We stayed here for 4 days for my fiance 30th birthday.. great location with just a 10 mins walk to the train station to get into Barcelona.. and just 8 mins walk to the beach. Laura was super responsive to all questions I had.. the check in was an easy process and the apartment was super clean and easy. We will return!

Truly a 5 star accommodation. After many trips to Barcelona, I found this place to be the best to put up with my family. Clean, newly renovated, spacious, and fully furnished with every single thing you need. The best part was the super friendly host. Option to park the car in close by streets. The perfect place to stay, it gave us a lot of freedom in terms of time, the fact that the entrance was autonomous. I was very clean and have all amenities There was a complimentary bottle of water and candy. If I go back to Barcelona, I'll repeat for sure. Wow! Was meeting my girlfriend for the first time in Spain, and we chose to live in Igualada. None of us regret that decision at all. It’s really quite in the nights and really friendly local people if there was anything we were wondering about. The host jordi was always available and asked several times if we were okey, and if we needed something. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who decides to visit the beautiful city of Igualada.

We had a very pleasant stay at Manuel and Carmen's house, the apartment is just like the photos. They were very helpful hosts at all times, from the beginning to the end of the stay. The kitchen is very well-equipped, with many details such as cold water, coffee, sugar, oil, salt, etc. that make a stay easier.

Excellent apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Extremely convenient location for metros and trams that get you anywhere in the city and is a quieter place with less tourists. Imma was also lovely. I would recommend to anyone and would come back again!

We had an incredible experience visiting Barcelona thanks in part to our stay at Carlos's place. The condo was clean and comfortable and Carlos was incredibly friendly and helpful. Sandra and Xavi are 10/10 hosts, good communication, instructions for the house and great coexistence, we were super comfortable and at home. We asked for references for some places and they took care to make an appointment for us and pass the location, in general we are very grateful

The service from ixa was excellent, and he helped me with some questions I had. I had already been to another apartment in ixa and that's why I stayed here again. It is true that with respect to the kitchen, the hood filters were greasy and the oven too. I'm just saying this for your information, since you have a company that does the cleaning, so that they can be notified but overall everything was fantastic. thank you so much for everything.

Gabriel is a fantastic host! Very responsive and helpful, always going above and beyond every request we had. The apartment was great, with everything we need for our stay. Clean and with a nice terrace to spend some time outside. The area is very well connected even if a bit far from the city centre but with multiple metro lines it's close to the airport and to the main turistic attraction. Will rebook for sure if I'll be back in barcelona!

My family and I loved this place! The neighborhood is in a great location with easy access to the metro, bus stops, and Taxis. However, it is also very walkable to get to the beach, gothic quarter, Parc de la Ciutadella, and many other places! The inside of the apartment was very cozy and we really enjoyed having the balcony to sip our morning coffees. The hosts, especially Cristina, were extremely helpful, she greeted us the our first day and left us a bottle of wine in the fridge. We highly recommend this place to anyone that is open to exploring the city of Barcelona😊

The host was very friendly and gave us great suggestions on what to see and where to eat. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures and very clean. The location is excellent, although it can get a little noisy at night.

We used Alberto’s place as a base for attending the Spanish Formula 1 Grand Prix. It was perfect for our trip, pristinely clean we could not have asked for more. Looks exactly like the photo’s. The coffee pods, milk and water were a thoughtful touch, much appreciated as we arrived late. Well recommended to anyone👍

We truly enjoyed our stay at Beatriz and Susana's elegant apartment overlooking the iconic Paseo Gracia! It was very conveniently located in the heart of Barcelona. Not only that, but the apartment itself was very clean and organized offering everything we needed. Would love to stay again in the future.

This by far one of the nicest places we have ever stayed at in an amazing setting.

What a wonderful place to stay in BCN! The place is just as described, very spacious and squeaky clean. And real AC units in each room, which are such a relief in the summer. The markets right downstairs are super convenient for picking up whatever you need, and the kitchen is fully stocked for cooking. Bus is right on front, and the metro stop is a 5 minute walk. Beach is right next door. Very easy to get anywhere. Francisco (Paco) is the most delightful host! He met us at the apartment and even had the AC on already so it was cool when we arrived. He showed us everything and even sang us a song. He was always helpful and so enthusiastic about welcoming us! I would definitely stay again!

Highly recommend the place! Great location, walkable distance from city center. Amazing house with terraces and fully equipped kitchen. Very easy to access and could leave luggage before and after checking in and out, which was very helpful. Thank you!
