communicate with us, personally greet us and help us carry our luggage, which was incredibly thoughtful. Not only did they make sure we were settled in, but they also offered to drive us to the pier at 6:30 am to catch our boat. In addition the bungalow was clean, comfortable, and well- thought out. The kindness and thoughtfulness of the owners stood out and was very appreciated after a 24 hour plus trip. We highly recommend!

We had a great stay here! The room and bathroom was absolutely spotless and had lots of space. It was nice to have a full service kitchen and large size fridge. The pool is also so clean and refreshing. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay and we thought it was so worth the price. The location is good for a quieter stay or if you want to go explore the parks north of Phuket. It’s close to the beach and a few restaurants, but it’s worth getting a motorbike. The host and Eve who worked on the property were helpful, friendly and attentive. Would definitely stay here again!

perfect stay if your on a budget and want to be near the airport. the pool is very nice and big. the studio was a little small but definitely worth what I paid for . overall great place to stay.
