Nice location! Everyone is friendly and help-full, restaurant is a bit pricey but food is good. Olga is very reactive and has friendly attitude, late check-out was free and without any problems. We are very grateful for this stay.

One of the best, and possibly the very best, rental experiences. Nikita and Denys went out of their way to ensure our stay was as enjoyable as possible; they are very pleasant guys to communicate with. The apartment is one where they’ve truly put their heart and soul into it, exceeding the description by far. You really feel at home here. I’m very glad to have met Nikita and Denys in person. I highly recommend choosing these apartments if you want a great experience at a reasonable price.

we had a lovely time at the flat. View from bedrooms and balcony was incredible. Enjoyed watching movies on giant TV in sitting room. Surrounding area is full of nice and cheap restaurants, beautiful beach and laguna, pool was small but very nicely done, flat is extremely secure with very modern locks, flat is vary specious, well lit. Especial mention to rather cosy sofa bed in sitting room ( gonna miss that ). My only constructive thoughts are kitchen can be bit more better equipped with utensils, pots, lids etc. and rubbish disposal in the block should be more efficient. Bigger disposal bins etc.

Our stay was fantastic! The location is super convenient, close to a lot of beach clubs and restaurants and generally because it’s in the middle of the island it’s easy to get around and go anywhere. The complex pools are great and there’s restaurants, cafes and bars in the building. There’s pharmacies, supermarkets and everything you need within walking distance. Aside from all that, Andrei was a great host, super responsive and friendly. Would definitely recommend this property and would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

It was even better than I expected. A top apartment in a top location. Check-in was very easy and well described. We were even able to check in earlier on request. You take the first elevator to the roof terrace, then take a second to one of the higher buildings. -Fully equipped kitchen - Beautiful bathroom - With glass door separate bedroom, with extra air conditioning -Excellent glass balcony door -Balcony with hanging chair and great views all over Kamala Beach. -Pool with sea view usable - Well-equipped gym Walk to the beach, scooter rental, restaurants, shops about 10 minutes -ATM/money exchange, supermarkets right in front of the hotel Time was also super friendly and always responded quickly. All in all, a great address in Kamala that I would recommend at any time.

Michael’s Villa is an ideal place for any family or group of friends visiting Phuket. Ideal location, walkable distance from Kata beach and market. Very clean and spacious villa with a beautiful swimming pool, jacuzzi and outdoor sitting area. We had an amazing time during our 3 day stay. Michael is very cooperative as well as proactive with local recommendations and arranged all transportation for us which was a very big help. All in All, it was our one of the best Airbnb experience. Would recommend Michael’s place to everyone visiting Phuket.

We had two families during our stay and total of 8 people. We had 4 adults and 4 teens. There was lots of space and room for everyone. The place was clean and just like the pictures. She recommended a great driver and cook. We had an awesome Christmas dinner prepared for us. We would definitely stay here again.

Errol is great host. we had a stay for 5 says in this house, and there was some problem with tha water supply, but the Errol tried his best to resolve the issue. the house is full of amenities. it's a beautiful house.

This is a beautiful house with a awesome swimming pool. We stayed in the house happily for the whole month. The host supports us a lot during the period.

we had a nice stay at the Appartement. It has a lot storage room so you can unpack all your bags and it is definitly good for a long time stay. Every room has an aircondition and big TVs with netflix. Unfortunately the cleaning Lady seemed to have a bad day before our arrival because there was dust in almost all corners of every room and the drawers/closets were dusty (so Inhad to Clean it before putting our clean cloths in it) and there was hair in the bathroom and one the toilet. For our Kids (3 and 6years) it was too far to walk to the beach because it was too hot and they are lazy and there are no sidewalks 😅. adults can walk to the beach. we usually took a Taxi which was Like 200baht. there are 2 Pools and 2 gyms in the condo which are great and we had a Lot of fun in the Pool😄. there is a Restaurant in the complex which is Open Till 5 or 5:30pm where you can get breakfast, ice cream and Thai food. the 7 eleven is only a 5min walk away 👍🏻

The condo was wonderful and the price was perfect. There were great restaurants and beaches within walking distance. I highly recommend this condo for anyone visiting Phuket.

Super nice place! Not to far from bars and the beach a cheap ride on a grab bike away. I was charged 7 baht per kwh. So 3 nights stay was 468 baht extra for electricity. Not horrible but all the ad says electricity is extra and doesnt say the price. I would stay again tho. Pool and the gym are nice !

This accommodation was one of the best we have ever had through Airbnb. The whole MIDA resort is amazing and we honestly spent the whole 4 days by the pool in the resort and relaxing. There are several restaurants, bars and cafes in the resort, so we had everything at hand. The host Oleg is very hospitable and the small gift at the end of our stay only enhanced the positive impression.
