Nothing to say about the rental. The house was as described, very well-equipped and beautifully decorated. It's functional and has everything we needed. It is close to the sea, within walking distance and a few restaurants by the sea. The host was very accommodating and very responsive. Thanks!

Our stay at this place was simply fantastic. We were particularly impressed by the heated pool, which was a pleasant 30 degrees even in May – ideal for relaxing. The facilities leave nothing to be desired: bicycles, a wonderful pool, and a rooftop terrace with sea views. In the evening we could hear the soothing sound of the sea, which created a wonderful atmosphere. The sea is within walking distance, which made our vacation even more enjoyable. The well-kept garden was another highlight, especially since we were allowed to harvest the fresh fruits as soon as they were ripe. The garage with small workshop equipment was practical and showed the well thought-out planning of the house. We are completely satisfied and can recommend this place to anyone. We'll be back for sure!

Maria's attention was phenomenal welcomed us very well explained everything was the best space I have stayed in Spain,very spacious comfortable and quiet. We loved everyone thank you very much ,super recommendable was great ⭐️

We had a very good time in the villa. There was more than enough space and everything you could ask for in the house. Andrea and Christine were super responsive and were able to help us find the appropriate return travel opportunity, among other things. The villa is on a hill, but in a few minutes you are in the supermarket or at a bus station to Valencia. We used the bus 3x in 7 days, as you are brought to the center for €3.30 without a change. Just a little time to bring 😁 Overall I would only recommend to everyone to become a guest of the beautiful house of Andrea and Christine.

A very well-kept house, nothing was missing. It's a great place to relax two steps from the sea. Natalia is a really nice host. We had a perfect weekend.

Unforgettable! We had a great time at Don's beautiful villa which has a magnificent view of Valencia and the surrounding hills (in the evening, dinner from the terrace over Valencia is soothing to watch). The accommodation is very functional with a large living room open to a very well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher and washing machine, very convenient for a large family!). The 3 bedrooms each have their own bathroom, it's a real luxury :-) The garden is very well maintained with several terraces to enjoy the sun (there is also shade thanks to the large trees!). Finally the pool is very well arranged with a solarium that offers a 360° view of the area: a delight!!! The accommodation is about a 30-minute drive to the main neighborhoods of Valencia so very convenient for the many visits to the area. It was very difficult to leave, thanks to Don for this great vacation time ;-)

Mark was a lovely host. He helped us get a travel crib and a high chair for our baby so we didn't have to bring it ourselves. The arrival was very flexible, in fact we entered a little earlier than agreed because he offered it to us. The house is very comfortable, as shown in the photos.

Serafin and Maribel's villa with pool, large garden and access to the sea is just like paradise. We had a wonderful time there with our 1-year old daughter, enjoying the garden with private playground, pool and the beach just infront of the villa. All is designed extremely tasteful and we felt like home immediately. Our hosts have been extremely nice and helpful with everything we needed. We'd stay there again any time.

Villa Arrels in Spain is an absolute haven, and our stay there was nothing short of spectacular. Ideally located just a five-minute walk from the beach, the villa offers both convenience and comfort in equal measure. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by our hosts, Julio and Loli, whose incredible friendliness and attention to detail made us feel instantly at home. The villa itself is a masterpiece, blending traditional Spanish charm with modern amenities. The garden is filled with lovely plants, creating a lush, serene environment that is perfect for relaxation. At night, the solar lights illuminate the property, transforming it into a magical retreat that was simply enchanting to return to after a day out. Inside, everything was spotless and thoughtfully prepared for our arrival. An amazing house to spend a few quiet days, incredible views and a host who was attentive to everything, thanks to Manolo for his willingness to do everything, the house has all the amenities and power strips in all the rooms that give an extra bonus.

The property is spacious and ideal for groups/families. We hired motorcycles and explored the nearby Sierra Calderon national park. The property is extra secure with off street parking for vehicles and is ideally situated for both Valencia and the surrounding countryside. Also a short walk from Betera. Rafael is an excellent host and went above and beyond tot ensure we had an enjoyable stay.

Fantastic house. Ideal for a family vacation. The pool, the views, the facilities… the location is ideal if you want to be close to the center but you need a car. The house is noticeably new and all its accessories and equipment as well. We would definitely stay here again. As an aspect to improve, we'd highlight communication. There was a huge leak in the garden hose and it took more than 1 hour for them to pick up the phone and they didn't come to fix it until the next day. On the other hand, as a suggestion, a shaded area in the pool would be nice.

I had a fabulous month-long stay. The house is very clean and comfortable. I had a whole place for myself and felt very safe as a solo woman traveller. I got a warm welcome with a freshly baked apple cake by Monica’s mother. Monica and her husband were exceptional hosts. The house has great views of mountains and Valencia city at night. The garden around the house is well maintained. I had everything I needed for my stay. This was a home away from home experience and a very memorable stay. Will definitely be back.

Oiga and Marc were excellent hosts, always very attentive to all our needs and always available. The place is very cozy and very suitable to share with family as was our case with our children, grandchildren and dogs. The garden and pool are beautiful. This Villa is simply beautiful! The pool is great! The infrastructure is wonderful! I'll be back next year without hesitation! The hosts are super accommodating! Not to mention Rosa!! A beautiful, kind, welcoming woman who does everything to make us more than good! We had a great vacation here and are sad not to have been able to book longer! Thanks for the vacation!

Fantastic villa in beautiful surroundings, the pictures don't do it justice. So peaceful with lovely views of the sea. Loads of space inside and out , the pool was great. The owners/ family were aleays available to help and nothing was too much trouble. We have been coming to Alcossebre for nearly 20 years and this is by far the best accommodation we have stayed in. We will be back.

Group of friends, we loved it this week at Marcelino's place. The outdoor space is very pleasant, between the terrace and the pool. The interior of the house and the sleeping areas seemed very good, and rather airy. Suitable for holidays between rest days and a few tourist outings (Valencia center, beach...). Marcelino was welcoming and above all responsive to exchanges, ready to travel if needed. I highly recommend it!!

Everything was beautiful. The house is sparkling clean with all the amenities and placed in a beautiful area with lots of privacy. We really enjoyed our stay and totally recommend it to anyone wanting to spend some time in the Valencian Countryside
