We spent an amazing time at Baan Mai Khao. The apartment was terrific and ticked all the boxes. Kwan was very helpful about everything. Diego, the receptionist was great and gave us lots of tips as well. Even though you have mobility available through the shuttle bus, we would recommend renting a car at the airport to hace independence to visit further away places like Old Phuket, Patong, etc. Thank you for a wonderful experience, Reinol, Soledad y Jessica.

We had a fantastic stay at Paul’s condo! The apartment was excellent—very clean, spacious, and well-equipped with four air conditioners, a full kitchen, and a huge balcony complete with ceiling fans and a table, perfect for relaxing outside. The bedrooms were spotless and comfortable, and having free parking was a big plus, even if the spot was a bit tight—it still felt very secure to leave our car there. The location is great, within easy walking distance to the beach and plenty of local food spots. Communication with Paul was smooth and easy throughout. I highly recommend Paul’s place—it’s a great value and made our trip even better. Would definitely stay again!

Extremely happy for the place, location, restaurants, and the host. It is rare for a residence on a beachfront, it is very well located within Laguna area which has all the 5-star hotels around meaning you will never run out of restaurants from breakfast until dinner or if you wanna cook this place equipped with awesome kitchen appliances and ample space. The balcony with see through swimming pool blend in with the ocean is a great relaxing view from the living room. There is cleaner and pool maintenance every the other day which keep the room clean and tidy. Our overall experience has been great from the beginning until end of our trip. We already thinking to come back again already :)

We had a wonderful stay at the Title - our second time on the property (different room/booking). We had privacy, the amenities were wonderful (pools and gym), the staff was polite and friendly, the hosts were communicative and helpful, and the apartment was cozy and clean. The kitchen was fully stocked for preparing meals, the internet was reliable and fast, and the cleaning service was much appreciated. We would certainly stay here again!

Amazing stay here, possibly the best apartment in Kamala, stunning views, great rooms, it’s quite luxurious. Host is a great communicator, stayed here for 11 days and was readily available at all times.

Had the most fantastic stay in Indy’s spacious, welcoming apartment. Very well maintained, comfortable with everything you need. Fabulous location to beach, pools on site pretty much all to ourselves, plus gym and sauna and a wealth of beach restaurants only a 5/10 min stroll away. Couldn’t have wished for a more relaxing break and the apartment ticks all the boxes. All staff on site very cheerful & helpful and the grounds/gardens/pool areas well maintained and stunning. Indy was always super quick to respond to any requests, arranging our transfers and providing details for a smooth, hassle free check in. Can’t recommend this property enough and would come back in a heart beat. So thank you Indy for making our reunion with my daughter after 2 years apart such a special one in your beautiful home.

Newly built- very clean - great staff - great area!

This is a gorgeous place that feels really remote, but is only a short walk to two beaches, restaurants, massage, etc. I loved the private pool and the well-equipped children’s room. I would definitely stay here again in future.

Our family (2 adults and one 7 year old) stayed at the Lux villa for 9 nights as our Easter holiday and could not have been happier with the space, the pool and the location of this spectacular place. Much better and bigger than the photos made out. The house is a lovely oasis of calm and quiet. It is super convenient to Bang Tao beach with a slightly longer drive to Banana Beach and Nai Yang beach - which are definitely worth spending 20 minutes in the car to get to. We had a great time and will be definitely be back!

We stayed 7 days in Feb 2025, the villa well matched our expectations. At the end we've extended our stay for another 3 days at the villa. Great value. Highly recommend. Naiyarat is very friendly and responsive host.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb in Phuket! The house was very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable during our time there. We especially appreciated that it was located in a more local area, away from the overly touristy spots, it gave us a more authentic experience of Phuket. Thank you so much for hosting us!

We stayed for a week at Piotr’s villa and had wonderful time. The view of mountains is spectacular. The villa is clean and spacious. Piotr is very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended for anyone who is looking for a peaceful and quiet place.

We recently returned from a vacation that the whole family spent (14 people, 3 to 81 years old) at a villa in Thailand – and it was the best decision! Unlike a hotel, you didn't have to spend time exploring the territory, everything was at hand. The villa is spacious and everyone had their own seating area. A special treat is the Win cook, who cooked delicious and varied dishes for us. The pool is without time restrictions, children could swim at least all night. On the territory there is everything you need – washing machine and dryer, table tennis, badminton. Walking distance to the beach, but only 7 - 10min by taxi. The beach itself is clean, the coastline is large, the waves depend on the weather. Olga, the hostess of the villa, was always in touch, helped with any questions. As a result, the stay was unforgettable – comfort, coziness, and complete relaxation! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Thank you for the most amazing holiday! We stayed at this house for two weeks and honestly, it’s completely underrated, even better than the photos. The staff were incredible: so kind, thoughtful, and wonderful with our children. The house was spotless, the beds were super comfortable, and the views across the bay were to die for. We spent our days by the pool, and almost every evening we’d wander down to the beach to eat and watch the most breathtaking sunsets I’ve ever seen. There’s even a great outdoor space if you need to get a bit of work done. They were always on hand with helpful recommendations, and the driver they arranged for us was safe, friendly, and very reasonably priced. Truly a five-star experience from start to finish, we can’t wait to come back!

A perfect place for family of 4 for 5 nights!Christophe done a good hosting through his proactive and friendly supports in all the need required!every necessity is right down the building,at close walkable distance!!We had car so going at Kamala beach and coming from there& all the beach clubs or Patong area was very easy!Altogether we enjoyed the view from the Apt.and had a good five days there!

Great place for a duo or solo traveler! Very cute and cozy, has everything you could need. The host was kind and responsive with anything I needed. The condo was in the heart of boat avenue, surrounded by restaurants, grocery stores, and a beach near by (25 mins). However, it's probably recommended to get a scooter/Grab because it's not easy to walk every where. But overall, great experience!

Timothy has been very helpful and accommodating to us before arrival, making sure that everything is in order and working well. (: His place and the 2 pools are really nice. 711 is just 5 mins walk away and there are many cafes/ restaurants around too. Must visit Surin Beach, it’s beautiful! Thank you so much.

Wonderful space! Super clean, excellent location. We have stayed at this condo for the past 10 years in various units and this is one of the most well positioned units. The condo is directly on the beach with many 5* resorts in walking distance so you can take advantage of their F&B or buy food from the nearby mini mart and cook yourself. We hire a car from the airport to get around and explore the area and drive off the island highly recommended. :)

We loved Mel. She thinks of everything (including Replacement batteries), is always responsive and helpful. The apartment is completely sufficient for four people. All electrical appliances worked properly. We did not find the sounds of the air conditioning disturbing. The Wi-Fi reception in the apartment was sufficient for us. The outdoor area is clean, the pools are very suitable for swimming. The equipment in the gym is fine. The other guests in the complex behaved quietly so that everyone could relax. The sandy beach and seawater are clean. There are no boat docks, so it is quiet on the beach. There were no dog breeds and no mosquitoes on the beach. Drinks and food at the beach bar are good, tasty and reasonably priced. There is a shuttle service to "Turtle Village" every 30 minutes, where there are shops. Taxis are available in front of the complex or use GRAB or BOLT. We'd love to come back!

Amazing place for a family with kids! The house was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Yana was very responsive and helpful, which made the experience even better. We really loved the house and would definitely come back!

Everything was great! The location of place is convenient. View on green forest and gross is nice. Pool and gym work all time.
