Hemos pasado una semana fantástica en la casa de Jörg’s , el trato ha sido exquisito, y la casa es espectacular, una piscina muy grande y muy equipada. La casa la entregaron muy limpia. Un 10 de nota. Pedro Perez y familia

Rien à redire sur la location. La maison était fidèle à sa description, très bien équipée et joliment décorée. Elle est fonctionnelle et dispose de tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Elle est proche de la mer, accessible à pieds et des quelques restaurants au bord de mer. L’hôte était très arrangeante et très réactive. Merci !

Villa Arrels in Spain is an absolute haven, and our stay there was nothing short of spectacular. Ideally located just a five-minute walk from the beach, the villa offers both convenience and comfort in equal measure. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by our hosts, Julio and Loli, whose incredible friendliness and attention to detail made us feel instantly at home. The villa itself is a masterpiece, blending traditional Spanish charm with modern amenities. The garden is filled with lovely plants, creating a lush, serene environment that is perfect for relaxation. At night, the solar lights illuminate the property, transforming it into a magical retreat that was simply enchanting to return to after a day out. Inside, everything was spotless and thoughtfully prepared for our arrival. Unser Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft war einfach traumhaft. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns der beheizte Pool, der auch im Mai angenehme 30 Grad hatte – ideal zum Entspannen. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen: Fahrräder, ein herrlicher Pool, und eine Dachterrasse mit Meerblick. Abends konnten wir das beruhigende Meeresrauschen hören, was für eine wundervolle Atmosphäre sorgte. Das Meer ist fußläufig erreichbar, was unseren Urlaub noch angenehmer machte. Der gepflegte Garten war ein weiteres Highlight, besonders da wir die frischen Früchte ernten durften, sobald sie reif waren. Die Garage mit kleiner Werkstattausstattung war praktisch und zeigte die durchdachte Planung des Hauses. Wir sind rundum zufrieden und können diese Unterkunft jedem empfehlen. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

La atención de María fue fenomenal nos recibió muy bien nos explicó todo fue el mejor espacio en el que me he quedado en España,muy amplio cómodo y silencioso nos encantó a todos muchas gracias ,súper recomendable fue genial ⭐️

Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit in der Villa. Es war mehr als genug Platz und alles, was das Herz begehrt, im Haus vorhanden. Andrea und Christine waren super responsive und konnten uns unter anderem bei der Suche nach der geeigneten Rückreise Möglichkeit helfen. Die Villa ist auf einem Hügel, aber in wenigen Minuten ist man zB im Supermarkt oder an einer Busstation nach Valencia. Den Bus haben wir in 7 Tagen 3x benutzt, da man ohne Umstieg für 3,30€ quasi ins Zentrum gebracht wird. Nur etwas Zeit sollte man mitbringen 😁 Insgesamt kann ich nur jedem empfehlen auch mal Gast des schönen Hauses von Andrea und Christine zu werden.

Una casa muy cuidada, no faltaba de nada. Es un sitio ideal para relajarse a dos pasos del mar. Natalia es una anfitriona encantadora. Hemos pasado un fin de semana perfecto.

Inoubliable ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la superbe villa de Don qui dispose d'une vue magnifique sur Valencia et les collines avoisinantes (le soir, le diner depuis la terrasse sur Valencia éclairé est apaisant à regarder). Le logement est très fonctionnel avec une grande pièce à vivre ouverte sur une cuisine très bien équipée (Lave-vaisselle et Lave-linge, très pratique pour une famille nombreuse !). Les 3 chambres disposent chacune de leur salle de bain, c'est un vrai luxe :-) Le jardin est très bien entretenu avec plusieurs terrasses pour profiter du soleil (il y a aussi de l'ombre grâce aux grands arbres !). Enfin la piscine est très bien agencée avec un solarium qui offre une vue à 360° sur le secteur : un délice !!! Le logement est à environ 30 min en voiture des principaux quartiers de Valencia donc très pratique pour les nombreuses visites du secteur. Il a été très difficile de partir, merci à Don pour cet excellent moment de vacances ;-)

Serafin and Maribel's villa with pool, large garden and access to the sea is just like paradise. We had a wonderful time there with our 1-year old daughter, enjoying the garden with private playground, pool and the beach just infront of the villa. All is designed extremely tasteful and we felt like home immediately. Our hosts have been extremely nice and helpful with everything we needed. We'd stay there again any time.

La casa súper bonita, hemos estado muy cómodas y disfrutado muchísimo de la estancia mis amigas y yo. Todo estaba perfecto a nuestra llegada. Paula muy amable y atenta en todo momento :) Súper recomendable!!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem wunderschönen Haus! Die Unterkunft war genauso schön wie auf den Bildern – sauber, geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage war ideal, und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Gastgeber, die unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam waren. Sie haben dafür gesorgt, dass unser Aufenthalt reibungslos und angenehm verlief. Vielen Dank für diese großartige Erfahrung – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Casa increíble para pasar unos días de tranquilidad, vistas increíbles y un anfitrión que estuvo atento en todo, gracias a Manolo por su predisposición a todo, la casa cuenta con todas las comodidades y regletas en todas las habitaciones que dan un plus de equipamiento.

The property is spacious and ideal for groups/families. We hired motorcycles and explored the nearby Sierra Calderon national park. The property is extra secure with off street parking for vehicles and is ideally situated for both Valencia and the surrounding countryside. Also a short walk from Betera. Rafael is an excellent host and went above and beyond tot ensure we had an enjoyable stay.

Una casa muy bonita, bien equipada y con una piscina fantástica. Ideal para viajar con niños.

Casa fantástica. Para pasar unas vacaciones en familia es ideal. La piscina, las vistas, las instalaciones… la ubicación es ideal si quieres estar cerca del centro pero necesitas coche. La casa se nota que es nueva y todos sus accesorios y equipamiento también. Sin duda repetiríamos. Como aspecto a mejorar destacamos la comunicación. Había una fuga enorme en la manguera del jardín y tardaron más de 1 hora en cogernos el teléfono y hasta el día siguiente no vinieron a solucionarlo. Por otro lado, como sugerencia, estaría bien una zona de sombra en la piscina.

I had a fabulous month-long stay. The house is very clean and comfortable. I had a whole place for myself and felt very safe as a solo woman traveller. I got a warm welcome with a freshly baked apple cake by Monica’s mother. Monica and her husband were exceptional hosts. The house has great views of mountains and Valencia city at night. The garden around the house is well maintained. I had everything I needed for my stay. This was a home away from home experience and a very memorable stay. Will definitely be back.

Oiga y Marc excelentes anfitriones, siempre muy atentos a todas nuestras necesidades y siempre disponibles. El lugar es muy acogedor y muy adecuado para compartir en familia como fue nuestro caso con nuestros hijos, nietas y perritos. El jardin y la piscina son hermosos. Cette Villa est tout simplement magnifique ! La piscine est superbe ! Les infrastructures sont merveilleuses ! Je reviendrai l’an prochain sans hésitation ! Les hôtes sont super arrangeants ! Sans oublier Rosa !! Une femme magnifique, gentille, accueillante, qui fait tout pour que nous soyons plus que bien ! Nous avons passées de superbes vacances ici et nous sommes triste de ne pas avoir pu réserver plus longtemps ! Merci pour ces vacances !

Fantastic villa in beautiful surroundings, the pictures don't do it justice. So peaceful with lovely views of the sea. Loads of space inside and out , the pool was great. The owners/ family were aleays available to help and nothing was too much trouble. We have been coming to Alcossebre for nearly 20 years and this is by far the best accommodation we have stayed in. We will be back.

Groupe d'amis, nous avons beaucoup aimé cette semaine chez Marcelino. L'espace extérieur est très agréable, entre la terrasse et la piscine. L'intérieur de la maison et les espaces nuits nous ont paru très bien, et plutôt aérés. Convient pour des vacances entre journées repos et quelques sorties touristiques (Valence centre, plage...). Marcelino a été accueillant et surtout réactif aux échanges, prêt à se déplacer en cas de besoin. Je recommande fortement !!

Nuestra estancia en la casa de Brigitte fue muy agradable. El entorno , rodeado de naranjos en flor, en medio del campo, es algo increíble en primavera. Además está cerca de Valencia capital y de zonas de montaña y rutas de senderismo muy bonitas. Pudimos disfrutar con nuestros perros de una Semana Santa muy bonita, en una casa de campo con todas las comodidades. Belén nos atendió en todo lo que necesitamos.
