Vacation rentals with lake access in Thalang District

We stayed 7 days in Feb 2025, the villa well matched our expectations. At the end we've extended our stay for another 3 days at the villa. Great value. Highly recommend. Naiyarat is very friendly and responsive host.

From the booking to our departure, Rosee was very helpful with good tips for our Journey, trips etc... The villa is beautiful and Functional for a big group. We really enjoyed our time there and for sure we will come back.

The house is spacious and beautiful. We have many problems within our friend group with many change in plan but the host was quick to respond and helped with a fair solution. Best suit for family or friend group to gather and have talk. Definitely will come back again next year.

Stop searching! This property is absolutely breathtaking! The whole neighborhood is new. The security team is awesome. The house itself is huge. I believe it can easily accommodate eight people if needed, it was just my girlfriend and I and we lost each other a few times in the home lol. I’ve used AirBnB quite a bit and this house may be my favorite. He was communicative, understanding, and very proactive. He provides all of the asses to ensure you have a fantastic time in Phuket. I will definitely be back and I will definitely be staying here probably with a few friends. Thanks Andrei!!

Perfekt für alle, die im Bangtao Muay Thai & MMA trainieren. Ruhige Umgebung, das Gym ist in fünf Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar.

We had a great stay :) Our host was very responsive and easy to talk to, so that our late check-in and early check-out were a soloist no problem. We had a blast exploring everything and it was easy to just walk to the beach and enjoy the sun. 100% recommendation from us 😁

We had a great stay. Yuliya was very friendly and responsive. The space was perfect for two people. Clean and new with all the amenities we needed. The bed was very comfortable. The apartment was nice and bright and nicely decorated. We would definitely stay again in the future. Thank you! 🙏🏼

Хорошее жилье, приятно обставили апартамент с отделкой от застройщика, понравилось на лодке до моря добираться за 7 минут. Дополнительно можно заказать уборку в апарте. Прикольный тайский рынок по выходным работает рядом. В целом, все отлично, единственное маловато ресторанчиков в пешей доступности, но на машине за минут 8 минут можно попасть в их обилие.

Благодарность Владу за квартиру! Жилье очень понравилось. Оказалось лучше, чем ожидала. В доме было все необходимое. Сама квартира чистая и уютная, с прекрасным видом. Комплекс новый, рядом очень красивый парк с птицами, белками. Утром в парке можно заниматься йогой. Район очень красивый. Единственный минус района, что мало ресторанов, магазинов, массажных салонов. Но в целом это не проблема- я ходила пешком 1,5 км, также есть бесплатный трансфер на котором можно доехать. До моря идти минут 7-10 через парк. Сам пляж понравился. С радостью вернусь сюда еще!

Отличные апартаменты. Есть все необходимое для проживания. Шикарный вид на гольф поля и сад. Отличный хозяин, заселили нас день в день, оперативно отвечал на все наши запросы.
